Fast food. Really? What a fiasco! Drive through was backed up. Have them pull around so you're not 5 deep in the drive through line. We ordered original chicken. Unsure if that's what we got. We were on the way to Moab and made a pit stop here for food and gas since Richfield has the cheaper gas on the way. This KFC is combined with Taco Bell, so you get the best of both worlds. Although I got Taco Bell as well, I was intrigued by the Nashville Hot Tenders on the menu, so also ordered that. Unfortunately, all we got were plain tenders with hot sauce on the side. I'm confused... so I looked up what it should look like and the sauce is definitely supposed to be covering the tenders. Definitely disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted. Plus, it was a bit pricey. I could've had 3 crunchwrap supremes instead. read more

On the way to Salt lake, my boyfriend and I stopped here for a fill up meal. P the service was good and I thought that it was pretty standard kfc, although I will say the chicken did not seem the most fresh. However, it was still crispy and good and so were the fries, mac and cheese, and biscuits. They gave all the sauces required, and overall I thought it was a good KFC experience and filled my craving. read more

they are open till 11 pm, and we put in and paid for an online order around 10:15 pm tonight. my husband went to pick it up, all the open signs are on, and theres a group of teenage employees inside talking. They don't pick up the drive through, so my husband went to the window. a teenage girl told him they are closed, he says he was charged. she says you would have to take that up with kfc and told him to leave. calling to speak with management tomorrow. worst customer service we have ever experienced!!!! they need to fire all of those entitled little kids and get real management in there. read more

got into town around 830 pm looking for a quick bite. KFC doors were locked at 855pm even though doors said open until 10pm. workers were taking drive thru orders but after driving 5 hours just wanted to sit down and eat not in a hotel or car. I went to winger's instead and spent $40 without tip since your business had clearly hit their target for the day on dine in business. If hours of operation need to change, maybe have MOD type up a nice note and put it on the door letting your patrons know so they don't feel like they're not welcome in your establishment. thank you Jon B read more

Wow I was so disappointed. There were 4 in my group ordering. I got a 2 pc chicken and thigh meal with Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese cup was not full. The chicken was disgusting, it was over cooked and greasy. I received no fork and no butter honey for my biscuit. The price was ok if you are wanting greasy over cooked chicken. Then one of the others got an 8 pc tenders. Not as bad as the 2 pc meal but just ok. Price a wapping $18.49. I was the price on the receipt and could not figure out was that charge was for because I knew everything else that was order was around $8. So I went to the web site and learned that yes 8 pcs of tenders were $18.48 and many of the menu items were over prices in my opinion. So because of disgusting food and overpriced tenders I will never return to this KFC. read more

I used to come to Richfield looking forward to having lunch at KFC. When I come in person, unlike the other posters here, I have always been totally satisfied. Every. Single. Time. And the staff and management know this, I don't hide it. However.... Now we have this pandemic garbage going around. Ok, CoVid-19 is bad. Grant you that much. However, the head cold is also a corona-family virus, IIRC, and last I know both are distributed in the same manner. Ok, this mean it did not grow any arms or legs, it does not fly around baring it's fangs saying "boogie woogie woogie!" trying to capture you. No, just perform the normal sanitary chores like is supposed to be done. That's all. And I *WILL* go nose to nose with the Health Dept. if the disagree with that. And every time I have been to KFC since this CoVid garbage became an issue, KFC is either drive-through OR curb-side service. And in both instances I have been unhappy with my order. There is, literally, something wrong with my order each and every time. Every. Single. Time. So why go when I can't get my order like I want it? Because when I am in there in person, they can see if I am happy or not. If not, I can always go to the register and get it fixed. At drive-through or curb-side, not possible. And drive-through is the worst of the two. I can't wait until this fake pandemic that was drempt up by gutless panic-mongers is over so I can get myself an award-winning lunch from KFC (like they used to....)! read more

We stopped by for the first time at 4 PM on a Saturday. There was a line in front of us but we wanted some chicken, so we ordered the 8 piece meal. We were in line for about 10 minutes when we finally arrived at the window, the window girl said we only have original recipe chicken and no extra crispy! They should have said this when we ordered it! The girl said they could substitute it with original or we could pull around front and wait! I asked how long it would take and she had to ask, but came back to the window and said 16 minutes, so they made us wait about 13 minutes so far and hadn't even started extra crispy chicken yet! We settled for the original chicken and then we're told it would be 28 dollars! then it took another 5 minutes for them to put the order together, which to me meant they had no intentions of pleasing the customer! The owner should read this and take notice! I will try you one more time, but if you don't have extra crispy ready when I order I will take that to mean you never cook extra crispy chicken, report you to corporate and blast you on every space available on the internet! Customer service better come back to your KFC! read more

