Went through the drive through and ordered a good amount of food and apparently the staff member didn't hear me correctly he gave me the wrong meal. I got all the way home before I noticed and when I did I drove back only for them to be rude to me and tell me there was nothing they could do because that is what I had ordered... Kind of a weird taco bell. You have to order at a machine VS at a register. You need a long keycode for the bathroom. The wrappers for food are way different than normal and overall food wasn't the same. Maybe they were having an off day? Just not your normal taco bell. Not open until 2am as stated on their website, Yelp, and Google. I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived I saw an employee outside smoking. They ran inside and a few moments later someone came to the window and told me they were closed. I showed them my order confirmation and they didn't know what to tell me because they closed at 1am and it's now 1:13am. I paid for my order at 1:05am. Last time I tried the drive thru they let the person in front of me order and then told me I could not because they were closed. Waited over an hour outside they only seemed to be helping people ordering directly at the drive thru and even then they were taking forever and skipping all the online or DoorDash orders people started getting out of their cars to ask them what was going on only to be responded with "uhh uhhhhh uhhhhh hold on one second" and then they would go back inside behind the locked doors and continue to ignore everyone. The tortilla had black ash on it. Tasted like burnt charcoal. The ingredients in the tortilla were so little it was 3 tablespoons of ingredients. Best Food Presentation | Fresh Ingredients $ I almost never write a review on the fast food places I go to, but this place deserves a positive review. I usually hit up fast food places when I'm on a road trip, and every time I'm coming home late from one, I hit up this place. A lot of locations will not provide fresh ingredients (tomatoes, lettuce, crunchy taco shells...etc), but this place does! Or at least every time I stop by I've had a good experience. My food always looks like the pictures, they neatly assemble your meals, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. The taco shells and lettuce are crunchy and the tomatoes are fresh tasting. I mean, sure the ingredients may come from a can or frozen, but I've had meals from other locations where the lettuce is wilted and the taco shells are stale. Thanks, guys! read more
