After walking around a bit, slid into Flagship Taproom for a couple beers. My first sip was a Coffee & Cigarettes Porter. Weird name but delicious and not too heavy. Go inside to order then sit inside or outside. Our orders came out fairly quick after we went outside and got seated. They had trivia night and music playing in between. This made the environment fantastic and entertaining! Apparently, they do this every Tuesday at 7pm. Be sure to check them out. I ordered the 9th Street Chicken Parmesan sandwich with a side salad. This sandwich had yummy crunchy and warm bread filled with chicken. The sauce wasn't overwhelming which was good and the cheese wasn't too much. It was a very tasty combination. The salad was a spring mix with chopped tomatoes and ranch dressing. I didn't eat the spring mix. We don't prefer each other. The tomatoes were super fresh and I dipped them in the sauce and ate them. Every Tuesday is also Taco Tuesdays and the tacos are $2 each. I ordered a tri-tip street taco. See the pic. The vibe here was friendly and the patrons spoke to each other. I suppose dogs are welcomed at patio seating. Unfortunately, one of them kept barking and dogs and people walking by. I was super pumped when this taproom opened in Windsor because they are very cool AND they care about non meat eaters. They have jackfruit tacos! I always get the chicken ranch sandwich which is the absolute best, BUT the bartender convinced me to try this pork and Brie sandwich which was so so incredible and I'm not a huge pork person but the mix of flavors was incredible. First of all, Francis and Dennis are the best! We see them pretty much every time we come in on Fridays. A group of us like to head over on Friday evenings after a workout and we love seeing their friendly faces. Friday is typically tap takeover as well so we like to go and win prizes while enjoying the takeover beers. There is always something for everyone in our group both beverage and food-wise. You can always tell when it was a harder workout based on how much food we order and how many beers we cycle through. They have always been super accommodating when we have a large group show up or when it is just a couple of us. There has never been a difference in service and to me, that is incredible. Ok we we walked down to the town green. Looked around and decided to try out the new Flagship. It was Corks and Taps before. Wales in got a beer hen house. The place is nice got more TV's and tables. People are friendly service was great. I got a BBQ chicken flatbread pizza it was so yummy. They have a good beer selection! Also have cans to go in the Cooler! I was a little skeptical coming here based off the reviews for the Santa Rosa location but I was stunned, the food was fresh so delicious and outdoor vibes were on point. This is a great place to come to before or during a town green event which is exactly what I did. I will say that beers arent as cold as Id like them to be, might be because of how busy they are, cups going straight from a wash & steam to being poured but would be nice if they could chill them a tad before pouring. read more

Originally we made a reservation for 20 people for the following Saturday for my bday get together. We were told we could reserve a section of the outdoor seating. We agreed and all was agreed upon a week before. When I got there the day of my bday we were told by the short guy with the interesting hair that they could not honor my reservation because he had a promotion event by Lagunitas. Which is fine. So we asked him where he would like us to sit. What was interesting is he did not want us to sit outside or inside. It almost seemed like he did not want us there... we got him to agree to an area inside for our party. As the night went on the lagunitas rep showed up and at the peak of the night half of the people there were from my party. While the outdoor area was completely empty... When I was closing my tab I did tell him that what he did was bs. I then pointed to the outdoor area he refused to let us sit at. Completely empty. In addition chicken wings came out of the kitchen way under cooked. Pizza was good and beer was excellent. Every single other employee that night was great! Except for the short guy with interesting hair. My family and I like to go out to the town green often. I'll probably stop by again and give this place another shot. Came in with 7 hungry wrestlers plus families & coaches after the awesome Goddess of the Vine tourney at Windsor HS & had a delicious meal & awesome service from the super awesome friendly staff. Steak chimichurri board - crazy good. Caprese board was tasty & beautiful. Couple of the kids had nachos, also delicious. Wings were off the hook. Great beer and friendly staff. Need to work on their pricing. They show 6 wings for 11.99. We were brought 4 and were told that it was because they are bigger. Seemed normal size to me. So $12 for four wings when the menu says six. Also their merch is very pricey. My wife bought me a ball cap mesh basic with logo. It was $35!!! Cheaper hats at the Warriors game. Beyond that it's a great spot. Great decor and vibe. Just need to ratchet down the pricing a bit and this will be around for a while. read more

This is our first visit to Flagship Taproom. We received a coupon in the mail and decided to use it for buy one food item/get one free. We got the chicken wings and a bruschetta appetizer plate. The food was good! The draft craft beer was really good. I had the Golden State Cider and hubby had the Tarot Series the Fool Pale Ale by Bear Republic. This place is roomy and very cool inside. This was my first visit to the new Flagship Taproom off Windsor Town Green. It was the perfect place with a parklette to rehydrate and refuel after a hike at Foothill Regional Park. I have been there three times now. One time it was crowded which was the first time and service was very slow. I decided not to judge the place on that trip. Both the second time and the third time I went there were less than six customers and the service was still very slow. On the second trip we sat at the bar it took close to 15 minutes to order a beer and we were only able to do that after we flagged someone down by standing and waving our hands. I wood have given it a zero but you didn't have that available. I went there with my family on a weeknight. It was my first time but not theirs. It was not crowded and I was looking forward to a good meal. It was self ordering which was ok. After waiting forever for our food to arrive (1 hour) I need another fork. I went up to the register and to grab a fork from the utensil tray and saw how dirty the try was and so were the utensils. I took my granddaughter to the restroom and was appalled at how dirty everything was. Wanted to leave but we were all hungry. After dinner I ordered my granddaughter a dish of ice cream and root beer and waited. After over 20 minutes I went up and said a scoop of ice cream and a can of root beer should not take that long and I decided to cancel it. I had their wings.. You can tell they're just microwaved or boiled or something and then tossed in sauce. There's no crunch and they're soggy. And they are *not* cheap. My advice to this place is invest in an air fryer, or actually deep fry your wings. The sauce tastes good but the wings themselves are gross. read more

I'd say a four star for the beer selection but 3 stars for the food. I think they are still getting their feet under them, and hopefully the food gets better with time.
