Foremost, it's a super clean Taco Bell location. Food is nice & fresh, well done. Special Instructions were followed, exactly. The only reason to give a 4 * (would have preferred to give all five *s) is that the Strawberry Refresca tasted below average, the strawberry chunks also were not fresh.. aside that; we ordered a few different types of burritos, some chalupas and the burritos with the fried potatoes. This location is near the popular spot where it's the interaction and near the Rohnert Casino . I waited patiently and other people were insides I just ordered one class menu from the past which was the Gordita! I loved that when it first came out! They called my number and I ate in. I placed my order sometime during the Obama administration and got my food when my grandkids were in college. Were they harvesting the lettuce from scratch? Awful experience with this Taco Bell and their staff. Went through the drive through and ordered a good amount of food and apparently the staff member didn't hear me correctly he gave me the wrong meal. I got all the way home before I noticed and when I did I drove back only for them to be rude to me and tell me there was nothing they could do because that is what I had ordered... BUT ACTUALLY it was not. What sucks is shit like this ruins your night because you get treated poorly and you waste your money all because someone can't do their job good enough. read more

Kind of a weird taco bell. You have to order at a machine VS at a register. You need a long keycode for the bathroom. The wrappers for food are way different than normal and overall food wasn't the same. Maybe they were having an off day? Just not your normal taco bell. They ran inside and a few moments later someone came to the window and told me they were closed. I showed them my order confirmation and they didn't know what to tell me because they closed at 1am and it's now 1:13am. I paid for my order at 1:05am. Last time I tried the drive thru they let the person in front of me order and then told me I could not because they were closed. I got stuck between the person waiting for their order and the car behind me who they also told they were closed. Someone is sleeping on the job at the office. Pick up your fingers and make a few clicks to change your damn hours. It's really not that hard to do. I can understand Google and Yelp not reflecting company accuracy. A young man took our order at the mic, and I was like, surprised by how polite he was. Just really nice. And then an older woman gave us our food at the window and she was just lovely as well. Waited over an hour outside they only seemed to be helping people ordering directly at the drive thru and even then they were taking forever and skipping all the online or DoorDash orders people started getting out of their cars to ask them what was going on only to be responded with "uhh uhhhhh uhhhhh hold on one second" and then they would go back inside behind the locked doors and continue to ignore everyone. I am getting so tired of this: $1.89 for this serving of rice. It is smaller than a kids scoop of ice cream and gives 3 sample tasters at Costco a run for their money. It's actually smaller than 3 tiny sample cups at costco. After a long day of work, I pull in and often do so because of no other choice. I was on my way home (to my moms house where I was staying) from Berkeley. A girl had a craving and I really wanted a TB quesadilla. I took one look at the line and thought it may still be worth it. I drove into the parking lot and turned the corner to find a line that wrapped around the whole building. I decided to still wait in it- after 25 minutes and not moving an inch I gave up and decided to drive home without that quesadilla. I normally don't deliver places I dislike/lack of efficiency with having the food or there time management Last night took the cake I accepted a 18 dollar order due to it being so high I took the risk and accepted it. Best Food Presentation | Fresh Ingredients $ I almost never write a review on the fast food places I go to, but this place deserves a positive review. I usually hit up fast food places when I'm on a road trip, and every time I'm coming home late from one, I hit up this place. A lot of locations will not provide fresh ingredients (tomatoes, lettuce, crunchy taco shells...etc), but this place does! Or at least every time I stop by I've had a good experience. My food always looks like the pictures, they neatly assemble your meals, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. The taco shells and lettuce are crunchy and the tomatoes are fresh tasting. I mean, sure the ingredients may come from a can or frozen, but I've had meals from other locations where the lettuce is wilted and the taco shells are stale. Thanks, guys! read more
