I LOVE hotdogs and this was an Ok-ish hotdog but kind of overpriced! Hotdog combo cost me $13.

The food was ok. Wanted to like it more but it was microwaved so took two stars. Hot dogs were good quality though. Would go again.

But…read morewhen I go I always walk away with an evil grin on my face as they completely satisfy my cravings. I recently stopped in to checkout their much hyped classic clubhouse sandwich. Just so that you know, I consider myself to be a club sandwich connoisseur and wanted to confirm of Ozzie's could enter my golden circle of club sandwiches. First - the service. Super friendly people who have no problem with accommodating special requests. For example I asked if they could add a slice of cheese and was asked "Swiss, Cheddar, American"? . That's music to my ears! Second- the ingredients. I love that they feature locally sourced bread products. Mine was prepared with Franco-American sourdough. And it's always fantastic! Third- Unlike a lot of club sandwiches, you don't have to decide between turkey or ham, they include both! And if you aren't a fan of either, they do offer a chicken club option. The final verdict! Five star awesome! The sandwich was perfectly stacked with tons of meat products. And extra credit for the extra large slice of cheddar cheese which covered the entire sandwich. And a huge shoutout to the crinkle fries (included with your order). I'm a huge crinkle fries fan and these were awesome!

Even though it was slightly later in the morning, we still had a good range of choices. My husband opted for the chocolate bar and we got a glazed, old-fashioned and apple fritter to sample. My husband said his chocolate bar was light and fluffy, and he inhaled it in about three bites. This is why there is no photo of it. lol the glazed old-fashioned was basically perfect. It was well balanced with a good cake, texture and nice crunch the fry. The glaze was delicious and I'm not sure if the faint spice was in the glaze or in the dough, but it was honestly a wonderful surprise! I love when donuts have a little more complexity. My husband and I both agreed that apple fritters are a tough one to do in a perfect way, but this one was pretty close. It's hard to cook an apple fritter without it becoming a little heavy on oil. This one had a little bit of heaviness, but in the long run, it was not overwhelming nor as greasy as many apples we've had. Thankfully, it also had a nice amount of cinnamon to uplift the whole pastry. Overall, this is truly a hidden gem that for whatever reason I've never noticed. Well done!

I hadn't had a pretzel from this place in years, but just one bite and fully enjoyed it as much as when I was a teen. I definitely need to make this a regular stop when coming into Santa Rosa. The staff was great. Trying to get everyone's orders without much wait time. The crew in The back were bagging up all the fresh pretzels as fast as they could. I'm ready to go back for another pretzel!

My son grabbed a pretzel sample and the kid that walked up said ONLY ONE BRO!! Which sounds so disrespectful and rude. There are other ways to say things. My son said oh sorry I can only have one, and he said yes there's a sign, which when I looked down there was a sign laying down which nobody's gonna see it. Granted it was in Spanish, first of all, we don't read Spanish and second of all if there's multiple employees there is at least seven employees They weren't busy. Somebody should've been handed them out. My son proceeded to ask how do I just throw it away and he said no pointed to the boy and told him to put it back granted, my son is not a child. He is an adult that was shopping with me. I'm surprised my son handled it so well because I was livid. That is unsanitary and I hope that they don't do that all the time. Nobody knows where it peoples hands have been. He could've worded it differently or said yeah, just for future not be rude and disrespectful and then turn around and say something to his fellow employees and laugh. I have frequent tend Wetzel since I do work in the mall since they opened many many years ago and I've never been treated so poorly. These are the people they hire. This is sad assuming that everybody speaks different languages. It should not be in one language I do know Annie the manager and Alex, the owner I have dealt with for years. If This is the type of treatment they're going to give and the type of people they hire then I choose not to go there again. I would give a zero for review if it allowed me too.

We both got the bacon cheeseburger, one with fries. & mine with onion rings. The onion rings were the best I ever had. I just loved them. My hubby loved his fries said they were nice & crispy. Our burgers were so juicy, and flavorful. The bacon was real bacon and wasn't skimpy on our burgers. But, the big hit was the buns! They didn't fall apart like most burger places. These tasted fresh baked like from a bakery. The prices were very reasonable. Next time we will try their shakes made with real ice cream. And yes , there definitely will Be a next time. Yummy!

The burger patties are bigger than the buns. A single patty is pretty large, couldn't imagine eating a double. I didn't order it, but I saw a lady at the next table with loaded tots. (Topped with chili). Next time, that's what I'm getting. My chicken tender sandwich was great. Tender juicy chicken with a seasoned crispy breading on a toasted sandwich roll. Kids milkshakes come with a gummy burger candy treat. My only gripe is they don't have Heinz. They have Monarch Ketchup in their condiment caddies. (Gross. Minus half star) There's only a little seating inside, but they have a few tables outside as well. The theme is classic car/diner style. Service was friendly. Just order at the window then pick up you food when it's ready.
