First time trying this location. Wish there was one in Rohnert Park. I ordered ahead, through the app, on my way home from work (20 lemon pepper wings and two orders of fries). Food was fine, what you'd expect from a Wing Stop. Where they earned the mark for me was their service. I'm handicapped and the two spots right in front, and all others in their lot, were taken. I called and the cashier was willing to bring my order out to me. I pulled up to the curb, he met me shortly after and I was on my way. In fact, it was just chicken wings no fries or anything else. The counter guy put it in and I waited... and waited...and waited. There were three employees huddled around the fryers bullshitting, and I think one of them was cleaning one of the fryers. So I'm standing there kind of looking at these three guys in there talking to each other and nothings happening ...nobody's moving...nothing is being done I can't quite see if my food is even in the fryer yet and I waited...after about 20 minutes I asked the counter guy if there is an order for me being cooked? He walked back and returned and asked me what my name was which made me flinch and couldn't understand because I was the only person there. I told him my name and he walked back to talk to the guy that was cleaning the fryer, and he came back and said it will be here in a minute or two.. Now I'm feeling like I'm in the twilight zone. Im trying my best to be polite but now I'm really getting pretty pissed off. I continue to wait. I looked at the customers sitting in the dining room because i had already read everything posted on the walls 15 times ( i could have completed the NY Times crossword in less time than it took to get one simple order of wings at a wing restaurant) and they were looking back at me with this look that said to me "don't do it buddy... get out while you can". Just then the counter guy came up with my order. 38 minutes to complete my order with no other orders hanging. I got out to my truck and decided I was going to try a wing before driving home. It was absolutely disgusting. Their "signature thai spicy sauce tasted like shit! Horrible and I would bet my last dollar it was out of some big gallon plastic container and they didn't touch it or do anything to it to improve the flavor. The chicken itself was grossly over cooked, hard to the bite, dry as the dessert and poorly butchered with pieces of bone where the joint is cut. I wrote it off as a pre Halloween nightmare and went home. Had to be my worst restaurant experience in my 63 years on this planet. Get it together guys! I'm a reasonable person however the fact that I couldn't even resolve my issue while they were open is even more frustrating. Worst service ever. It started innocently enough with a DoorDash order. Sadly, we were missing 1/3 of our order. We called right away and they acknowledged that they forgot some of our wings. Initially they didn't have an acceptable resolution...."we can give you free fries or 5 more wings if you come get them." Nope. Not ok. We ordered delivery bracelet...uh...we wanted it delivered. (Eye roll). Finally after arguing with maybe the manager???...he said he would drive the wings to my house. Okay fine, it's a reasonable resolution to the problem. I'm literally 2 miles away, yet an hour later guess what? NO WINGS!! So i called again. The guy claims to have come by but no one home. Not true as I am sitting here with the door open. Then he claimed he couldn't find the address. I don't know, but it seems like maybe the story isn't adding up. Because we went through Door Dash. He can't refund my $. The final resolution offered was that he could het my wings delivered around 10 pm. That's not acceptable. I'm not eating the rest of my dinner at 10 PM. If you order out, pray that your order is correct. If it's not, you're screed. They keep your $, don't deliver the product or service you paid for. I just went to a Wing Stop last week and I will not be going again. I don't know who is eating this low grade food but they must be pretty desperate. My wings had so little meat on them they must have been raised in a concentration camp!! In addition they were dry and flavorless. I threw half of them away. To top that off, I ordered a blue cheese dipping sauce which I was charged $1.27 extra. When I got home it was not in the bag. I called for a refund but they said they could not do that and they would give me the dipping sauce when I returned. I won't be returning so it's another example of their poor service. We reverse charges on credit cards all the time at my company as long as it is within the same billing day and this was. I will be telling my friends about this experience. Some of them have already told me based on my experience they won't be buying wings from Wing Stop. Fix your problems Wing Stop or expect more loss of customers. If you work for Wing Stop get another job with a future. If you own stock or have a franchise, sell and get out. There was little distinction between the Plain and Lemon Pepper. So too the Original Hot and Louisiana Rub other than the color. I did appreciate that the wings were separated into two take away containers. The baked beans were OK. I had to remind the server that my order included two soft drinks. While $20 is cheap for 20 wings, 2 sides and 2 drinks, the wings were not that impressive. read more
