Came in craving chicken. Left questioning my entire life trajectory. Ordered the Cajun Club Sandwich because the picture on the menu looked like it had its life together. What arrived was two pieces of sad white bread hugging a slice of what I can only describe as "chicken-flavored disappointment" and a single wilted piece of lettuce that looked like it had been emotionally abused. The bacon? It tasted like it had been rescued from a dumpster behind a Marriott at 3 a.m. and then microwaved by someone who hates me personally. The fries were so salty I briefly gained the ability to preserve meat just by touching it. My tongue is now 40% sodium and 60% regret. Asked for extra Zax sauce (because at this point I needed something to feel). They gave me one tiny cup. ONE. Like I'm supposed to ration it like it's the last helicopter out of Saigon. Newsflash: I'm not a sauce communist. I want FREEDOM SAUCE. The cashier called me "boss" three times while simultaneously acting like I personally ruined his day by existing. Bro, I'm just trying to eat chicken and not cry in public. We're not that close. 10/10 would not recommend unless your goal is to experience what it feels like to be emotionally ghosted by fast food. We stopped by here on a Sunday, I was worried because the last time I was here they served us chicken from bad oil. We were greeted promptly and it was fine. The soda machine however only had diet drinks, which I was fine with. Also station was out napkins. Travel paths anyone? But good came out hot and good. Wouldn't say fresh, but just right. The chicken was that flavor I miss, and the fries were well seasoned. I have a drink mix I like that is one third Coke, One third Cherry Coke, and One third Dr. Pepper. They were out of Cherry Coke, but I managed to make a drink similar to the one I like by mixing Coke and Cherry Dr. Pepper, so I was happy. However, I wanted to use the bathroom before we got back on the road, and I saw the guy who took our order come out of the stall, and he didn't wash his hands. We stopped here on a road trip and we very pleased with our stop. The food was similar to a Canes. However I think the chicken is better on its own than canes. My mother got a salad, and in places like that where salads definitely aren't their main dish, salads can be a little rocky, but she said that she was very impressed and would get it again. The service was nice and we had a very kind cashier who helped us decide what we wanted and gave some awesome suggestions. Love this chain and food but hiring younger staff who seems like they have nothing better to do with their lives is bothersome. 10 minutes before close we're told to clean our food up ourselves and told "sorry to kick you out", real great way to put it, hate to hold you up from closing directly the second you close. This place is fantastic! The food is delicious and I think I like it better than Chick-fil-a now. they have plentiful dipping sauce options for their tenders and the sandwiches taste great as well. Lack of dipping sauce options is why I don't care for Raising Cane's. Zaxby's does it right. They messed up part of our take-out order but insisted on replacing the entire thing when we went back to tell them. That's excellent customer service. Chicken is crunchy on the outside moist on the inside, the variety of sauces is top notch ( their hottest sauces could definitely be hotter) they've got one of those coke machines so you have a million drink options. Fries are great, pricing is good, you can tell everything is made fresh to order. THIS PLACE IS SEVERELY UNDERRATED. Definitely get the chicken strips. read more

We love Zaxby's- it's fast food, fried goodness we used to eat when we lived in Georgia. The one in Utah is the only one out West and we found it by accident a couple years ago so we made sure it was part of this trip through Utah too. What'a so great? The Zaxby's dipping sauce - nothing like it and impossible to explain. I always get an extra one for the chicken so I can soak it and the zest sauce that comes with the fried mushrooms is similar but with a hint of horseradish- they are unique and yummy. read more

It was almost closing time when we drove in to the large free parking lot but it looked like a local chicken chain so we had to try it. There were only two other groups of customers when we walked in so it didn't take long to get our order in. I liked the fact that profits from some of their sales on certain nights are directed towards various causes. Great boneless wings. The Buffalo Wings were very good and very spicy. The Chicken Strips and the Chicken Nuggets were completely cooked (a necessity for my kids), crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Fries, Coleslaw and the buttered toasted bread were very good. The funny "quotes" and sayings on the wall were entertaining. We went here for dinner tonight and I'm still in shock... weve been here many times and overall, its been pretty good. But tonight... it started wrong, and ended wrong. They gave us an entirely wrong order. I ordered 2 nibblerz combos and we got 1 chicken salad. But they corrected that. Then, I got home and realized we had no drinks. I called and they said i could come back and get them... but our food would be cold if I did that, so i told chris I wasnt going to come back and ruin our food... so he asked me what i would like him to do about it? Really... Chris!!! I said the next time we are there, I should get drinks. He said, ok, thats fine. But then, we opened the boxes with our food in them, and found all of the bread was burned! We, customers, pay alot for food these days! And this should not be put out to anyone! And yes, they knew the bread was burned when they boxed it. So this is not right! See attached picture. We ordered a 20 piece family pack yesterday for take out and brought it back to the office. On the way to the office, we could smell our food was horribly burned. We found that the fries and bread were excellent, but the chicken tasted like it was burned even though it was still tender. I called the restaurant from my office and I spoke to a younger gentleman who was extremely professional. He told me to come back and they would make it correctly. I explained my inability to return to the restaurant at that time. He then took my name and told me he would notify his manager and I could return any time. We went back today and the employees were very apologetic and professional. They gave us a new order at no cost and the manager also apologized.
