This was my first time ordering online because of free 8 piece bucket with a $15 order. When I arrived I checked the app to see if there was a order number I needed but there was a notification that my order couldn't be filled. There was 2 young men working and I approached the counter to ask what the problem was. After a few minutes a lady entered and stood behind me one of the employees came to the counter and took her order. I noticed that the other employee had a bag that looked like it could be my order and he set it by the pick-up window. After a few more minutes he said my name nothing else not a good morning, thank you,or anything else. After dealing with Mr Attitude and arriving home and opening my order, it was correct but very greasy dark meat pieces and 5 out of 5 breasts were so dry that I cut them up for the dogs. This was probably my first order from a KFC in my life.  And this might be the longest KFC review ever, but I tried the Beyond Fried Chicken and I couldn't find much info about them before I tried them. It's supposed to be for a limited time, so I wanted to make sure I tried it before it was gone.  When I saw it was on Doordash, that made it really easy.  In terms of veggie alternatives, I like chicken better than veggie burgers, etc, so I was excited try these. My husband is a meat eater and on keto, so he wanted grilled chicken, which we found out KFC doesn't have anymore, so that was disappointing.  He got tenders and took some of the breading off. It was cheaper to get a meal, so I got a 6 piece Beyond Fried Chicken with fries and a drink.  You were also able to choose sauces for free, so I got a lot of sauce.  I didn't want to try these pretty expensive nuggets and not have anything to dip them in, so I got LOTS of sauce, lol.  My husband told me to order 12 since it might be the only time I was getting them, but 6 pieces is a lot, and I wasn't sure I'd like them reheated, and 12 was like $17.99. So I stuck with the 6 piece for 9.59.  Still pricey. The order came quickly, so it was all still warm.  My husband's came with a biscuit (which I stole).  Mine did not.  I don't know why. On to the Beyond chicken. First off, they're not really fried chicken. They're just chicken nuggets.  They were pretty good.  The downside here is that you can get Beyond Nuggets at the grocery store, and I didn't see how these were much different.  Maybe slightly crispier since they're fried, but I have an air fryer at home, and they come out nicely when I use that.  It's also super easy to take frozen nuggets out of the fridge and throw them in my air fryer for 15 minutes, so this wasn't much easier either.  And the Beyond nuggets are pricey either way you get them.  The texture and consistency is fine.  Morningstar nuggets are my favorite, and I'd quite honestly still prefer those.  The Beyond ones are kinda boxy and thick.  My husband tried a bite and said they taste like chicken.  In comparison to an Impossible Whopper (which I love), the Impossible burgers you get at the store are not the same.  If you just get the loose Impossible, you have to make burgers with it and I think it's gross, and you need to grill them or air fry them and they make a mess.  If you get the Impossible frozen patties, they're really thick, and I don't like that.  I also would like to eat them with a hamburger bun, which I don't usually have.  So an Impossible Whopper is much easier, tastes way better, is thinner than the ones you get at the store, and is $3.  They've been 2 for $6 for months.  Their fries are also very good.  KFC's fries were fine.  But not great. KFC's sauces also didn't do anything for me.  The KFC sauce was fine, but a little bland.  The honey barbeque was fine, but just tasted like any barbeque.  The ranch was not good, which is odd.  It's pretty hard to mess up ranch. So, I think KFC should have done a chicken sandwich or something like that so there was a reason to go to KFC to get it.  With the nuggets being the same as you can buy, there's no reason to go out of your way to eat them at KFC.  I do appreciate any restaurant adding vegetarian options though, so I have nothing against them.  I would eat them again.  But I'm not going out of my way to eat them again, where I do go out of my way to get Impossible Whoppers. Our order was correct, and all the sauces were there, so I have no complaints about that. read more

KFC in an Ohio location incorporates so much chicken in their pot pies, it's almost overwhelming. I went to the location on Ridge Rd in Webster, NY tonight and wasn't even sure if there was any chicken in it. It was almost all potatoes. The center was also deflated. I've never been to this location and probably won't ever go. I called because KFC was advertising a special. 8 piece bucket for $10, online only. The online ordering at this location was disabled (working at other locations). I called to see if they were honoring the special, and the woman who answered after 3 calls told me, yes, 10 piece bucket was $10, online only. DO NOT GO HERE!! Every time we go they forget something...So I get home and my famous bowl that I paid for was missing. I called them and they offered that I could come back and get it or return the next day to get it and they would put my name down. So I return the following day to get my famous bowl and this employee was taunting me with some sort of binder acting like i wasn't on the "list". This location was a disappointment. My husband I were staying in town for a few days and had not had KFC in a long while so we stopped in. The staff were friendly, the food was ok, a bit overdone. My husband order a 4 piece meal and was missing a piece of chicken which did get replaced. My biggest complaint was the lack of cleanliness of this location. The bathroom was very dirty, the dining area was ok , the doors as you walk in were so dirty and grimy. A little windex goes a long way. My expectations are limited from KFC so all I hope for is the basics. And the basics are sometimes too much for them. If you pick up the food make sure everything is inside the bag and that they did added what you asked for. A lot of not so good reviews from this place but I've never had real major problems from here just minor dislikes. I love kfcs chicken and sides. This location is located right in the village of Webster and is a great choice when running around getting stuff done. Parking lot always has spots to park and is never dead either. Chicken skin is filled with sodium but expected when eating fast food chicken. This is still a great fast spot for dinner. The biscuits here are a little dry but still delicious. I ordered food from the Webster location and it was delivered by door dash. KFC prepared and packed up the food. The food was packed in paper bags and then sealed inside of a large plastic bag, this caused the condensation to make the paper bags and boxes soggy. I also did order 4 packets of honey mustard with my order which I did not receive. I phoned the restaurant and explained that I did not get my honey mustard she said well unfortunately unless u come and get it there is nothing we can do about it. I said why could u not get it right in the first place she said well it happens. