Walked thru the door at roughly 2 PM on Good Friday and immediately noticed the slippery floor, as if there was a slight coating of grease slippery. Could be the incorrect "floor cleaner" solution or something else but even the rubber soles of our sneakers tended to slide around. The "dining" area was filthy with the surfaces sticky/gooey as well as prior "diners" debris strewn about the floor (fries/napkins/utensils, etc). Upon exiting I then noticed the windows and doors.......horribly filthy and smeared with finger prints and general smudges as if they had not been cleaned in weeks. One windows at the entrance door was strewn with streaks as if someone used a wet cloth to redeposit the filth and did not bother to finish the job. As per the NY Post "Wendy's quietly confirms 300 store closures next year", this should definitely be one of the 300! Do not even think that the Burger King across the street or the McDonalds just down the road is any better! I wish I could give it negative stars. Don't waste your time going to this location. We waited 39 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Two of the items were salads. We got no silverware, no straws. The employees sat on thier phones instead of helping customers - we have photos. When we stated that we were waiting for 39 minutes the cashier rudely said it was corporate's fault and slammed the window. Oh yeah, and the food was just as bad as the service. Fix the issues or just close the restaurant. You are wasting people's time and money. read more

This Wendy's is my local one in Victor. The food is pretty consistent here. Hot, fresh and good. My biggest issue is the prices for some items. My $10.79 taco salad is small even though it's the full size and the small chili isn't ever enough so I always get another small chili. What makes it worse is they don't even fill the chili bowls! At least get them close to fill! These small bowls lacked a good quarter cup. Either lower the prices or fill the containers please. The chili is good! I do praise them for their friendliness, fast service at the drive thru and cleanliness. I like the addition of zero Coke flavors too. read more

Every time I happen to stop and eat at this Wendy's, y'all can NEVER manage to make my food the way I ask you to make it. It would be one thing if it was once an a while that it was not how I asked for it and how the receipt says it should be. But having to pay for extras that I request, and every single time y'all manage to mess it up? Ridiculous. I only get fast food once in a while and it's usually Wendy's. Y'all always mess up my experience. And when somebody only eats once or twice a day - that's especially unacceptable. I just think y'all could put a little more EFFORT and CARE and INTENSITY into your job. Disappointing experience and atmosphere. Management needs to boost morale or something. Ya'll are SAVAGE. This is fast food. And if you're mad because you're rolling up 10 minutes before close at midnight upset the frosty machine is CLEANED and out of commission... you need to reassess. Times are tough enough already let's be kind huh? I'm not from here -- Wendy's was one of the only options late night. The staff was super friendly (pro tip: if you're friendly people are generally friendly back). I asked for extra ketchup, got two handfuls of packets with a smile. The 4 for 4 was fire flame. Asked for a baconator meal, only got the sandwich, they didnt charge extra but still. Also took them 15 mins to give me a 4 for 4 and a baconator. I was able to drink my frosty by the time they gave it to me because it was so melted. Guy at the register had to call over two different people to complete my order. In my opinion, Wendy's is at or near top of the fast food burger chains in Rochester. I have only ever purchased from the drive through, but it has always been a pleasant experience...that is fast, courteous service, and reasonably delicious food. Order is almost always hot and food is fresh. This is a rarity among chains. Pretty darn tasty burgers, good fries with skins, not too heavily salted, and nice spicy crispy chicken sandwich. If you only have 15 minutes to grab lunch, not a bad choice...healthy options like the grilled chicken salad are also pretty good. read more

She didn't say anything to us the whole time she just sending us the receipt and card and walked away. When we pulled up the the next window and got our food. If I could post a "0" star I would. I have no idea what's happening with Wendy's lately but the service has been awful. I went to the Jefferson Rd restaurant this afternoon and clearly stated exactly what my wife and I wanted when we ordered. The person restated our order 3 different times getting it wrong until finally she got it right. We went through drive through, paid and discovered our order was wrong. I parked our car, went back in the restaurant and let them know the order was wrong. They asked to see the receipt so I needed to go back out to my car and gat a receipt for an order I place 5 minutes earlier. The manager on duty looked at he receipt and indicated that they fulfilled the order correctly. I responded that I did not order fries, ordered a baked potato and that I don't eat fries ever. It took 5 minutes to get the potato I originally ordered and then I stood at the counter waiting another 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and got got my sour cream. Honestly, my wife and I have really become dissatisfied with the poor attitudes, inadequate level of responsiveness and poor service at Wendy's. This particular location used to be managed buy a guy named Hassett for a long time who used to manage an exceptional team. Food was served lightning fast, hot and with a smile. The employees they have working their now are slow, indifferent and not in slightest bit interested in making customers happy. What happened to Wendy's?? I'm not certain we will ever go back to this location anytime soon. Just seems like the qualities of employee has declined in recent years. read more

Nothing out of the ordinary here in terms of food as its a chain fast food restaurant . I wanted to comment on their weekday lunch staff and how they stand apart from other similar places in the area. I've been here multiple times at what I would expect is their busiest time of the day 12-1pm. Each and every time , the drive thru line moves smoothly , the orders are placed and received quickly and accurately and most importantly to me , i get a nice smile from the employees at the windows. It might seem minuscule , but things like that alone will keep me coming back. read more
