When I got to the counter, I found that BOTH of my orders had actually gone though. The young lady at the counter and the manager were MORE THAN AMAZING in correcting the issue and only charging me for the second order. I felt really bad that this had happened and apologized, but the manager was steadfast and told me it was a mistake and not to worry. THIS is the kind of service that gets praise and return orders. Of course I will be back on my next trip. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and I truly hope it wasn't a massive inconvenience for them.
