There's a reason I don't typically eat this stuff but on a busy day I was so hungry and decided to swing by McDonald's for a burger. Fries nice and hot and delicious and most other food was good except my strawberry pie was best eaten by 1:17 pm and it was after 6 pm. It was cold and a bit congealed. When I spoke to someone about it they were responsive and checked the others to make sure it wouldn't happen to someone else so that was appreciated. Tables were filthy so we wet a napkin and cleaned off a table to use. Average visit, some good points and some not so good. read more

The food at Mc Donald's is exactly what you expect at Mc D's. If you order coffee thru the drive-thru lanes with cream and/or sugar when you get to the pick-up window, you may want to ask the server to please stir the coffee before closing the lid. IMHO, McDonalds coffee is the top coffee around. read more

The workers here are extremely nice but numerous times they have forgotten food items. From full on sandwiches to sauces to fries. It extremely frustrating continuously getting home and missing items. I don't want to be rude to the polite people that work here but I just want the things I paid for! read more

Staff is nice but after a long day of work at 10 pm I stopped there for a snack and my Sprite was DISGUSTING. All soda water. No Sprite. Unfortunately, there's a problem every time I'm there. I'm here more often than I should be. The drive thru has a very good track record of getting cars through at a good speed and I don't think we've ever had a food item that wasn't up to snuff from this location. The lobby has not been as satisfying with not always clean tables or drink station and indifferent staff interactions. The best crew work on drive thru. I highly recommend the McDonald's app for deals, useful rewards points and for greatly speeding up drive thru. Not only do you spend just seconds at the order speaker to give them your mobile order number but the payment window becomes at most a place to grab a receipt. It really helps not only you (financially) but everybody else in line (speed). read more

Yesterday, 9/18, I ordered on the inside kiosk: a Filet of fish (light on the Tatar sauce), hamburger (no pickles), 1/4 pounder with cheese and bacon, no pickles, Medium fries, and 2 apple pies I GOT: 2 apple pies, LARGE fries, Filet of Fish SWIMMING in tartar sauce, a double cheese burger with a jar of pickles on it, and a McChicken on an artisan roll. Next time I go in, I'm dropping $20 on the counter and telling therm to given me 3 sandwiches, fries, and 2 desserts. That way I won't be disappointed. read more

Not sure if it's a New York thing but that morning manager doesn't know how to talk to grown folks. Employees look fed up but of course people need jobs. But after talking down to the employees in front of customers she smiled when she gave me my order. Guess that's a plus. read more

Service is ok, if you are looking for a regular hamburger is exactly what you will get, I love this one CZ the bathroom is clean and the manager is polite, so I had only to ask for the bathroom once and that is not usual for McDonald's. I recommend this one. read more

It's Mac Daddy's so you kind of get what you expect... However, the Farmington location is always clean and efficient. The food is hot and the staff is very nice. Good place to stop for cheap but good coffee or for a quick bite when you're in a hurry. Better than the average McD's. The 4th star isn't for their culinary genius. I like this Mcdonalds. It's not too far off the Thruway for people who are traveling. The people working here are always very friendly and fast. I was in the drive thru line today behind I think probably 10 people and five minutes later I was served! I highly recommend them. Ordered one of their special burgers and asked for no onions. The sticker on box said no onions and yet the onions were there anyway. Ordered sausage egg biscuit- came with no sausage. Ordered 6 piece tenders and got 4. Ordered 10 piece nuggets and got 9. Apparently math is hard. And the food was no where near hot. Seriously? All this with a server with an attitude. Okay, seriously I'm lovin' the Farmington McDonald's. The most efficient McDonalds with two drive-thru lines of which I've ever been a patron. The service is quick, nice and friendly. The chocolate dipped cones are perfectly sculpted (unlike the nearest other McD's to this location that shall not be shamed). They are quick, and they hand me my order and ask me to come again. Their ice coffee tastes like coffee. Deserving of five stars. Thank you for your good service, Farmington McDonald's. read more

Went with my sister to get McChickens, McDoubles, and Sweet Teas. Not only did they try to not give us one of our teas, but they were extremely rude when we pointed that out. On top of that our McChickens were hard as a rock and the lettuce was brown. We called and asked the manager if this is usual of this location and were told to come in and get replacements on the house: we did, and also separately ordered some fries. Again, extremely rude staff. Our fries were stone cold and rock solid, same as the McChickens. We asked for sweet and sour sauce, and were given ranch and barbecue instead. Never coming back to this McDonalds, I'll just make the drive to Macedon they're amazing there. read more

Would suggest going to one of the other locations when you say large meal make sure they have the drink and fries large and if you request something taken of a burger say it twice even 3x before they get it right when going in the drive though read more

Its not as much as I have a problem with the business as a whole its just one person. His name was Schmasey. Schmasey could not handle the drivethrough what so ever. When we first pulled up he was super rude and was being very impatient with us. Then he took 10 minutes to get our food for us when we were the only people there. It was just plain out unbelievable. And the worst part is when he flat out forgot my root beer. Can you believe that? With these salty ass burgers and fries a man needs his motherfuckin drank. Fisrt impressions are always important. This establishment failed to disappoint. The service was impecable while understated, flawless from the 13 year old young service manager who took our order to the tatooed bus boy who serviced our sectioned of the establishment. As for the food, five star without question. I ordered the McFilet which I asked to be prepared according to the executive chiefs recommendation. Exquisite doesn't begin to describe... My dining partner selected the Happy LeMeal de Chicken McNuggets. The freshness was unmatched and came with the perfect side, french fries. We choose a 2009 diet coke to pair with our meal. In hind sight, diet pepsi may have been a superior choice, however the soda cellar was currently out of stock. Without a doubt the best McD's I've ever been to. Fast efficient service inside and out. Inside is always clean. There is usually an employee monitoring and cleaning. Employees are happy and polite. Food is always McD's standard. Parking lot is always clean. Coffee is always fresh; this is a plus for me and is overlooked by way too many fast food restaurants. read more
