Omg don't go here if you want a hamburger. I don't even think they use the normal ingredients that full franchises use, because I've never seen a smaller thinner beef patty as they served me on the junior burger. It was for my dog, who wouldn't eat it. I got the Dave's, all I tasted was ketchup. Employees basically ignored patrons who wanted to order from a person, I think they were trying to force people to use their self order system, which I finally did with much reluctance. Other people behind me did not use it and I think they waited closed to 10 minutes, meanwhile quite a line built up. The employees were busy busy busy so the fault belongs to management, who has clearly understaffed the facility. read more

Awesome service. The staff here was quick and always ready to help. Ashley at the front kiosk was so helpful checking in to make sure we understood how to order and if we needed help and was able to assist in opening some difficult to open sauce packets. Tables were clean. However note they do charge $0.50 per sauce which is annoying read more

We had a good meal here - service was Pinot and food was typically Wends - kudos to host Ashley, who was extremely pleasant!

Fast and Friendly service this morning and the Breakfast Sandwiches were hot and tasty, plus no waiting in the drive thru line.

They forgot half of my order and when I called them the manager was curt. I went and got my chicken salad but the chicken was so dry and old it made the salad inedible. read more

horrible service and people try and avoid this Wendy's they scam you out of money like they just did to me and the shit don't even taste good hate them. need better employees or need to shut dow.! read more

Beware of the kiosks. Menu says one price kiosk charges different. Ordered 3 biggie bags for the kids menu says $4 kiosk charged $8.37. When I asked the employee they had no explanation. Poor training and poor experience. Didn't go in expecting much, but didn't expect to get over charged! read more

Just what I expected. Walked up to the counter, we were greeted by Breanna, who took our order. Ordered the ghost pepper chicken, which isn't hot but packs good flavor and the chili. Received the food rather quickly as well. It was a quick stop, quick meal and we were on our way! read more

FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY... And the dirt was long term, ground in, layers. We've patronized this place for years and it's always been pretty average but the people were pretty good. We live out of town so may only eat there once every couple of months. This review reflects our last visit and it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned for a week. The door handles had thick scum except where people's hands had worn it off. And the people didn't look like they had any interest in their job. I saw two people eat out of food containers where the Wendy's product was stored, with their hands. To top it off, the food was much lower quality, sandwiches seemingly put together haphazardly and with no pride taken. If we walk in again and the place looks the same we will be walking out. Wendy's Corporate needs to take a hand. read more

Road trippin? Need to eat somewhere fast and get back on the freeway? Making good time and want to kill two birds with one stone by getting gas, junk food, and fast food at the same time. Welcome to Wendy's. This is located in the same building as a Walkers gas and convenience store, and many a time on my way to adventure have I stopped in here. This may have been my first tirp to the Wendy's, but I found it completely acceptable for a quick burger or sandwich and a Frosty. The place looks pretty nice, and was about half-full on our visit. Good staff, acceptably clean but a little broom-broom wouldn't have hurt. Chomp. Brain freeze. Back on the road! read more

Wendy's - a counter with a laptop on it - Burgers Near Me - Richfield, Utah

We walked over from a nearby hotel. I was very excited to go to Wendy's as I had read that they have amazing salads, and McDonalds has stopped serving salads. My husband enjoys burgers and I enjoy salads so it's good that we can get food from a restaurant that offers both. However, after quite a walk on a wintry eve to get there we discovered that only the drive through is open. There's no indoor dining or take out other than drive through. We tried to order from the drive through but it didn't work. Then an employee came out and said that she would take our order inside. She was so wonderful to go out of her way to help us! The other women working there also helped us with our order, going above and beyond what is expected! The burger was good. The fries were good. But the salad contained a bit too much wilted lettuce. Still I am so very impressed by how much effort the people working here put into helping out a couple of strangers! read more

Literally terrible. We ordered on the app and put that we were "here" and waited inside for 10 mins. We watched two people walked up, order, and get their food. So we walked up and ask and they said "oh the mobile order is here, we will start your order." I said we have been here 10 mins already and he said "we are super busy" with no one in line at all. So I'm still standing here waiting for our food while they complain about our order. Just keep driving if you need dinner, this place is rude and took forever. read more

Good good and good service. The lobby was clean and the young man who took my order was friendly and helpful.

