When I asked what I should do about my order a different employee responded and rudely told me I could be refunded in 24-48 hours or I could come back in half an hour for my food. I came back half an hour later and was then told again that I had to wait another half an hour for me food due to "NYS break regulations." At the very least turn off app ordering.... I would have gone someplace else but they had al reuse taken my money. Will not be returning. Management needs to figured out what is happening in their store.

He was a joy. He was very much a people person and goes above and beyond for his customers experience. Thank you, Jordan, we will be back for that experience again. Not many places now adays make you feel welcome. They take your order and hand you the food. Not this man. You can hear the smile in his voice while taking your order and you see the smile at the window. Keep it up.

Our food was ready in a reasonable amount of time Not impressed with the fact that pretty much every table that could seat 4 people was dirty. We actually knew someone eating there and snagged their table because they were just finishing. I would try ordering online for pick-up next time.

He plopped the remade order in front of me and walked away without a word. What did I do to deserve this? I contacted the owner, but she never got back to me. The people that work there seem to hate it which is probably why the place is so unsanitary. I was a very regular customer, but after this, I've never been back.
