I think he was the manager but if not the blonde girl with glasses is wonderful. Very nice and a positive attitude.

Stale fries. Friday 4:30 pm. Warm but obviously sitting out for hours. My elderly mother ordered at the counter. If this is what they give you inside, what do they give at the drive thru? read more

Once again I made the mistake of trying this location to give them another chance but after placing my 12pc order on the app before heading to the restaurant I waited there for 45-minutes before getting angry after watching 2-customers walk in and place an order for buckets and getting them before me as well as numerous cars rolling through the drive up getting orders, there were other customers waiting for their online orders as well. It took 55- minutes to finally get the order only to get home and have ice cold potatoes and gravy and no biscuits at all but they did give me the honey and butter for them!!!!! Do your self a favor and have pizza for dinner because this place should be closed down for good or a real manager be hired to straighten them out, having a bunch of kids who are more interested in goofing around and not paying attention to what they are supposed to be doing is really not acceptable and shows how much the owner and existing management if they have any don't care about customers and who knows what else like employees cleanness. By the way my experience was very similar the last time I tried them over a year ago! read more

Just finished a KFC bucket. The chicken was barely warm, the coke slaw was like milk and cereal, way too much liquid. The biscuits fell apart. Don't go here. Gross read more

First time having the pot pie. It was delicious and full of chicken. We usually order the chicken sandwich, nice big piece of chicken. Everyone enjoyed the pot pie. The staff and kitchen were clean. The tables needed to be cleaned, but everyone was busy. read more

Why is it that EVERY TIME I take food to go from this location, they leave something out of the order. Tonight it was potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. So just got chicken and biscuits. Should have checked before I left but I was rushing and counted on them to do the ONE thing they were hired to do. Won't ever be back. read more

This location sucks! Drive-Thru employee, young man, was super-friendly and helpful(felt sorry for the kid having to work for such a crappy KFC). Out of everything- food made us sick - order $60.00+ of garbage! 1star only cause the option isn't for negative or NO stars-however, the poor kid hopefully finds his way to a better place! read more

I ordered a $20 meal at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Gardnerville, NV on 9/20 at 4:08PM. I requested a pickup time of 4:30PM. I had an appointment at 4:35PM. When I arrived at 4:29PM, the counter person told me it was going to be 13 more minutes. I told him I could not wait and asked for a refund. He told me I had to go back online to do it. The counter person told me his name was Issac though he was wearing some other name badge. Issac was very snarky and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager. Mgr. Melissa came to the counter and told me they could not do a refund, and I had to go online. I told her this was not right as they inconvenienced me by not having the order ready (they had 22 minutes notice) and now I have to go online and spend more time to get my money back? She laughed ye... laughed! and said yes you do. I left without the order as I could not wait, went to my appointment, and got home at 5:15PM. I immediately went online to request a refund and the webpage said to call them. I called, and talked to two different online people at KFC. They both took the exact same information from me (name, order # phone email etc.), and after 19 minutes on the phone with them, the second KFC phone person-Marie, told me "You are too late to cancel the order and we can not do a refund." This would almost be laughable if not unbelievable. Order not ready... Spend 19 more minutes of your time... No...can't give you a refund! Wow. I've been on this planet a lot of years, and have had a few customer service experiences in my lifetime. This...at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Gardnerville, NV and online with KFC "customer service," was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Shame on you KFC. read more

Was greeted at the drive thru speaker by a friendly young man. Then, about 1 minute into reading the menu after asking for a minute, an older woman got on the speaker to abruptly, gruffly, and very rudely ask if we "need help finding something on the menu," as if we weren't ordering fast enough for her. There were no cars behind us. If she was genuinely trying to be helpful then she should be more careful about her tone when speaking as she came off very rude and demanding. It was jarring enough that we were tempted to just drive off. The young man completed taking our order and again, he was really kind and polite. The wait time was fine but they gave me a 3 piece meal instead of the 3 piece tenders, fine, that is an honest mistake. However, my husband's chicken sandwich was frankensteined together by rock hard chicken tenders (he could not even chew through one) instead of one patty, and everything was lukewarm. read more

These butt heads literally served me a frozen sandwich that was just thawing out. Yes a frozen freaking chicken sandwich. WTH

The service was slow to and it was several minutes after I ordered that I was told that they didn't have what I wanted. The food was okay but again they didn't give us what we ordered. We wanted some sauce and they double checked. We still didn't get any, we had to go up and ask for it. And don't even get me started on the building itself. The ambiance at first when I walked in was okay but the more I looked around the worse it got. The soda fountain had dry sticky lids and a lot of soda on the counters. The tables were uncleaned and I saw a dried noodle stuck to the wall. If they cleaned atleast every night it wouldn't have been like that. The employees themselves I saw messing around. If you enjoy KFC don't go here. 100% do not recommend read more

Ordered AND PAID FOR all white meat.....and got a breast, thigh and a wing. I'm sorry, but sometimes an adult should be in charge.

