This place never disappoints! We ordered a double double, a cheese burger, and a hamburger. All with sautéed onions and the special sauce. Delicious as always even though the burgers are well done! This time around the drive through line was not as long. We got our food in around 15 minutes. The drive through line crosses a two way lane. Which is a nuisance when there's a lot of oncoming traffic. You have to wait and leave through crossing through the In-N-Out drive-through lane. We always visit Carson city in-N-Out on our way back to Reno airport. I love this place. read more

Beware of Karen's in the drive through. The drive through is set up awful, cause there's 3 way stop sign and yet the people will straight up throw a fit about being in line. Literally had a chick hop out of her car to tattle on us and multiple other cars because we were waiting in line to do a zipper merge, as one does at a drive through. read more

Can't beat an In-N-Out burger. This location is located in the large Topsy shopping center, which does make the drive-thru challenging to navigate at times as it weaves through lanes of parking spaces. I do go through the drive-thru, but I honestly recommend going in for the best and fastest experience. You truly can't beat the prices at this place. A good-sized burger is still less than $6. I fed my family of four tonight for just $25. Solid food for solid prices. The inside service is super fast. The drive-thru is also fast, but certainly slower than the drive-thru. The employees are always kind and courteous, and they keep the place super clean. I've never had a bad experience at this location with either service or food. Overall, it's an In-N-Out. You kinda know what you're expectin,g but this location lives up to the hype and is dependable for inexpensive, quality food and service. read more

Although the line was long it moved pretty quickly. The food was served warm, fresh and delicious. This location was great as we spent most our day up in Tahoe and on the way back driving into Reno we wanted to stop for a snack. It's located right off the freeway by the Costco and Walmart. For a family of 5, in n out is the most cost efficient place to eat out at and it is always a treat for us but every location can be different. For so much hype, we were disappointed with the food. The experience (service/environment) was fine, but that's not why you get fast food... we got Chocolate shakes and fries. The "shakes" were basically soft serve in a cup, thick and somehow not all that cold. For a hot summer's day, not at all what we wanted. And the fries were not flavorful or a good texture. They were like undercooked and overcooked at the same time? This was made worse by the fact that we could not find any condiments for them before going back to our car, and it was too busy to ask an associate for assistance. The most redeeming quality of this establishment was probably the price. I have heard that their burgers are good, so hopefully that is the case! They make the drive-thru line go through an intersection with a stop sign. They need to fix their drive-thru situation.the block the traffic for other business and no one knows where to go.
