I placed an order online and this free double cheeseburger was delicious. I mean piping hot and freshly cooked. The service was also great quick service and waited about a minute for order read more

Burger King - Fast Food Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

Very poor experiences here in both restaurants near me (Rohnert Park, CA). Hardly anyone goes here, and to me, it's obvious why. I was bringing in coupons which they did honor. But they would not give me a double whopper (at times) without an extra charge and would sometimes not put cheese on them. Also, they are VERY chintzy about the zesty sauce, for whatever reason. When I ask for them, and esp. one time, the lady behind the counter gave me a dirty look. Yeah, they are sitting back there gossiping and even saying profanities in Spanish most of the times I have been in there. I would advise going to In-and-Out for a better experience and demographic of customers and staff. It is clean in there I will say. They do a decent job of that at least. read more

When I order the burger with bacon, I thought it would come with more than half a slice of bacon seriously I could do 1/2 slice of bacon I had to search for it read more

Bacon on egg-normous burrito was Basicly not cooked hudge waste of money, trying to buy anything at bk with out the app is a rip off

So my friend raved about the spicy Ch'King (pronounced Cha-King but looks like choking) saying that it was better than the amazing Popeyes version. I regret to report that his assertion proved untrue. It is a good effort with a large hand breaded breast fillet and tasty sauce but it doesn't stand up to the market leader. I will say that service was quick and friendly and the fries were fresh. read more

I came here to get a large onion ring, the stingy manager or owner only wanted to give me 1 packet of sauce for that.. I asked him how much sauce would i get if i bought a small onion ring? He said 1 packet... ruined my meal and I already waited in line and paid for my food. What type of BS policy is this? I NEVER ATE HERE AGAIN! Food was pretty damn good. Tasted fresh, staff was very kind. We took the drive through as the dining room is closed before the drive through and they forgot someone in my party of 6's whole meal. They ordered a whopper and onion rings, wasn't in the bag. Drove back, staff very apologetic and gave us our food and 2 chocolate pies as an apology, still forgot the onion rings. read more

Come here all the time with my family and while sometimes there is a wait in the drive thru, everything is worth the wait. Staff is very friendly and always give my children hats to wear! Went in this evening with our family. The drive through had a long line, that was moving but I didn't want others to have to listen to my diesel. This Burger King in Rohnert Park was not welcoming, I went through the drive thru and when i first pulled up to the speaker the lady on the mic just said, "what can i get you." no hello how may i get you started or anything like that, once i finished and went to the window the girl with the red hair told me the total and said nothing else. I asked for a few condiments and she closed the window on me, once i got my food she just gave it to me and said nothing else, and walked away, no "have a good day." or anything like that. All bad. read more

This is the worst service I've ever encountered at a Burger King. I was the only customer there aside from the drive through, and the drive through operator looked at me a couple of times but didn't even say "hello" or "hold on a second". Then after about 5 minutes of waiting they finally came to the register I was standing at (the only register) and it wasn't working. They called another person over and still couldn't get it working for another 15 minutes while also on the phone with someone who probably was trying to trouble shoot the register over video chat. Now I'm a really patient person, but after 20 minutes of no service and not getting an order placed on top of not being acknowledged, I think I can safely say, that this Burger King location is abysmal. Avoid this place unless you feel like standing around smelling the French, excuse me, freedom fries. read more

I went today through the drive thru around 5pm 7/9/23. I want to start by saying that I am a Latina who speaks and understands Spanish perfectly. I ordered my foot but the person taking my order didn't understand me correctly when I said I wanted my burger with no onions or pickles, he instead added another burger to my order. Easy mistake no big deal. I was like oh sorry I didn't mean add another burger just on my meal I ordered I didn't want onions or pickles. he responds, already annoyed. he said no you ordered a number one whopper and another burger I said sorry no I wanted the no pickles on my burger I already ordered not another one he said fine it's going to be $15 then pull up. I pulled up to the window to pay thinking that OK now he understood and understood me after I clarified it nicely and he asked me again, so you said you want to no pickles then and I was like oh yeah, no pickles no onions. He then without saying anything turns to the other girls making the burger and says she just told me she wants no pickles no onions just take it out. All the kitchen staff was speaking Spanish and I don't think they knew I understood them perfectly which is why they continued to speak about me the way they did. The man continues to lie to the staff saying that I was being difficult and I didn't tell him how I wanted my meal and I lied and saying that I was just another fat customer who wanted something free when it nothing like what I said. I'm getting upset hearing this and how he is spinning this to make up for the fact that he didn't get my order right and didn't understand what I was saying after I try to clear it up for him nicely three times. He then proceeded to laugh with the girls about me being difficult and tells them give her the burnt fries. Let's just bring the fries it's OK give those to her. Again they're saying all of this in Spanish because I don't think they know I speak Spanish. Now I have a straight face because what is this Customer Service like? Why are you speaking about the customer in this way even in your own language if you don't think I understand it, he comes up to me to give me my bag in Barry with a smile on his face closes my bags and folds it so I can't see immediately what's in my bag and he didn't ask me if I needed anything else so I said can I please have some ketchup and he opens his mouth and opens the bag, like doesn't say anything, he throws ketchup in the bag and just hand it to me and says here you go. Have a nice day so rude! I come to this Burger King often for lunch and I see the staff regularly and I am always nice and just simple with my order. I just ordered a burger fry and drink number one always, and never have a experience and any other fast food place this level of disrespect I left feeling I just wanted to cry and ruin my whole lunchtime completely. read more

