He was extremely easy to work with prior when it came to picking the menu, coordinating dietary allergies/restrictions, and etc. We had a last minute cancellation from one of the girls and he was able to be flexible and adjust accordingly which I am super thankful for! The private chef experience was amazing and I would highly recommend it. He arrived about 4 hours early to prepare the dishes in the Airbnb kitchen, brought some of his decorations to help make the event special, and was so organized throughout the whole event. Each meal was delicious and carefully crafted. And the clean up afterwards was flawless, the kitchen looked better than it did when we first arrived to the Airbnb!