Stopped off here on the way from Vegas to Moab. Conveniently located off the freeway. Plenty of parking. Clean restaurant/bathroom and friendly cashier. Gas locations nearby. There is one more city after Richfield which is the last place to stop for over 100 miles if you're headed east. read more

I had to go out of my way to find this establishment's yelp page but I did it because I am so disgusted with this place and the meal that they served me that it has actually scarred me from eating KFC since. During our cross country trip to Los Angeles, my boyfriend and I stayed overnight at the Fairfield inn. After battling hail on the mountainside, we got into Richfield around 11pm and were starving. KFC sounded great so we drove over and got a couple meals. When I got back to my hotel and opened up the food, ready for the crispy, moist chicken, I discovered that what I got was not fresh, crispy chicken but old, like real old, chicken that had clearly been dropped back into the fryer to make it fresh and crisp again. Well, it didn't work--the chicken was oily, discolored and tasted terrible. We threw it out because it was completely inedible. Congrats this is quite possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Thanks KFC, you've ruined fried chicken for me. read more

Our KFC experience in Richfield started off fine. The cashier was polite and efficient. We ordered the $5 mashed potato bowl meal and the $5 two piece, original chicken meal. We specifically requested it well done. It took about ten minutes to be served. The mashed potato bowl was good, but the other meal contained undercooked chicken. We took it back to the counter and the fry cook said he would make us some fresh pieces. Thirty minutes later he brought us four pieces of what looked like well done chicken. Upon opening the box at our hotel and digging in, we found greasy chicken that was still undercooked. Blah! It was THE WORSE chicken we've ever gotten at KFC ever! Also, during our thirty minute wait, we could hear the workers behind the counter swearing and talking trash about others. Seriously, how is this KFC staying open? Save your money and go someplace else. read more

The staff was very friendly and the store did not have but a few other customers so my food was served promptly. Decided on the KFC menu rather than the Taco Bell. Opted to have KFC's 3 chicken tender lunch box. Keeping in mind I like salt, my chicken batter was nearly all salt, or so it tasted like. Mashed potatoes, hard to screw up. Passed off the remaining contents of my box to my lunchmate. The restaurant was clean. I'm still tasting salt a few days later so next time, I'll burger up at another local establishment. I love KFC, but this place is not making the ol Colonel Sanders proud. read more

This place is not fast food... I think it has taken them on average 45 minutes in the drive-thru every time I have been there in the past year. The food is sub-par at best and my chicken has been dry every time. I even went online to do a survey about 6 months ago and reported that the service and food is not up to par. I go to this place about twice a month and have never had a problem with the food quality. But I've been shorted on my order the last two times. This time I spoke to the manager and she told me the place is "under new management". After telling her of my issues, she at first seemed like a typical kid with no respect for her job, but later seemed very accommodating. She even offered one of their cakes. When I got my 10 piece take out order home, there were fifteen pieces of chicken in it. I have to say that I'm surprised. I hope they continue upgrading their service. UPDATE: We really have been KFC fans... but no more. The change in management has done serious damage to this restaurant. We've been shorted on two consecutive orders and one of the orders had chicken that wasn't prepared in any way I've ever seen in a KFC, the chicken dry and gritty like it had been dry rubbed after being cooked. If you are from out of town DO NOT STOP HERE. This is unlike any other KFC in Utah. For the past couple of years it has been a nightmare trying to get a correct order, items are always missing. Several times we were unable to order side items because the manager forgot to order enough containers. Also , most of the time they're out of chicken. I don't have a lot of expectations when eating from a fast food chain other than the food will taste just like every other franchise location they have but I have to comment here. We walked at 3:00 on a Saturday on our way to NV and this place was an absolute mess. Filthy! There was only one other table that had people sitting at it. Floors were covered in filth and tables were all dirty. Must be why everyone hits the drive thru.. Also, they were out of chicken breasts...how do you have chicken as a specialty and then run out of one of the top menu items? There's a grocery store down the road....run there and get some!