I remember when you could eat well for a decent price, just pathetic these days. On the bright side the staff is friendly and well trained so this review is just for the corporation. I got 14 fries and 4 tenders that were the size of my pinkey finger, a year ago almost as long as my hand. Ummm and for a higher price. Yikes guess companies siding with the socialists will eventually sink their business because I will not pay 9 bucks and change for this. I can make a meal for my whole family for that from store read more

The chicken is as expected but the drive through service is consistently slow. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. We waited 20 minutes after placing the order. Local resident in Gardnerville NV, Our Kentucky Fried Chicken fast-food, Takeout and Curbside pickup service is really a great asset to our community. The on-line service is just as good as if you ordered in person. Friendly Associates who make your food orders correctly, pleasant & welcoming voices to the Restaurant. When looking at the Food Chart just behind the cashier, ordering (2) sides with Chicken light or dark , costs $9. #9. Rest of the Chicken dinner's comes with (1)side then pay extra for another side. It would be practical to have all Chicken dinner's include (2) sides and raise $1.00 more. But I am just the customer. read more

You've Been Warned!! Just picked up an 8 piece family meal. We live 30 miles away so there's no use returning the food. Wow!! What happened to the coleslaw?!! It tastes like perfume!! I Mean Bad!! After washing my mouth 45 minutes later and I can still taste it!! Last year we ordered from here and they forgot to put the cake we paid for. I'm sorry but after reading the other reviews, I should have know better. I'm freezing the toilet water coleslaw as evidence. It's frustrating to find the health inspector contact information. This borderlines on adulterated food products. The staff seemed overwhelmed and confused at the drive through window. They were courteous and professional, but something went seriously wrong. read more

Went there twice. Had a bad experience both times. They try to up sell you on white chicken. Tell you the truth, I really didn't care what kind of chicken it was. I asked what was the difference? I waited fifteen minutes, nobody was in line in front of me. Nobody seemed to want to take my order. Horrible service. This location is closed. Not sure why it's even on here. I, too was hungry for some crispy chicken and no bueno!

the chicken was ROCK hard and dry. it also doesn't count as a 5 piece if 2 of the tenders were the size of a damn nugget. the fries were also stale and dry. that was god awful and disappointing. read more

Ordered chicken tender meal. Didn't get dipping sauce, butter for biscuits and active and cheese was obviously old.

Worst KFC. Ever. I like KFC but this location struggles with getting the food out in a timley manner, getting your order correct, always seem to be running out of something and their housekeeping is marginal. I haven't been to this location since Nov '17 when they screwed up our order. Again. I felt compelled to Yelp them because once again I waited 10 min before I checked on my order when the Manager said I was 'skipped' and it would be about 5 minutes longer for some 'fresh' chicken. I didn't feel like giving KFC 20 minutes of my life for a two piece chicken dinner. She offered me a refund which I accepted. Although I'm still hungry and pissed, I feel better that I saved some money on mediocre food at best. The good news is that we still have choices on where to spend our food dollars. This KFC won't be one of them. read more

Food is always good and staff is always friendly even during these difficult times. We can need a friendly smile

I love this KFC. The staff is always so friendly and quick to help. They try to assist me in the reading the board and everything.

Horrible and racist customer service ever. While coming back to Tahoe from our trip we stopped by here for a quick food to go. The moment I walked in one of the white young teenage employee was laughing and making funny remarks toward me( knowing that I was Asian). After he took my order he was mocking on my Asian accent. Then he went on saying how he was just kidding. This is a form of harassment and highly unacceptable. This is no time to joke or play around especially during this difficult time with more hates toward Asians. Please educate yourself. Treat everyone the same despite their race. read more

I was driving though and decided I felt like KFC. This was unlike any other kfc I've ever been to. The lady that helped me was extremely nice and very sure to make sure I was happy. Again I know this is just fast food but I'm seriously that impressed with the customer service. read more

This time I ordered a 2 piece meal , crispy, and Mac and cheese side. Also ordered a thigh, original, and a Mac and cheese. All the chicken was crispy.
