I go here all the time and every time i go its great yeah its a little busy but its worth the wait. the got a good variety of different wing flavors and bundles and good taste to the wings. Well to start I expected a lot more and was so incredibly disappointed in so many ways. This location is so dark, gloomy and run down and not just the building exterior, interior, and employees. Exterior signage is so poor and hardly knew it was the location without all the dark random stickers as you walk up. Inside was dark, dirty, and run down. Employees inside were not treating and appeared angry to be working. Outside the wing stop deceivers girl was slamming her delivery car and yelling at the back seat. She did apologize because she startled me but then continued to do so. The food was so poor, quality of the batter to the presentation, chicken had no meat and we order $64 worth for a large group and it all was horrible. I originally went to panda express for lunch but for some reason it was like 100° inside the restaurant like way too hot! Normally I wouldn't 1 Star them however I love panda express so much as a whole I'm gonna let this one go..... so I walk over to Wingstop and it was nice and cool inside so already I'm stoked! I have just recently found out about Wingstop from a coworker. I have never been disappointed. The staff is VERY attentive to customers, making sure that you have all that you need. The quality of the chicken strips and fries beats any other place that I have been to. They are consistent with their sauces. I rarely give a 5 star rating to anyone or thing, knowing that there is always room for growth, but this place in Windsor rocks. See you at noon!! read more

We had a group attend one of the concerts at the Windsor Town Green and after the concert we decided to try and get some wings. The place opened up a couple of months ago that should be enough time to work out the bugs. There was 8 of us so we ordered the family pack which was 50 wings. The person at the counter is either mad because he has to stand there and wait on customer or he hates his job period. Absolutely no customer service. He asked us one question, and that was if we wanted well done. We had to tell him the rest of the order, that we wanted fries, ranch and blue cheese dressing etc. We had to wait about 30 minutes, really? I can fry wings at home in 10 minutes, so why does it take them half and hour. Do they have to go kill the chickens and pluck the feathers? We got couple of bags of our stuff and decided to return to the park where our friends were waiting for us. We got the food and all the wings were do dry, and lacking any flavor, and the guy had the audacity to ask if I wanted them well done. They were past well done and almost inedible. Not juicy, just the seasoning sauce on the dry wings. For one dollar a wing, it is not a good deal especially if you get them all dried out. Not sure if there is any reason for a return, how hard is it to cook wings to have them be a failure? And they screwed up on the dipping sauce order, fries were mediocre, and dried out too. read more

I go here once a week and always the same experience! It's sad to see people Yelp on their only experience being not up to their par and it's hard to even imagine that there was not some underlying reason for their substandard experience! So I'm not sure what the problem is with the people who work here. My order was a 6 piece combo, guy at the register spent 10 minutes repeatedly asking me what I wanted the place had just opened and was totally empty. I had to restate my order 5 times. He then told me I could have only one flavor. Fine, I've never heard of not being able to have two flavors for a 6 piece but OK. He then asked me what I wanted to order for the SIXTH time. I told him it was taking to much time. His response was "yeah," and I left. A simple order 6 piece combo with veggies. 15 minutes and it was never processed, maybe they just don't want to work today. Honestly if you enjoy gambling this is the place for you. The food is hit-or-miss. Sometimes you get exactly what you ordered and that's great. But on the other hand if you are not that lucky and you have to return to the establishment you are in for quite the unpleasant experience. The front counter help seems very uninterested in helping you. Don't even try to get a manager to help you because the man claiming to be the manager is somehow more rude than his staff. I understand this is a new location, but look across all Wingstop locations in North Bay they struggle to reach three stars. Across the board I would recommend that if you are determined to eat here lower your expectations. Tried the Wingstop in Windsor today and had a good experience. Service was great, fries freshly made as the dipping sauce. The Cajun wings are a mix of Original and extra spice. Really good. I hope other customers will give this place a shot as earlier reviews weren't good at all. I think they are working on the kinks that any new business experiences starting out. Great wings ! Louisiana rubs are bomb sometimes they take too long but it's worth the wait to me. I like this spot better it's more consistent with flavor . First of all, my complain is not about the wings. I gave Three stars because the service is not good. So this place is new and people are still learning, no big deal. I work retail so I understand what it's like to try to do your best and for people to not get that you're human and make mistakes. I'm a college student and I was gonna be pulling an all nighter to finish my last few projects that were due for the end of the semester. I decided I didn't want to cook and since wing stop is open late I figured I'd go there. I get in and the guy behind the counter walks me through the menu, and after a few minutes of thinking it over, I place my order. I got Wings some fries and an extra side of bleu cheese. As I place my order the guy behind the counter has trouble and keeps thinking I asked for cheese sauce and I have to keep telling him two sides of bleu cheese. I was as polite as I could be, but it was surprising that he had as much trouble hearing me as he did. As I'm waiting, another guy picking up his order says I" think I'm supposed to have two fries, and they're supposed to have cheese sauce on them," so they fixed his order in a few minutes later my foods ready. The guy at the window has the bag all wrapped up and reads me my order perfectly, so I take it and drive home -mistake #1. When I got home I realized they only gave me wings and one side of blue cheese, no fries. I thought about not going back because I had so much other things to take care of, but hunger got the best of me and I drove 10 minutes back to wing stop. It's 10:40 on a Thursday night, the place isn't exactly popping but when I tell the guy that they forgot my fries in my extra side of bleu cheese he asked me to see my receipt. There's no apology for sympathy, but more skepticism when he asks for it, so I handed my receipt over and after a minute of talking to one of the guys in the back,he walks over and says that they're taking care of it. It takes about five minutes but finally the guy from the back walks me my fries. I walk out the door and check just to make sure everything's all right, and they forgot the damn blue cheese. I walked back in, frustrated but still not raising my voice, no tone and tell the same person I've been dealing with all night that they forgot my extra side of blue cheese. He goes to the back and exchanges words with the guy who cooked my fries, they both seem frustrated. He grabs a bleu cheese comes to the counter and asks to see my receipt. This is the second time he's had to look it over, he sets down the bleu cheese and looks over the receipt. I'm waiting for him to say something and he just looks up from the receipt gives me a look of annoyance and gestures that the sauce on the counter. I go to pick up the bleu cheese and start to walk away and he throws the receipt back onto the counter and says back to me "take your receipt" and walks away. It's not the fact that my order got messed up, or that I had to drive an extra 20 minutes when I have a lot of stuff to do, it wasn't the fact that after they fixed my order it's still wasn't right or the fact that my receipt had to be checked multiple times, it's the fact that I was polite and spent almost 20 bucks on a meal and people got mad at me for expecting to get what I paid for.
