    Soggy burrito

Burritos are always so soggy. I don't know why I came back and tried them again. when I unwrapped my burrito the tortilla was stuck to the paper and it wasn't even a burrito anymore. Also it's very bland chicken burrito. Not coming back anymore.

Roberto's is fast food and if you go in expecting anything more then of course you'll be disappointed. For being fast food, it's been pretty good every time I've stopped by! Drive thru goes quick. One of the only 24 hr options in town. My go to is the veggie burrito and it never disappoints. It's also HUGE

What a great Carne Asada Plate. Fresh salsa bar inside. The food is great and incredibly fast. It is a great portion too. Much recommend. Gracias thanks will be back.

Had my stomach set for their wonderful chile colorado. A bit of a letdown this time, instead of chunks of meat, they're using sliced meat instead. Not the same definitely. The chunks of meat gave a much better flavour profile, the sliced meat does not impart the same flavour profile a chunk of meat imparts. That's a big no no, I hope this is an isolated occurrence and not the norm. I sure would be disappointed if this is how they're gonna change the recipe to. Other than that, the flavour is still good but changing to a sliced meat just doesn't sit well.

    Nice spot!

Ok first of all let me say!! This is our first time in Carson city ! And we seen this place that reminded us of our spot in Stockton called aldabertos!! And funny thing is this place had a California burrito just like them!! I wonder if they know each other!! Food and service was really good!! Ambiance was nice for a taco shop!! Over all really good!! And if we come back to this town we will try it out again!! Wonder how there menudo is!! I will put picks up! Check them out!!

Heading home after a long day of work, decided to go through the Roberto's drive-through. Carne' Asada fries sounded really really good, and oh my goodness they hit the spot. They were so good. We went to the one in Carson and the meat had a little bit of crisp on it like they put it on the stove top. We were able to split an order which was plenty for us two people. And they actually were exceptional. I do love Roberto's and when they do an outstanding job like they did today, they should be committed for it they hit the mark today which they usually do. Bomb!!!

Very okay! Nothing too special, but it's quick, 24/7, and beats Taco Bell. The drive thru is always pretty slow, but maybe that means it's fresh? I keep coming back

    California Burrito

I've wanted to try Roberto's Taco Shop, but there aren't any near me. I ordered the California Burrito, which was excellent and a large portion. It was a good value for $10.

This place is good. I had a chimichanga with shredded chicken. We also got a churro. Very tasty. Hot and crunchy.

Ambiance: Relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with Mexican-inspired décor and cultural touches throughout the restaurant. There was a steady flow of guests, giving the place a lively but comfortable feel. Restrooms: Clean and decent, although a bit outdated. Service: Friendly but somewhat disorganized, possibly because we had a large group. The waitress initially told me the bartender was busy, but later realized she had never entered my drink order. She apologized and removed it from the bill. She also brought the wrong entrée for one of my friends but corrected it promptly. On a positive note, she graciously accommodated another friend's custom drink request even though it wasn't on the menu. Chips & Salsa: The first basket is complimentary. We were told additional baskets normally have a charge, but during our visit we were offered unlimited refills. Food: Fresh, authentic, and generously portioned. Recommended dishes: Salmon Atlántico, Fish Tacos, Artichoke Dip, Enchiladas, and Bistec.

The birria and quesabirrias are absolutely delicious--very flavorful without being overly salty. I also loved the combination of condiments. Nothing was overwhelmingly spicy, but if you like more heat, you can definitely request it. The service was excellent--attentive, cordial, and respectful. The ambiance is definitely a small, hole-in-the-wall type of spot, but honestly, don't let the size fool you--the food is delicious! Sometimes the best food comes from the smallest places. This location is not a flashy place, it is very simple. But, the food is incredible. I opted for a simple order of carne asada tacos and al pastor tacos. These are my barometer dishes to guage the quality of the food. Both of the tacos were wonderful. The carne asada was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The al pastor was marinated and juicy and so full of flavor. The sign to me that this spot is focused on the food was the handmade tortillas. It takes a lot of effort and skill to be able to make perfect corn tortillas! The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and I could tell they put a lot of love into the food they prepare. I will recommend this spot to anyone that is looking fro great food in North Carson.

It was just birria in a tortilla with cheese, and the tortilla was extremely hard and oily. The consome on the side was heated up on the warming tray, which was a shame because it was supposed to be a flavorful sauce. The rice and beans were also burnt and hard, which made the meal even more disgusting. I wouldn't come back here if my life depended on it. Whoever claimed this restaurant to be authentic was clearly not an authentic Hispanic. If this is authentic, then my microwave is a Michelin-star chef My younger brother had gotten the chicken quesadilla, and the chicken was flavorless. We also ordered the fiesta sampler, but the nachos were burnt. My mother got the carnitas fajitas, and the rice was hard, the beans were burnt, and the guacamole was warmed up as if it was warmed with the warming tray. That's how all the beans and rice were on every plate. The service was just okay. One of the women who served us was very nice, but the other lady was rude and seemed like she was rushing to get away. The ambiance was alright, but it didn't make up for the terrible food. 0 stars if I could.
