they made my 5 year old son cry. we were in the drive through and the women behind the speaker already sounded annoyed for no reason. my son (who is FIVE YEARS OLD) couldn't decide between fries or apple slices. he changed his mind a couple times before the woman at the speaker yelled "APPLES OR FRIES?!" my son got scared and then started crying. when we pulled up to the window to pay, the woman saw my son crying in the backseat and smirked the whole time she was ringing us up, like making a child cry just made her whole day. not only did it ruin his day, he refused to eat his entire meal because he felt bad "for making the lady mad." We visited this establishment on vacation. We have visited this particular McDonald's many times before. The food was hot and fresh. It provided what we expected from our McDonald's pleasantly. The staff were working diligently and went above and beyond. There was a very bitter patron whom spoke poorly to one of the staff members regarding the lack of straws. Said staff member literally ran to retrieve the straws and ran back to deliver them to the unruly patron. Shame on the patron! I would highly recommend this establishment and I would recommend everyone be patient and kind during this era in time. Morals are lacking, but we see the good in your drive and we look forward to watching this establishment thrive. Overall, great job! read more

I've never had a bad experience at the Victor McDonald's. Both the drive thru and lobby usually run well and the lobby is clean and calm. For drive-thru, the Farmington location is great but their lobby is a mess and very slow. The Victor location does both well. read more

They have an outdoor space, the inside is clean and tidy and the drive thru is either fat or your just gonna wait. Staff is pleasant and helpful. This is the McDonald's I go to most often. They have a very friendly Staff and I haven't had any serious with them myself. The only thing that has been a problem is they occasionally run out of Coke or problems with the ice cream machine. Not the biggest issue but when a grandchild wants their sundae and can't get it there's a bit of a letdown. Thankful for the chocolate chip cookies usually calm them though. read more

I haven't been to this location in a while because last time I ordered from there (drivethru) I got a quarter pounder and when I got home there was no bottom bun. How does that happen?? Tonight wasn't better since I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and only got one which, again, found out when I got home (I felt quickly in the bag under fries etc. to see if there were two while I was there but didnt check hard enough, obviously). I dont eat McDonalds food anymore, but i will still grab a coffee once or twice a week when Im short on time at home. I always get 1 or 2 larges, 6 cream and 6 sugar . I work overnights so Im either grabbing it right before I head in or after I get out of shift when I have to be up in the AM. Let me start by saying my debit card is older, the chip fell out a few weeks ago.So you have to " try the chip" 3 times before you get the " please use stripe/ swipe card" prompt. I watch my account linda religiously and had just gotten gas not long before. So the card was working and theres plenty of funds in the account. The manager at the forst window, left his window cracked which is how i know he was bullshitting me, when after less then a minute. He tells me " the cards not working, and if i couldn't tell, there's not a chip in it." 1st off. Mr. Leader of the lollipop guild. Dont sass me when I havent had my coffee. 2nd i could hear the machine making the " ahh ahh" / chip malfunction noise. You jammed the card in so fast it gave you an error and asked you to start the process over again. When i withheld my remarks and politley told you to try again as the card just worked fine. You then sassed me in your condescending tone saying " fine. But its not going to work". When i heard you jam it 2 times forcing the chip malfunction code again BUT NOT WAITING FOR THE MACHINE TO CLEAR FOR THE NEXT ATTEMPT. I asked for my card back. I wished I had grabbed your name but being very short, with blond hair and glasses, and A MANAGER. Your pretty easy to spot as long as I remember to look down. As a manager you should know better then to treat your customers like this. Dick. Ill be writing to your Lollipop Guild Union about your " unsweet and anything but cheerful" remarks. Horrible experience at Victor, NY McD. Ordered via Mobile ordering thru the app. No signage showing where to pick up order inside. Checked in when I parked in parking lot. Waited app 5 min before getting order. They served me fries that had been sitting in a box under the light since I walked into the door. Had to ask for fresh ones. Drink station disgustingly dirty with no ketchup. Just nasty looking. Told young lady at register when I asked for ketchup about drink station was told "we've been really busy" and made no effect to send an employee out to clean it until much later. Bacon double cheeseburger served with one1/2 piece of bacon instead of two 1/2 pieces. 2 Double hamburgers no onion Xtra pickle came with 2 pickle slices. One bun was completely burned on top. The Young lady (Alyssa) with long black hair's attitude was horrible. Complete with eye rolling when telling her issues with order and restaurant. I have been to many McDonalds before but this McDonald's on route 96 stood out from the rest. I loved the way the Christmas decoration were put around and I found out that the owner and others painted the Grinch Characters on the wood. .it was a nice change from others McDonald's where the food was cold or under done and going thru the drive thru the people were happy and the order was right. This is, after all, McDonalds. But I have to say it is one of the cleanest I've seen during busy lunch hours. Counter staff is very friendly and the Spanish speaking counter person is a plus. When not waiting on the counter, they are out cleaning up the dining area. Food is typical, but always hot during lunch. Don't forget your free refill on the large one dollar soda. read more
