The kicker is the entitlement to a 20% tip and the false claim that it was somehow a new mandated minimum, almost alluding or implying that it was a law or regulation. I tipped the 20% because I felt pressured to do so, which I regret. I usually tip 20% if service is good since I had friends and family in the restaurant service industry. But not being given an option and the entitlement mindset is off putting. Building is nice though...
