The service is great, they seem amicable and sometimes even nice, but the portions are mad small. Like, I'm a chipotle veteran and have seen my fair share of small sizing because sometimes it just depends if the day unfortunately. But I have been here several times and it's legit every time that they give me small portions. I'm talking like I quite literally dug out only 6 pieces of steak once and my twin put like 1/2 a cup of rice in my bowl, fluffed it up, and moved on. I would say it's not their fault but it's like dude it's not coming out of your pocket and you're not rationing so please add more than two grains of rice in my burrito. It's not worth the full price they'll charge you, there is another one like 25 minutes away, it's more worth it to go to that one. read more

The first time I came here was just a few weeks after they opened this location & it was complete chaos. They were out of about half the things I wanted & the food they did have was dry and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The teenagers working the front were unfriendly & clearly overwhelmed. When I came here today, there was a HUGE improvement. Team members were helping each other out, were friendly & welcoming and all food was in stock & fresh. They took care to get my order right and gave me a generous portion of veggies which I love! I will say, I wish it was a little cleaner in here & that they would accept online orders. I'm hoping this location continues to improve and I wish them the best. Total disappointment. This was my first, and last time eating here. The food was subpar to such a degree, that I wouldn't eat here again, even if you paid me to. My wife and I waited at the drive thru for over 30 minutes, only to be served stone cold/soggy burrito bowls. The counter area looked like a mess through the window, so I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen. There's clearly nobody in charge, as the place looks like a high school cafeteria. This was our send time getting to go meal and probably the last. The first time we got chicken burritos and the chicken was super dry, actually all of the meat looked horrible, but felt chicken was the best bet. Thought we would give it another try and ordered bowls, again all of the meat looked like it had been in the warning trays for a while and the beans were all dry and crusty in the pan. We went with steak and it was super chewy. We will not be giving it a 3rd try. read more

Came in after hearing some not so great things about the Minden Chipotle just to see for myself because I enjoy eating at Chipotle. First the employees were nice...but as I ordered my food it was hard to get over the mess around the food area. I was the only one in the line at that time so it was not that they were overly busy to ignore the cleaning. I really hate to make bad reviews but my pet peeve is a clean environment when it comes to food service. Probably won't return until I hear better reviews in that area. read more

I have been to this Chipotle location 3 times in the past few weeks. The food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly.

The chicken was the worst chipotle chicken I've ever had, it was extremely salty, very hard to eat. The guacamole did not taste like chipotle guac, very bland & it had a bunch of spilled/old pieces of lettuce in it. Otherwise, people are friendly, nice location. read more

I have been going to this chipotle since it opened this year and have had nothing but a great experience every single time. I'd like to say I've had a different person prepare my food each time and they have always handled with care. I don't feel rushed or anything and they always make sure my portions are acceptable. When I went to check out, I accidentally hit redeem on one of my rewards and the manager on duty kindly refunded it back to me to make sure that I would get the appropriate credit. The Carne Asada was running low and the young lady preparing offered to make more on spot, but it ended up being just enough. I think her name was Lacey. I can tell they get a lot of new employees but they're doing something right because they're all so nice. Thank you! read more

Disappointed, walked into the restaurant when it was very slow, and they still had no steak or brown rice ready to serve. They told us it was a 3 minute wait for steak, it took almost ten and then they only put about a quarter of the steak that they normally put on. read more

Abysmal. My wife brought home two steak bowls. The serving did not even fill half the container. It was also ice cold. At $17 a piece, what a rip off for maybe a couple bucks worth of ingredients. Every time I go in there all of the containers that hold the meat were empty, and the place was messy dirty stuff all over the countertops they don't clean up very well. You got three teenage girls in there none of them seem like they wanna be there and it's not well run. I won't be going back. read more

Well I had my first visit to the new Minden Chipotle. The food was good and the 3 staff members were pleasant however the containers holding the meat and other toppings were almost empty. I asked for guacamole and the girl ran back to the supplies as the container was empty. She placed an ice cream scoop on top of my order. I ordered a fountain drink containing watermelon as advertised, paid for my meal and went to fill my drink. All 4 containers were empty and I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I decided on another fountain beverage and went to my car. Started to eat my order and the scoop of guacamole was frozen stiff lol. The 3 service workers were nice. The place was practically empty of customers so one would think there would be plenty of food and drink items restocked. This was 08/27/25 about 7:00 pm Perhaps they need more help or guidance on how to keep things available. read more

My husband and I ate there last night, at 6:30 PM. The staff couldn't have been more INATTENATIVE. The fellow that was behind the counter adding items was obsessed with something outside in the parking lot and it was as if we were an intrustion. Every counter in the place needed being cleaned (check out, tables, garage cans so full you couldn't put anything else in). All the while there were 5-6 employees standing around talking. I asked to speak to the team leader to share my concerns and she was borderline nasty and informed me that this was during peak hours, I guess a reason not to attend to cleaning anything. Honestly, there were maybe 4 people in the restaurant. If those were peak hours I'd hate to see what slow looks like. read more

Just opened for a day. Went around 5 and there was a line. I'm sure it was because of the dozen or so cheerleaders from the high school. The line moved fairly quickly though and we were impressed with the service. All the staff were on their game and the manager was so kind to the staff, kept it well stocked and had their back.
