Friends what is going on here. Hell of a time Ordering but it happens.. but we had to wait a quite a while out front for the food, again no problem. But the food was so bad. The chicken sandwich had a fishy taste and so did our fries. The fries were also super over salty to the point where we didn't even eat them. The chicken sandwich tasted like it was made the day before and reheated, so dry so bad. $34 for crap food. read more

I Don't like to complain usually, but this is really crazy! Hottest day of the year, wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I get to the order box and I order 5 root beer floats, their signature drink, only to have the poor kid tell me the ice cream machine is out for three days !! The three hottest days of this year so far! Could the manager, if their is such a person maybe put up a sign on the menu board or even before you are stuck in line that they are out of that item !!! Wow. This was quite an experience. So first of all, we couldn't find the place. Yelp said we had arrived. We sure didn't see an A&W. After a second trip around the shopping center parking lot, I saw an ad for a Papa burger on the window of KFC. On the way out we did see a little A&W sign on the side of the KFC, way up near the roof. Anyway, there was one person being waited on and someone else waiting when we walked in. So we're third in line. We waited over 10 minutes just for a root beer. I was happy to see they used the big thick glass mugs! Just like when I was a kid! So finally it was our turn. I asked for a root beer in a mug. The said they didn't have any clean ones and handed me a paper cup. Another employee said they only have four, yes four mugs and that no one washed them the night before. We were there at 4PM on a Saturday afternoon. Just spent over $40 for my family and I was soooo displeased not only with the customer service but my kid got a regular swirl and it wasn't even filled all the way. When asked why they said oh sorry it comes like that. So we spent $5 for not even a full thing. They seemed like the didn't want to even take the order l. 1st off the girl that was working had no name tag, 2. she failed to give us a receipt 3. it took her 3 times of ringing up the order to get it right 4. she still didn't make it to go as we told her 3 times so we had to wait while she bagged it. 5. Out of 8 years, I just had my worste experience. Root beer floor with just melted ice cream, cold onion rings and cold papa burger. As in not even a slightly warm onion ring or burger. Quality definitely down hill. read more

This place was dirty! Grease everywhere. They dont know how to get orders right. Even trash all over the floors in the cooking area. It was hotter inside of the restaurant than it was outside. If I could rate this a half a star I would as a full star is giving them too much credit. This place used to be really really good. Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my husband got a Papa burger. These are two very popular sandwiches do you can't really mess it up right? Well on both burgers once unwrapped had sauce all over the place. My hands were covered in mayonnaise at this point. I begin to wipe it off, thinking it's ok the holidays I won't complain...... but then my first bite revealed a frozen bite of lettuce, tomato, and onion. Same for my husband. I mean frozen ice cold produce. Anyone with common sense would know not to serve something in that fashion. The reason they do get a half star is because they tried to make it right by giving us two cheeseburgers because how can you mess up a cheeseburger, they are pretty simple however again same problem with over saucing when we unwrapped them there was mustard and ketchup all over the place. I went and rage bought a Cony Dog meal for breakfast, and I was the only one in the drive thru line. I received my drink fast, but had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my Cony Dog and fries. The best part was I opened my dog to the sauces spilled all over the container like it had shat chilli and cheese. On top of all of this my fries were cold and tasted like they were from yesterday. Boo. Honestly will probably be back again, but not for that Cony Dog. Next stop KFC. read more

Food was ehhh. Ordered in the drive thru and asked for cheese curds. We get told very rudely that they were out. And then we proceeded to order what we wanted. Once we got up to the window the pay I literally watched the employee texting on her phone and did not greet us or anything. I then watched her walk away from the window (still didn't acknowledge us) and talk with her coworkers. Our bag of food was already sitting on the counter and she still walked away. She then got back on her phone and I literally had to ask for my food. Finally we left just to get Home to find out they didn't give us what we ordered. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and my boyfriend ordered the regular bacon cheeseburger... nope we got home and they were both the regular bacon ones. While the food is good-Standard for what it IS, I have to agree with Tiffany from 21 days ago--only I parked & walked up to the door. The FIRST time, I wasn't really SURE what time it was--THOUGHT it was before 10 . . . Tried to enter-LOCKED!! There was someone doing floors, who studiously ignored me . . .Okay, must have been later than I thought! But then a couple of nights ago, it happened AGAIN!! THIS time I KNEW what the time was-9:43pm. Went to the OTHER door-thought it might be like supermarkets-after 9:00 pm only have 1 door open . . . But NO, that one was locked too!! And it was plainly posted the hours were 8am-10pm. Since I don't DO drive-thrus, I thought the early closing was just for walk-ups because it might take too long for someone to "eat in", so I thought they COULD have a sign-Any orders past ____pm MUST be take-out!! But NO(!) from Tiffany's review, I'm not the only one . . . All I wanted was a root beer float the first time, & an soft-serve ice cream cone the second!! I , (& I'm sure OTHERS) would like to KNOW-- Look, change the posted hours, do whatever you need to do, but you NEED to be truthful to the public . . .After all, they're your client base!