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. After a recent visit to the Webster location, I was very disappointed. Well placing my order I was being rushed through the ordering process. That caused the order taker to miss a meal on our order. Upon realizing we were missing, we told a employee it was missing. Then a female employee very rudely came and said we never ordered it. We did and maybe order taker wouldn't of missed it if she wasn't rushing threw my order. Missing an item was fine! Because I caught it and didn't drive all the way home. Whoever is the owner of this establishment should be embarrassed and seriously considering how long they'll survive in business. The last time I checked, places that sell things actually want people to buy them. AND, not only buy them, but come back and buy more. Tonight at the drive thru, I asked if I could order a 6 piece bucket with white meat only. She asked how many pieces? I said 6. She said we can do that. 3 breasts and 3 wings? or all breasts? Not wanting to wipe them out of breasts, I said 3 each. Then she asked what I'd like for my one side. I said the menu board said I get two sides. She said that's for the 8 piece. I said no, the board actually states 6 piece and 2 sides. She said we don't have a 6 piece meal. I said well your board does. I could take a photo and show you. She said go ahead cuz I know it isn't on there. I read it word for word to her. She said okay what do you want for your two sides. I told her. She quoted me $24.83. I pulled up, with my phone picture, baffled. At the window, she dropped her headset and ran away, sending a young man to wait on me. He told me my total was $26.99. I said she just told me $24.83. He said no, there's an uplift for the white meat. I said she never told me that. He charged me the $26.99 and asked if I'd like to talk to her. I said no, I just want my food and to go. As I sat there waiting, I thought without feedback, how would she know to improve? There must be a manager who is unaware of this who would want to know and address something so rude. When the young man came back I asked him if there was a manager on duty. He said yes. I said I'd like to speak with them. Guess who the manager was? You guessed it, Ms. Rudeness. She came to the window and said yes? in a very snarky sort of tone, arms crossed in front of her, smirk on face. I said you are the person who took my order and told me that was I was ordering didn't exist and quoted me the wrong price. She said that's the price. I said you were very rude to me, and your handling of the matter was unprofessional. She said I was not rude to you. I said since I am the customer, you should be listening to me instead of telling me I'm right or wrong. If you were just an employee I"m sure a good manager could address your lack of customer service skills. unfortunately for this establishment, you are the manager, and you have a horrible attitude. With that sort of attitude overseeing employees, you will not get strong customer service skills and loyalty building behavior. I, for one, don't plan to return to that place unless the owner personally contact me with an apology. You will not get what you ordered. You can get what your missing typically after a feud with their manager, but they will be rude and unprofessional. The store is typically messy but that seems to be a trend with all KFCs I've been to. I should also mention they are too lazy to answer their phones, 90% of the time I need to fix an issue I'm sent to their voicemail, and need to refer to their voicemail because "oh no one called.". This was the worst visit ever! The staff were slamming trays constantly throughout the time my children and I were eating our dinner, startling us several times. Once they noticed it bothered us they did it more frequently, a manager was present and aware. I ordered a mini chocolate cake. When the manager brought us our food, she asked me if I planned on eating it with my dinner because it was frozen, they "forgot" to take them out. It was 7pm! The bathroom sinks were also stuck on "hot" water making it impossible for my kids to wash their hands and the restaurant was out of wet wipes. I would rate this a "0"! read more

After been home in quarantine for 5days (Covid-19) I was anxious to get some fresh air and go out of the house , so my wife and myself decided to go to the KFC in Webster NY by BJs plaza. We ordered our food and when we got home the order was wrong . When I called to complain the manager asked me if I knew what grilled chicken looked like because she was the one that filled and she was certain that the order was right. She asked me to bring the chicken to take a look at it (10 pieces/ 5 pcs were wrong) I live on the other side of town 10mins away, I took 1 pc for them to examine and they told me in order to make the corrections I needed to bring the other pieces. I went to KFC last night to pick up an order and the lady at the drive thru was being disrespectful and giving me attitude. Few minutes later a worker came up to me and start using racial slurs at me and telling me to fIght him in the hood. By the way this worker that approach me was white. I pulled up to the drive thru and demand for his name to report to his manager but instead got cops called on me for doing absolutely nothing. I really love the taste of KFC, that is, when you have it. Birthday party...lots of people...wife stops off, makes order, picks up order after waiting 20 minutes (fast food?)... comes home....opens order...missing 1/3 of order. Goes back and the line is longer for the "dis-satisfied's". KFC is essentially salt-lick, chicken, served in a round cardboard tub with a piece of paper (woefully inadequate) to soak up the grease. I was seriously annoyed when my wife said she picked up KFC from Webster on Friday only to have to sit and listen to her talk about how they did not give her a side of popcorn chicken for our daughter. She said she called and was told "sorry" and they'd give her credit the next time she stopped in. This is the third time in approximately 6 months that she or I have purchased food from that place and they have not been able to come through with a complete order. I came to my senses to never visit a KFC establishment the last time they screwed up and can only hope my wife does the same. When finally handed my food, I asked where the the 2nd meal I ordered was, and received a mumbled apology while he went and grabbed a 2nd bag. I love me some golden crispy KFC. Fried chicken is my favorite food. I'm too poor to buy anything else but fast food but this is the gourmet fried chicken.