Long line waiting at the counter while people took turns trying to figure out the computer ordering screen. There were only employees running around in the back getting orders ready and when one did come up front they didn't know how to operate it either. You screwed up Wendy! read more

Walked in and waited for 15 minute with no one in front of me. The cashier AND the manager along with the rest of the staff looked in the eye multiple times without even acknowledging my presence. After the 15 minute wait, the cashier took my order. As I'm handing her my credit card, she proceeded to tell me they only take cash. I told her that would ha e been nice to know 15 minutes ago with a simple greeting. We walked out and will never be back. Thant manager has TERRIBLE leadership skills!!! read more

Second time stopping here in two weeks, hoping the lack of speed last week was a fluke. But again, today, we had the S L O W E S T service ever. There wasn't a line, and it took 15 minutes to get a salad, two burgers and a chicken sandwich. But at least the staff were pleasant. We used to stop here every time we passed through town, but are rethinking our tradition in lieu of faster food so we can make it to our kids' sporting events on time. read more

Took 20 minutes to get our breakfast and we were missing 2 sandwiches from our order. Called them for a credit, but they cannot do that. Drive the extra mile to go to the McD down the road. read more

Best service he gave kids a free frosty each and toys! Biggest surprise at Wendy's great staff and they give good portions

guy that took my order was super rude. I dont know how you can be so inconvenienced to do your job.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We got in line at 10:25 for breakfast and when we got to the front it was still 10:28am. The lady asked us to wait, 5 minutes went by and the guy started switching the signs while we were waiting (with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth). We asked hey we wanted breakfast, can we still get it? The lady through the speaker was extremely rude and said breakfast has been over for 5 minutes. We had been sitting there for more than 5 minutes. Will NEVER stop at this location on our trips again. read more

How I wish there were more options for food in Richfield. However, there are not and we were running late. So we ate at Wendy's. They were really busy. Apparently there was some high school baseball tournament and there were a bunch of teenage boys ordering and eating there. To their credit, they got the order correct. Although, when I asked for mustard to be added to my burger they told me that it came with mustard. When ate the burger - no mustard. It was ok though, it still tasted good. And they didn't mess up anything else. The restaurant was clean and the food was average. Nothing to write home about but as options in this small town are limited, it does in a pinch. read more

Not the cleanest of restaurants. Noticed ice from the soda and ice dispenser was laying on the floor in front of the machine. Staff walked by but nothing was done about it. The wood chairs around the restaurant are in need of reinforcement as when you sit on them, they wobble and creak. Be forewarned if you carry some extra girth. With that being said, it's a small restaurant as it shares real estate with a gas station. During my visit, staff was friendly and the gal that took my order was busy training a new employee. Once my food was ordered, I heard my name called about 4 minutes later to come to the corral and pick it up. Food was good (although fries were not very hot). Have I experienced better? You betcha! But the food was okay so I would stop back if I wanted to pay tribute to Uncle Dave. read more

I think the KFC/Taco Bell venture across the street is grateful for Wendy's. Otherwise they might not have so much business.... Having worked fast food before, I know what it's like there, I know it's not easy, but I also know there is a push to be nice to customers. I have been there several times and every time I was yelled at. And I'm the customer! They have a hard time pronouncing my name, even when I try to help them...? Ok, ok. Send the kids back to elementary & junior high, already. Labor laws include Wendy's, I hope you know! read more

Place is very interesting. The food is mediocre nothing unusual there. But the staff damn. I don't even work there and they give me a headache. They do a piss poor job acknowledging any guests. I stood at the front counter for five minutes while two managers and three team members bickered with each other, the professionalism was astounding ( can you catch the sarcasm?). Thank god I don't live in Richfield. But if I did well you don't need any reality television, just come to this Wendy's. Place is ridiculous. Kinda like sub par dinner and a show, sure the show is kinda like Jerry Springer but it's a show. read more

