Very very slow. I ordered online checked in before walking in and still had wait for 25 minutes before getting my food. They are insanely slow and they forget the drink every time. I have tried this Burger King three times, and each time I have gotten so sick. I tried the one in canandaigua and I didn't have the same effect. I like this Burger King. I'm a fan of the fish sandwich and the jalapeño bites. I always go through the drive thru window. Food is always hot and their fries are really good. They are very friendly and my orders accurate. I just wish they had cheese on the fish sandwich because I never remember to ask. They hold out their scanner for you to put your card in and put your food in a plastic container to hand it out eliminating hand to hand contact. read more

Rudest Burger King I've ever been to. The girl at the counter was angry and disrespectful. We watched her throw 20 packets of ketchup at another co-worker. While we waited a very slow 20 minutes for our food, she was loudly telling her co-workers how awful the mac n cheetos were, as if we couldn't hear her. She was also rudely bragging about a bun that was covered with ketchup and mustard that she had dropped on the floor earlier and not cleaned up. There were only 2 customers there and yet, the food took longer to prepare than at any Burger King I have been to in my entire life. My chicken sandwich tasted toxic, like it was cooked in old grease. I wish it was possible to give this awful train wreck of a restaurant zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes after ordering 2 rodeo burgers. I had a little drive to get home and when I finally got home and began eating my burger , it was just a plain double cheese burger with bacon, so much bacon isn't usually a problem but I feel it was someone trying to hide the fact that 2 ingredients were missing. Won't be returning to this location again. Asked for zesty sauce and got a blank stare. If you aren't sure, ask your manager, oh wait she was a few feet away and watching the drive thru person pretty much do nothing. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH!! They will get your order wrong!! After about a six month hiatus from the Victor Burger King, my wife returned to this location for a quick lunch. She entered the drive through lane and ordered a Whopper Junior. After paying and receiving her bag containing what she thought was a Whopper Junior, wasn't she surprised to find a "sorry" chicken sandwich when she got home. When I say sorry, I mean one piece of breaded chicken between two buns ant that was it!?! In a moment of weakness today 12/27/17,, and because it's 16 degrees outside, I gave in and went to the nearest drive through. It was this Burger King. I ordered two grilled chicken salads, and the King $aving$ spacial; TWO cheese burgers, fries and a drink. After paying, and NOT getting my bag of food, I was told to drive to the other side of the building and they would bring it out to me. They wanted to grill the chicken. Bravo. But wait. After seeing the same people go in, and then come out, I thought it was time I better go in to see where the status of my ordered. They were just bagging it up as I came to the counter. Greeting with a smile, they said, "Here's your order." I asked, remembering my wife's experience; "is everything in the bag?" I was assured it was. Lo and behold, when I got home, and reached into the bag to pull out our two cheese burgers, I came up short one. Now I know how they make their money on the King $aving$ deal, short the customer a burger. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, AND RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME. If you must go, at least go in and eat there some problems can be resolved on-site. On Monday October 28th 2013 Having been working in the area for a few months but getting sick of the usual fair directly adjacent to our office I made the decision to visit this location for lunch with a co-worker. Our first impression when walking in was kind of off putting. The place was filthy. The entrance door was looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped din possibly a few days. The que guards where smudged and sticky to the touch. This honestly wasn't the sort of thing I would normally complain about, lets be honest with this sort of place you expect to make some consensus on cleanliness, even so it was enough to be noticeable. When we got in line there was maybe no more than 6 people ahead of us, so we expected no much of a wait. This proved to be another poor assumption on our behalf again. After waiting about 10 min just to order there was an additional 15 min wait to get our order. I'd like to say this was just expected wait for the "lunch rush" however watching the orders go out it was more to the lack of prep work on their behalf. They were woefully unprepared for any sort of rush even with it being noon on a Monday and within less than a mile from a slew of office buildings. The staff was making no effort to maintain pace with orders, they moved with a speed that gave the impression they could have given two shits that people where waiting. While we waited we were able to take in more of the filth around us. The soda fountains looked as if they had not been cleaned in weeks. There where caked on soda splash all over the back board. The lid tray and straw holder was sticky and filthy. It's just gross. Again let me reframe that I am not some sort of neat/clean freak. I go into a place expecting a certain level of gross, this is fast food after all. But honestly this was gross. But the food was paid for and I figured how bad could it be.. Well it was awful! After waiting 15 min for our food we finally sat down to eat. I had ordered the angry whooper and a large onion rings, my co-worker got a chicken parm sandwich and fries. I love Bk onion rings so I dug into them before my burger, looking at them I should have known what I was in for. Their coloration was dark and you could smell the pungent smell of old oil. My senses did not fail me, they tasted like shit. I could only imagine how dark and rancid those fryers must be given the awfulness of those rings man. Putrid is the first work that comes to mind. I will say the bnurger was not awful, I mean it's not a five guys or some gourmet burger but it's exactly what I went there for. No complaint there. My coworker how ever had gotten like I said the chicken parm sandwich which was a crispy fillet. So that means of course it was soaked in that nasty rancid oil. That's not even the half of it though. There was no sauce, the cheese was just gross. It seemed like this thing had sat around for some time before being microwaved and served up. Which makes me wonder why it even took so long to be served, he couldn't even finish it. Had the handful of median age around 40 years old staff not been in the weeds with the 4 other people waiting and few cars in line I would have demanded my money back. However given that they could not seem to handle the fairly light rush they already had I did not bother at to moment to complain. I already lost my lunch time just waiting for this awfulness. On my way out I needed to use the rest room, and that was a HUGE mistake. My stomach already feeling like shit from the nasty onion rings I was already on the verge of hurling. Walking in a wall of strong smell of urine and fecal mater was almost enough to make me lose my lunch. The floor was sticky and the grout between the tiles looked like they had fucking mold growing on them. This place is a fucking dump that serves extremely shitty food from an extreme sub-par staff. This place doesn't even deserve a star. They don't clean the food tongs, there is cross contamination with raw and other foods, food being stored together in the PHU pans that shouldn't be together. employees don't wash their hands when they are supposed to. there were 3 separate occasions they had french fries on the floor of the lobby covered in ants. Bathrooms are disgusting. The swearing in front of customers. there was a piece of hair in the food. completely disgusted on how this restaurant is ran. should be ashamed of yourselves. read more
