Saw this with a couple of other customers as well. Food got out before I could finish getting my drinks. It was hot and tasted good. The Nashville Hot Strips have a good kick to them. Went through drive thru and was asked to pull up to the front because it was going to take 5 minutes. Waited for 10 minutes and went inside to get my food. Only two people working and I had to wait another 15 minutes inside before receiving my food. If you're in any kind of hurry, avoid this place. Especially the drive thru. Never fails, despite short lines they seem to take a ridiculously long time to get through drive thru orders. Food is okay, typical fast food. Nothing noteworthy. Was what I expected. The interior is nice, up to date and well kept. Went for the $20 fillup today for dinner. I also asked for 4 plates and 4 place settings from the young lady when I ordered thru the drive thru. When I go to pay for it, I gave the young man $40 and should have rec'd $18.35 change. He hands me the receipt, the .35 change, and 2 five dollar bills. I had to honk the horn to get his attention to get my $18 change. When I get home to unpack the order, there were no plates, no place settings and I was missing 1 chicken breast of which they substitued 1 thigh. No one mentioned when I ordered, or when I rec'd my order, that I would not receive the correct items in my order. All in all, very poor service. The food was ok, or I would give them 1 star. Havent been there for a while and it likely will be a long time before we try them again. Not worth the irritation. read more

Slow service would be an understatement... how about NO service?! This evening I pulled up to the drive through menu to place my order but wasn't greeted by anyone. I felt that the truck before me had been there for an unusually long period of time before they proceeded to move forward. After calling out and getting no response, I too decided to pull forward to the window. The truck ahead of me slowly went forward but it was unclear at the point as to whether or not he had ordered or received anything. I approached the window and didn't see anyone behind the counter. I did see a couple of people at a table eating and thought they were customers at first. It became clear shortly after that they must have been the employees. The female with dark hair, bangs, and a black hoody sweatshirt moved to sit on the other side of the table with the male who had short dark hair and a red polo shirt (which I am assuming is the KFC attire). While she changed sides it was very visible that she was laughing. I could see her pulling at the wires for the headset under her hood while the male kept looking right at me in the drive thru window. He smiled and laughed along while eating his food and allowing the girl to snuggle all up next him. Meanwhile, my 3 young children were getting impatient... with my 6 year old screaming and crying about how badly she needed to pee, my 4 year old needing to go to bed, and my 8 year old just wanting to eat after completing her 4 hour gymnastics training so that she too can go to bed. I drove away and watched as the car behind me went through the same issue. That is 3 people in a row that I personally know of that could not get food for themselves or their families due to rude, immature, and intentionally negligent employees. It saddens me that things like this happen with blatant disregard or care as to how their decisions are affecting others. My goal was to bring this to the owner's attention, as I have found it difficult to find contact information so that I could deliver this information personally. Good luck. read more

My rating is for the staff and not necessarily for the food (it's KFC after all). I don't always ask for the names of a chain's team members, but when I do, it's because they were exceptional. Specifically, today, I suppose I wasn't clear with my order or the miss taking my order was new or unfamiliar with the system because I had a missing item on my ticket. The staff quickly fixed the issue and even gave me two free cookies in apology (there was two of us ordering). That was pretty cool because I didn't even consider it a big error. Later, I had clumsily spilled my Famous Bowl onto the ground and it became unsalvageable. I brought it to the attention to the staff half expecting to pay for a new one but they made me a new one on the house. The mess was immediately cleaned up and I was able to finish my food. So order a Family meal and get all the way home in Wingfield and no gravy! Drive all the way back and the manager first thing he say is what did we forget? So he gives me a small cup of gravy. Went there today for quick lunch through drive through. They said their credit card machine may not work due to internet. When I got to the window to pay gave them my card. What's the saying "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." What the heck is fool me three times? That's exactly what this Sparks, NV, KFC, has done to me. Maybe their motto is "finger licking good, just not what you ordered good." Our first experience, after driving to this location and ordering 2 piece white meat chicken combo, I get home to find one thigh, one side (should have been two) and no biscuit, but lots of honey for it. Maybe they didn't realize thigh is dark meat. So we give them another chance, went through the drive through. After 5 minutes of the person not understanding we wanted crispy white meat, I was then told they are out of crispy, come back in 30 minutes,. Did I come back, yep, the secret recipe has a hold on me. So this week we're at it again, when mama wants her crispy chicken, she gets it. So off I go again, same routine, drive 5 miles, go through drive through, only to be told, we only have half your chicken in crispy. Im either having bad luck or going at the same time as all other crispy chicken lovers at this location. I guess next time, I'll find another location for our fix. read more

I would give this review a 0 out of 5 stars if I could as I had to wait 45 minutes in a practically empty place. I went with a couple friends and we were going to need to be out of there in 20 minutes in order to go to the event we were trying to get there. It was 6:45. No big deal, it wasn't busy inside and there was one couple ahead of us ready to order. When we eventually got to the counter to order, it was 6:57 and we ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy as well as a large fries. Not that large of an order and there weren't very many people there to begin with so we thought we would be around 5 minutes before we can get going. We ended up waiting, watching the employees screw around behind the counter doing nothing. At one point, they went to an order screen after talking and said they had orders. It took them 10 minutes to make the order before us. It took us another 15 to get our order so in the end we ended up waiting a total of 25 minutes to get two sides. They mumbled something about the wait and left behind the counter to talk again. Overall, I got there at 6:45 ish and left around 7:30 spending a total of about 45 minutes for two sides. Please don't go to this location, they don't pay attention. read more

This is the worst place to visit, especially the drive through. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes or longer for chicken and they have you pull around front. I had to place my order 2 different times in the drive through to go inside and place it a 3rd.