Manager ( Juisa?? ) who could understand her - REFUSED service to a van load of clients from Becoming independent. These are developmentally challenged clients. Horrible service. I've been ordering half fries half onion rings for years. Now, they won't do it. On top of that, I wanted to order the impossible whopper and they were sold out. I've gone to this location many times over the years and even worked there for my first job a few years back. Food quality is usually what you'd expect for a Burger King for your main items besides the fries and onion rings always being cold no matter what. The reason I'm writing this review is the way the staff act. They always seem extremely pissed off to be at work, which sure, you don't have to be happy to be at work, obviously, but they should not be giving an attitude to a customer. Every time I've gone I am saying thank you and please to everything, and they haven't once actually said "you're welcome" and every time I have asked for a sauce, I've received an eye roll and no words, and they hand the sauce and quickly slam the window shut. The one guy who has taken my order 90% of the time and done all of this stuff is a Mexican man between the age of 19-24. He always has an attitude, and it isn't just me. I've talked to me girlfriend about this and without even telling her my previous experience she had dealt with the same exact thing every time that she has gone as well. This location as well as the one further away has lost my business pretty much indefinitely based on the workers attitude at the one location. Unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by the workers, and prefer your fries or onion rings to be cold and half the size of what you ordered, then I would suggest going to literally any other place for food. read more

The lady who took my order was gracious enough to take the order even at my change in the order. She was kind enough to give me both fries and onion rings w my fish combo and not chargung me extra. The next customer was quite upset that his order was incomplete. The same lady diffused a very difficult situation. I was extremely impressed at her professionalism. This meal greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you Burger King! read more

Worst location EVER!! They don't take ownership for their screwups! Spent almost $50 there and they forgot food through their delivery service. Drove myself there to get what they forgot and the gal behind the counter argued the whole time, NEVER going there again, maybe it's a sign to eat healthier and not deal with the disrespectful people there, they need better quality workers. read more

We usually only get chicken nuggets and fries for my youngest daughter at this location. She is very picky and likes Burger King for now. The couple times we have gotten sandwiches, we didn't have any problems.1.50 for 10 nuggets or 3.00 for nuggets and fries if you use coupons on their app. My problem with this location is, they are always slow. I would like to say I was appalled by the treatment and service I received at this burger King location, Redwood drive Rohnert Park Calif. First of all I decided to use the drive through window . I tried to place my order and the gal at the window, first of all looked like she just jumped out of the sack to make it to work on time! Her clothes ,wrinkled and her hair up in a messy bun. I don't mean a cute messy either! She was wearing a mask that looked like it was screaming to be saved!! She was wearing the mask under her nose. She never acknowledged me .I told her I had a coupon for my order and she became angry and said in a rough voice, "Wait a minute" She seemed put out by the coupon! She had an accent and I understand it can be hard understanding someone with so many cultures...Honey the US OF A is a melting pot! If you can't handle the job than step out of the kitchen! She acted like she had trouble understanding me! I made myself very clear as to what I wanted to order. She was sloppy and rude! I will never go back there again!! I would rather go to In and Out where Never have I seen an unkept messy employee! Thats the difference between Good clean service and ghetto service! Burger King You need to clean up your act as well as Your employees!! Stop mixing your old fries with the new fries! I will call the heath depth next time!!!! The one star was given because I couldn't post without a star. read more

Worst Burger King ever! I drove right back through the drive through and gave them their dried up cold food back!

Yuck. Not that they are gourmet by any means. Had to grab a quick bite on our way home. The Onion rings tasted like they were several hours old, if not from yesterday even. My one and only complaint yet VERY IRRITATING is that I go here for breakfast before work and they open at 6am and they won't open for about 30mn-an hour after that. So on a Friday at about 10 AM I was in Rohnert park and I decided to swing through this Burger King and try it once again. I'm usually out around breakfast time and the few times I've driven through there they've had no biscuits for their biscuit sandwiches. But I didn't think anything of it. But yesterday I got a sourdough sandwich with bacon. And a croissant sandwich with bacon. The sourdough sandwich was cooked and was hot and tasted fresh. The croissant sandwich look like it been around the block a few times. It was cold and it was hard like they just shoved it in the microwave for a few seconds and bam we are done. So you think that be great one out of two sandwiches that you paid 2 to 5 dollars for not a problem. No the problem didn't come until about midnight... stomach cramps diarrhea not a good way to spend the evening. So I won't be back Burger King. I'm sure others will continue to eat there but with so many restaurants so close by maybe not. Who wants their five or six-year-old child to get sick???? read more