We were passing through Richfield about 11 pm. Not a lot of food options. The meal I had here, at Wendy's couldn't have been better! My hamburger was hot, and fresh tasting. The bun was soft and the lettuce was crisp . The fries were hot and yummy. The root beer wasn't week. It had just the right amount of syrup. read more

Definitely would not recommend anyone go in here for some reason I used to like Wendy's I thought the food was great I don't know if it's poor management but today was horrible the meat didn't even taste like meat we waited for quite a while for a cheeseburger and a bacon cheddar burger not good I don't know if this is real meat or if it is tofu or imitation meat seeds vegetables something read more

Stood at the counter 2-3 minutes just to be told breakfast just ended, I pulled out my phone and showed the attendant it was 10:32 am, she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Didn't even give me a chance to order anything different. I had absolutely no problem ordering at McDonald's. Guess McDonald's wins a new customer, and Wendy's loses one read more

The worst! Our first experience last year with this Wendy's was horrible. Customer service at the counter was terrible, the place where your customers should get a nice greeting and make them feel welcome. Decided to give it another try today. Exact same experience. Counter girl was slow, uninterested and acted like she could care less about the service she was providing if you want to call it that. Another customer pointed out to her that the iced tea dispenser was empty. She completely ignored him. Wendy's in Richfield...never again read more

I don't know if any one has ever been in the hola cost...!? But that's what it felt like to work there.! I feel it's a place ran by the devil herself! If they don't like you they will make you feel so small and insecure, it would be a miracle if I didn't leave there crying! Maybe if They would have made me feel as if I was equal, shit even worthy as an employee I could have shown them my full potential! I now suffer from kidney problems because they allow no breaks and no drinks while there! Also the make the person at the front do all the work which causes slow service! I wouldn't eat or work there if I were you!!! read more

Stopped here on our way to Denver for a bite and I was completely disgusted. I'm a big fan of Wendy's and now I don't know how I'll ever obtain a craving for their food ever again. I go in and most of the tables were dirty. I also spotted rotting food on the carpet with flies surrounding it. Seemed to be chili fries or something I'm not sure but whatever it was was just shocking to see. Obviously no one cared to clean around there because if they did, they would've seen that aging food on the carpet. The carpet looked very dirty as well, very stained. The food tasted how I had expected so that was fine though I didn't want to eat in that environment. I'd wished I would've had something else. read more

Our on a road trip. What better place to stop than Wendy's? Love the spicy chicken sandwich its tasty

Absolutely worst service ever. My family and I were headed back home to California from Colorado and decided to make a pit stop at Wendys. Worst decision. Never have we felt so discriminated against, not only was our cashier, Vivian, rude but she looked at us with disgust as if she's never seen hispanics before. Clearly she wasn't taught about cultural diversity. That isn't how you treat customers whether they're your skin type or not. read more

Slowest fast food experience of my life. Four people back in the kitchen, only one at the counter despite there being a decent sized line. The poor kid working the counter had to do everything - pour the chili, make the special lemonade, ice cream etc. Two of the four people in back were literally standing there picking their butts the whole time and doing absolutely nothing. Stood in line for 20 minutes even though there were only three orders in front of me read more

I WON't RECOMMEND WENDYS TO ANYONE!! I shouldn't even rate Wendy's half a Star but it's the only way I could write this review. The staff and manager seemed racist not only did they Rudely tell us that it was closed in the inside of the restraint(WHEN THERE IS A POSTER OUTSIDE THAT SAYS "open until 1am" and says nothing about the drive through being the only way to order our food!) the drive through person was rude and mean to my father when he simply asked for a water yes height have an accent but who in the hell doesn't understand the word WATER! She repeatedly asked what he was saying and I had to tell her then she stayed quiet and went for the water. THE FOOD! The burgers tasted gross the fries had no salt and even the cokes didn't taste like coke! I hope the Wendy's association reads this and talks to that staff because it wasn't excellent service and the food was worse than the service! In addition, I apologize to the people who do not want to read negative comments like this one but I just don't want such an experience to happen to anyone else. read more
