Stopped in for a quick dinner and used the self service kiosk to order. Got a dinner deal for $30 dollars which came with 6 pieces of chicken, 6 chicken fingers, two large sides, and 4 biscuits. The self service kiosk allowed us to specify how we would like each piece of chicken (crispy or original) which was helpful as we do not all like the same recipe. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves and the seating area was clean. Our food was brought out to us fast. We had a wait on chicken tenders which was explained to us when our first round of food came out. Overall, the food was made well and we would come here again. read more

Oh my goodness, I wanted to share my experience at KFC that same night, but I was sooo mad and disappointed, I just sat down and watched the TV I tell you when I opened the box it was sauce all over the outside of the box, more sauce on the box instead of the wings that I ordered. Worst chicken sandwich ever. I couldn't even get a bite out of it. I simply couldn't chew through the chicken. I've never seen anything like it. Ordered in the app at 5:35, app said the order would be ready at 5:45. My daughters at the restaurant at 5:45 and app says the order is ready but nothing. Finally at 5:55 she asked about it and is told 7 minutes for the biscuit and the manager said we'd get 2 extra. Finally at 6:05 the order comes out, get it home no extra biscuits. And she was told they were out of kfc sauce. Shouldn't take 40 minutes for 5 tenders, side of fries, powdered mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. Tried contacting kfc through their app and was told sorry for the inconvenience have a nice night. Poor poor service. read more

Happy with my visit here! Sure, the wait time is a little long, but it's for delicious fried chicken! Come on! Our cashier was very friendly and checked over my order after. Food was pretty good too! I got a kids meal naturally (I'm kid sized anyway), Nikita got 3 piece tender meal. I am happy with my popcorn chicken. The biscuits are a 5/5. Nikita says about the tenders, "the outside isn't crunchy, and the inside isn't juicy, BUT, is really tasty". We're both happy with dinner tonight. I am excited to go back and try something else. I'm giving this location two-stars, not for the food but location and also staffs attempts to substitute non-available items with other items. I know this location is fairly new, but you would think they would at least have enough food! Maybe staff training might be a little disorganized, but running out of food??? I'm not just talking one item, but SEVERAL items! No cookies, no biscuits, no corn or popcorn chicken (didn't know that until I got home with our Famous Bowls (2) and there wasn't any corn in them and it was made with "cut-up"/shredded like chicken strips- which believe it or not just don't have the same flavor as the popcorn chicken and don't work for the bowls. Also ordered two Chicken Little sandwiches and the bottoms of the rolls were so hard they were inedible. Chicken on them was cold and that strange grayish brown color....let's just say one bite and it was over. I will give the employee kudos for trying her best to give me either green beans or coleslaw in the place of cookies and biscuits but I didn't take her up on the offer. Good location with big parking lot and easy drive-thru. Food was all cold or luke warm. Ended up spending almost $30 for dinner that was mostly (75-80%) thrown out. read more

From what I understand this location just opened so I get they may still be working out the "kinks". I went around 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. They were out of all sides except Mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. How do you only have two sides available almost 3 hours prior to closing? Meanwhile there were several large cans of green beans sitting behind the counter? So no one could open any of them? Not to say that's what I wanted but you only have two sides available and it's not closing time. As for the chicken it wasn't terrible but it was definitely over cooked. I have never been to a KFC where the outside was borderline burnt. Anyway, I hope they get better over time. read more

Was there yesterday evening. I walked up to the counter and stood there for 10 and was completely ignored. Everything I tried to order they were out of not sure how a KFC can run out of chicken. After reading the reviews this seems to be the norm. It doesn't matter that it is a new location; they are not a new company. My husband went on-line & ordered chicken & slaw. Doing that on-line means you get a confirmation for the time you requested & you need to pay ahead. BIG PROBLEM upon arriving. NOTE: This place just opened !!! Our order was not ready & shortly after we got there, one of the girls came out into lobby & locked all the doors, taped a sign to each door facing out saying CLOSED DUE TO SHORT STAFFED & WE HAVE NO SIDES AVAILABLE. Well, you can imagine the uproar not to mention the cars pulling in & wanting to get inside. We received our order 45 min late & was told the only side available was mash. pot/gravy (which we didn't want) but took as we were told that if we didn't take the pot., they couldn't give us a refund & that we had to go on-line for it. So, we are done with KFC & will never return. Will visit the other chicken place. How can the franchise manager let this happen? read more

This place just opened an my girlfriend decided to get some for dinner tonight . We had a bit of wait which is totally fine , but the reason I'm writing this review is to speak on the absolute gem that was the cashier i didn't get her name but on our recipe it says carc25 . She was so beautifully pleasant . She gave us cookies an drinks for us waiting . It was honestly just so sweet . Kindness is hard to come by now a days an this was just that . I've stopped at this restaurant 3x now. The first experience over the summer was good. But the 2 times I've been back this restaurant has been terrible. The last time tonight I went through the drive through ordered the meals for my family of 4. Paid, was asked to park whole we waited. Even though there was no one else in line. Then they brought our bag. I grabbed it and was on my way. Got home to a hungry family to find out there were only 3 of 4 orders. Missing an entire meal. I live 15 minutes away so driving back to complain would have ruined dinner so I attempted to call. Called the phone number published on the Kentucky fried chicken website but no one answered. Must have called 20x it would just ring then stop for some reason without anyone picking up. I really wanted to like this restaurant. But I'm going to have to give it a zero for customer service. The food we did get was good. No issues there. I feel this place needs better management or something to train the kids working there. I'll probably won't be giving this restaurant another try for a long time. read more

I live on the other side of town but work on this side pretty often so I'm a regular fast food diner. This particular location seems to be consistently understaffed and poorly managed as they shortened their hours of operation and when you're lucky enough to stop when they are open they're slow and have a laundry list of items unavailable. I understand they are new and don't really have their act together yet but service was horrible. I walked in (4:50pm - not prime time) and there was nobody waiting to place an order but a few people waiting for food after ordering. I placed a very simple order. After I ordered there were quite a few people who came in after, along with people who placed mobile orders and drive thru also picked up. It seemed every single item prepped went to the Drive Thru window and nobody in the dining room got served, even mobile order people. It took greater than 35 minutes to get my nashville hot meal. Because there were so many people waiting on orders in the dining room, there was no place to sit and eat, so I took my order home. When I got home, I discovered they gave me a regular chicken strip meal and not what I ordered. A few days later my husband decided to give them a try despite my experience. He walked in and saw a huge crowd waiting to order and the drive thru was also totally backed up. So he just left and went elsewhere. Total chaos! read more
