The drive through always takes 20+ minutes to get through at night so don't expect any "fast food". Customer service isn't bad as everyone is pretty nice, especially the older gentleman. ALWAYS double check your order before leaving the drive through because they can't ever get an order right. read more

Why does one drive thru a Taco Bell? When one wants a few tacos which don't have to be cooked, is when someone is in a hurry. So, today I decided I would stop by for a quick order. As I pull up, there was one car in front of me, it moved after about 3 minutes. I noticed the time on my digital clock, it said 11:15. So I placed my order, which took a minute, and came behind the car. 11:18, no movement, 11;20 nothing, so am thinking that there has to be something wrong. Finally he gets one small bag, at 11:23. No problem, I get to the window at 11:24 holding out my hand with the correct change and looking for someone to acknowledge me and take my payment. I did see someone look at me, all the way on the other side, she then went to the public area. So, here I am waiting just to pay. Digital clock says 11:26 no one at the window. So, I am thinking unless someone comes to the window to at least taking my payment I am leaving at 11:27. The clock changes to 11:27 and still no one at the cash register window, I am thinking that this is a waste of time, that it is coming up on 15 minutes to get a couple of taco. At my age, I no longer have the patience to lose precious time, waiting for a couple of tacos. Needless to say, I didn't get any tacos today. This is the first time that the service has been non existent, but I don't support places that have inept employees or management. read more

Went through the drive-thru with a friend after dine-in hours. The line of cars wasn't especially long, but it took over a half hour to get food. When we got home I saw we didn't get one of the main items we ordered and paid for. And we got no sauce that we asked for. With the long wait, missing food, and no sauce, that is very poor service. read more

Sorry, seriously ratchet! Need some better management ASAP. The gal behind the counter spent more time yelling across the restaurant to her toddler niece than working with the customers. She would even leave the front counter empty, and go play with her niece! I overheard her cop an attitude with a customer, and it was just plain embarrassing! By far the rudest, worst experience in a drive thru. Waited to order for 5 or 10 minutes and greeted by a disrespectful woman. I ordered after she ready, but sounded like she wasn't paying attention and asked for it again. After repeating it, she interrupted again to ask what kind of drink, I reiterated my order so she understood I wanted extra Baja sauce on the taco, she immediately cut me off again yelling, "yes I got it... what kind of drink!?" Evidently she didn't get it. I got beef instead of steak, no Baja sauce and a bad attitude. After pulling up to the window, I notice the white woman on the headset taking drive thru orders had purple hair. Just had a simple $1 breakfast burrito. Excellent customer service, the lady at the drive through window was very patient with me. I can tell they work hard. The burrito is amazing, lots of egg and steak, and flavor. You can't beat the price. It's easy to rip a fast food place but these people work hard for a living and I appreciate them. read more

Geeze, 1.5 stars and there seems to be no reaction from ownership or management. Food is almost always good, at minimum on par with other locations. However the wait is SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER than any other Taco Bell I've ever been to. Tonight specifically, got in line at 11:50, had an older woman come out the side door to YELL at all of us that they're closing and implied but didn't directly state they wouldn't be taking our orders.
