I am a regular during the week and they always have what I order. On Sundays there is no reason to come there at 6:00 or 6:30 some times 7:00. They open at 6:00 but there has never been bagels or some donuts ready much before 7:00. I am told the baker over sleeps on sundays. If you cannot get things ready by opening time you should change your opening time to reflect the convenience of your employees. I will not be back on Sundays, I will go someplace else that can get up in time to go to work. read more

I went to my local shop to get my coffee and bacon fix (I love their snack bacon) and the Protein Muffin. The coffee was its usual awesome and the bacon delicious. Then I took out the muffin. It felt extra firm but didn't think twice about it. As I tried to remove the muffin paper it was really stuck on. The top of the muffin was hard. I still just thought it was maybe over baked. I took a bite out of the inside and it was dry and seemed like a leftover from a couple of days ago. Very disappointing. I've bought it there before so I hope this was a one time deal. I will go there and try it again and possibly raise my rating. The crew there is very nice and wait on everyone quickly. The shop is kept neat and clean. I usually use the drive thru and never have to wait there either. I'll be visiting again soon. read more

I ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk and paid 4.50, which is a price u would normally see at starbucks. so ok fine. i know dunkin isn't that great when it comes to taste but i still enjoy it. however i got this coffee to save for later, and when i took the ice out to make sure it didn't water down, i realized i payed 4.50 for probably 6 oz of coffee. rip off read more

I know it's Christmas season but someone should let the young man working the drive-through at this Dunkin know that he shouldn't be outback smoking his Christmas tree, while customers are waiting In line for their coffee, which is literally sitting on the counter! We ordered our 2 coffees ahead of time via the App. We gave our name for the order and pulled up to the window. We could see our 2 coffees sitting in the window but no employees in sight for TEN MINUTES! A young man finally walked by the window TWICE and somehow didn't see us sitting in the drive through in the bright orange truck. We had to tap on the window to get his attention. He seemed surprised to see us and then noticed the coffees and handed them to us. Pretty good. The counter service was a little weird. They have one person get your drink order, and then you have to tell the other guy what you ordered, and then pay him. The service was nice, though. The young folk behind the counter were friendly, if seemingly new to the job. This Dunkin also has a drive-thru! We live close to this location, which is why we decided to come here a few times. Every time there's always something new that goes wrong. The first time we went here, we went in the drive thru about two hours before they closed. I wanted a blended frozen coffee, they stated that they weren't doing frozen coffees anymore for the night because they turned off and cleaned their blenders. So I opted for a latte instead. They then informed me that they also turned off their espresso machine for the night. You would think that if something was down/ not working or turned off for the day, they would say that at the beginning. We then had to get just a basic iced coffee and a refresher because that's all they could make. The next time we came here, we decided to try their new featured chai tea lattes. I'm not sure if they even have us chai at all. Me and the person I went with both ordered one and they tasted like plain lattes with espresso. They may have an option to add coffee to it, but we clearly stated that we wanted the tea lattes with milk and vanilla. Long story short, we've gone to Starbucks ever since and we rarely go to this Dunkin. The only we recently came here is because we had a gift card to use up. Would not recommend! read more

Was going to give this location a positive review after the drive through lady was super nice and friendly yesterday morning. However when I got home and looked at the appearance of my food I was disgusted. My sandwich was thrown together and half hanging off the bagel. We have experienced horrible service repeatedly at this location. The prices are always wrong, I rarely get my order, as requested, and when I've asked for help, I receive a nasty attitude and snarky comments. It's frustrating, disappointing and quite frankly, I don't enjoy getting my coffee from there. Last week was hard muffin tops as one example, this week Luke warm coffee when usually so hot you need ice just to sip it, This is supposedly a training location, but the girls behind the counter said things have went south because they are in between managers. I would like to give zero stars but that's not an option. Every time I relent and go to this dunkin I end up disappointed and angry. The service is AWFUL and the food is even worse. I literally never get what I order. This morning I spent $17 on breakfast for the kids. Quite literally nothing I ordered was right and I was missing an item. No one has time to dig thru a whole bag and open each item when they are cars lined up behind you and one thinks that it is right when they read you what's in the bag as they hand it to you. And all the food was room temperature at best which is hard to understand when they are supposed to be preparing each item to order! Another $17 thrown in the garbage can and now I have to find something else to feed the kids. HORRIBLE! Service is just awful. Going through the drive-through, you get overfull coffee cups, literally with the coffee pouring down the cup, handed out the window to you. Once, the lid was half on and when I said something, the kid righted the lid and tried to hand it back. I said, "it's all over the outside and dripping!" He unpleasantly took it back and though I cannot quote him verbatim, was clearly not "getting" what my problem was. And the food. I'm sorry, but stick to donuts. I had a ham and cheese on flatbread combo this visit. It looked like someone stepped on it for starters. So empty that nothing was sticking out of the bread, so I opened it up to see if I got the sandwich I ordered. 2 slices of ham. NOT like in the photo. Then 5 hash browns. 5. Also NOT like the photo. Look at the plump sandwich on their website and the stuffed envelope of hash browns. They never look like the photo anywhere, but when you think you're getting a substantial meal and then get this, it's just wrong. I didn't start out planning to count them, but the kid dumped the little packet in upside down, so I had to fish them out. For over $6? Gimme a break! Just crap food, poor service and way too high prices. I always have to ask for napkins and they don't give me anything to stir my coffee with. I could go on...
