I felt really bad that this had happened and apologized, but the manager was steadfast and told me it was a mistake and not to worry. THIS is the kind of service that gets praise and return orders. Of course I will be back on my next trip. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and I truly hope it wasn't a massive inconvenience for them. The hash brown was crispy and good, the hot cakes were.....well, hot cakes, and the sausage was pretty standard for a McDonald's sausage. Overall, McDonald's breakfast is what it is. It's not winning any awards but the food is alright and the same can be said for the service. When in Richfield, this isn't a terrible option.
