Husband and I were driving through downtown Cotati and I saw Superburger with a parking place right in front. It was a sign! I'd heard from friends on social media that it was really good. We went in, ordered burgers, fries and drinks and went to a nice table outside. Not long after, our order was brought to us and it was one of THE BEST burgers I've had recently. Great bun, perfect amount of lettuce and pickle. Ordering was simple, fast and friendly, the price was reasonable and the outside seating was pleasant. We could've sat inside but it was a great day to watch the world go by. My only complaint is that we don't live very close to Cotati, but you can be sure that when I'm back in that area I'll give it another visit! read more

Cotati Superburger is an inexpensive fast-food restaurant. It is located in a rural community on the way to the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center. We discovered it because my husband had been driving more than four hours without any rest. Also, it was noon so we decided to have lunch here. We were glad that we stopped by this delicious burger place. We were very pleased with our order. My burger had an ample amount of toppings with perfectly sized buns. However, I made a mistake with my grilled onions. I disliked the raw onion so my husband requested the onion to be cooked. As a result, I got too many onions. I was with my friend and he needed his Tesla charged and it was walkable to this location since we were hungry. Overall it feels like a local business with above average pricing. Fries hit the spot and I ended up getting a burger with bacon and avocado. It was really good and hit the spot just like the fries. They serve bones in their burgers that will crack and break your teeth. I had a bone in the burger I ordered from here. It broke one of my teeth resulting in over $5000 in dental cost. Super burger denied it completely and would not help make the situation right. Avoid eating at this place. Otherwise you might end out with a nice surprise and a couple of broken teeth. read more

We have not been to SuperBurger Cotati in years we have been going to Acme burgers instead. Tonight we decided to try them again and ordered through door dash. For a burger joint to not understand how to cook a burger by request is a disgrace. Also the onion rings were nasty mainly breaded with old oil with very little onion at all. These are the kinds of experiences that remind me restaurants don't really give a crap about following your order instead just pump out the food and don't care about quality. Went in there at 645 pm for a burger, chicken burger and tots. The food was good but the pickle bar was not out. This happened last time I went in but I blew it off. First time trying Superburger at this location! My belly and gas mileage were completely and utterly satisfied! My partner and I love a burger joint that's close by. If they have chicken options that's a plus for me! The crispy chipotle chicken sandwich did not disappoint. It was massive, tastey, and so filling! The tots were a plus. The garlic fries were a bit on the soggy side even though we ordered them well done, but nothing a quick broil in the oven couldn't fix. I have been going to Super Burger for years & used to enjoy the previous Cotati location. I am a chef & usually get out late & really hungry when not much is open. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a pickup time 10 minutes from the time i ordered. I picked up on the dot & to my dismay the burger was stone cold, no cheese, no mayo, dry buns & covered in a big pile of shredded lettuce. When I bit into the burger it was like dried pieces of jerky & tendon??? The whole experience was so unappetizing I don't think I will be back. There was also an employee screaming at her her boyfiend on the phone & it was just overall not a good experience. I will stick with In & Out. I ordered online and received a phone call soon after submitting my order that they no longer had any cod sandwiches. Supposed to receive a credit. Lame. The large onion rings were not a large order, and were soaked in grease and broken into small pieces of what I assume were once recognizable onion rings. I'm honestly surprised at how bad our order turned out last night. Superburger has always been a solid place to eat in the past. The fried chicken sandwich was so tough and over cooked I couldn't bite in to it. When I opened it up, I realized the mayonnaise (that I paid extra for!) was not even on it. The beer battered rings were definitely not beer battered. The batter tasted more like something you would find at a fast food joint. Super grainy instead of the formerly light crispy batter. Even the milkshake, which is always a hit, was not creamy but instead was icy and had hardly any mix-ins. So disappointing. Reading all the recent reviews now I see we should have avoided the place. Update on Cotati Superburger. When ordering a soda with a burger, is it not reasonable to get it before your burger? I asked twice and they said it was coming. Well, it arrived after the burger so there was no time to enjoy it before eating. There were two of us. Both of us said no onions. They put onions in anyway. If you remove the onions yourself it still leaves the taste. I hate onions and they make me sick. One of the best burgers of my lifetime came from this Superburger location. It was so so delicious. Nice, classic, old fashioned ambience, with nice outdoor seating on Cotati's main street. (Superburger has become one of our favorite burger spots, along with In-N-Out. What happened to Cotati's super burger? It used to be the best burger in town. My husband and I ordered to go bacon cheese burgers tonight. They were cremated, burned so bad we couldn't eat them including the bacon. Now don't get me wrong, I love a crispy piece of bacon. But this was charred black and disgusting. That was sadly our last time going to Superbuger. We have been a fan since they were in Penngrove, but this trip sealed the deal. Here is why we won't go back: 1. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took awhile to order, I actually thought they wanted us to order at the counter. 2. When our order was on the pass, the server/manager walked past it to go to the back, leaving our order to wait awhile. 3. When our food was delivered, we still hadn't gotten our drinks and had to ask for them. 4. I watched the same server/manager take his hat off and run his hands through his hair and go right back to work. 5. The burger. It wasn't that good. I don't know how you take flavor out, but they did. 6. I payed up front, not a single person asked if things were okay. I felt like I was a distraction being there. So went to superburger on Monday in cotati semi usual occurrence because I am local. Thought nothing of it as my food came out under seasoned,as usual, soggy lukewarm warm fries, as usual, same unenthusiastic service as usual. All and all a standard occurrence of poor quality food as I have come to expect from superburger. But they were openWouldn't post about a low mediocre experience. But then today! OMG! The bald guy that I see in the superburger occasionally. I guess he works there because he walks into employee only areas, but I never see him do anything but be grumpy with staff and customers. I was on my normal walk. When I saw a hot dog vender with the bald guy within feet of him squaring off like he's gonna throw a punch. He's waving his hands around and his head is very red and he's mad. I walk up in time to hear him yelling at the guy selling hot dogs," Your not t F@&king allowed to sell hot dogs here!" The hot dog vender is in front of the eight ball,which is a block away from super burger! I immediately walk up because the guy selling hot dogs is in his 70s and I want to defuse the situation. The bald guy sees me filming and immediately walks away. Like WTF happened to my community. The one I grew up in to have some Karen ready to throw down over hot dogs. I will never go to super burger and I will tell everyone I know what I have witnessed.
