In the past we have had some issues from old, crusty biscuits to missing items from our order etc. The last few times I have been have been better experiences. Alex, the manager, and this whole day shift crew are amazing! Aside from always getting great food and very friendly customer service for my personal lunch, they have gone above and beyond when we need to feed our shop of hungry technicians. Alex takes it personal when we order a lunch for 20+, it's like she's feeding her family. The crew is spot on on prepping our meal and you can just feel the love. I'm not kidding! I'm a little disappointed with our KFC. Went in today to realize that the buffet price had went up. Then realized that they didn't have on the buffet what they usually did. No chicken livers, no greens, and no just plain green beens. Higher price, less to choose from??? And if you wanted chicken livers, you had to pay more for them! IDK... Just disappointed! read more

What is with restaurants today. They are charging outrageous prices for very little. No value any long but suppose that's the consequence we pay for paying fast food workers $15+ hour. New renovation with new price for the buffet discount for 65 and older on Tuesday and Thursday. Had nicer seats plastic chairs are gone. Clean and well lit same good food choices. Polite and efficient staff.it is a good meal for a reasonable price. read more

I can only give this place a one star. I went thru the drive thru and not only did I watch a girl pack the food with a glove on one hand only, I watched her pull up her pants with both hands and then proceed to brush off the counter with that gloved hand. And then to top that off, the chicken was overly cooked and she forgot to give me the biscuits with the meal I ordered. The management of this store is deplorable if they are not training their people in glove usage and then letting overcooked food be sold!!!! This used to be a great place to eat. I wish I could give a negative star review. What a HORRIBLE experience. Sat in the drive through line before even ordering for 20 mins. Then got to the order window and we were told to wait. Another ten mins later we finally got to order. The server was not very good at taking the order. We are currently still waiting for our food. We have been here several times but the last two times they have been out of chicken. We ordered grilled chicken one time and original recipe the other time. Also at the drive thru the girl looked like she was on drugs with her slurred speech and blood shot eyes. It is always dirt in herewith food all over the floor. What a miserable dine-in experience. I've never seen a bigger bunch of disrespectful employees. Obviously the manager had made them all mad because every one of them were slamming things around and talking back to him with smart remarks. Customers do not need to hear this or deal with employees attitudes. The buffet bar was empty and we had to stand there for almost 10 minutes for cole slaw. The chicken was way over spiced like there was way too much of one spice. Just an awful experience. It'll be quite a while before I'll be wanting any KFC. read more

Used to go to kfc on dixie quite a bit because it had a buffet and reasonably priced. The price has now went up and since they lost their full time manager, the service and food has went way down. If there is anything on the buffet at all its cold and has been sitting awhile. Employees are unprofessional and so is new management. The kfc/taco bell in etown is even worse. They have yet to get our order right ever. I went in the drive thru at 6 pm one night and they were out of crispy chicken and refused to make any. They are always out of somthing and when they aren't, its wrong. Tried them for the last time last night hubby ordered one meal thats it, a 1 peice breast meal, of course, they got it wrong gave him a one peice thigh even though he asked and paid for breast. I threw it out and said never again. Guess we will only be going to popeyes from now on. read more

I come to this drive through regularly because I work 1st shift and when they open, is when my lunch time is scheduled. I have come to this establishment MANY times since I've lived in the E'town area and this has been the worse experience I've had. Usually to get the drive through employees attention, you have to cough or say, "Hello?" - It has been this way for awhile, but hey, I understand. I usually wait to order for a couple of minutes after 10:30am to make sure they are ready and have their stuff together. Especially since they just opened and sometimes you do need a quick breather before you deal with the first customer. Once I felt it has been long enough, the cashier finally comes through the intercom before I do my usual, "Hello?" Off to a pretty good start so far. The person is very nice and professional - I order my usual Pot Pie, but the cashier advises that they are not ready yet... Bummer.... So I instead order the 3 piece Nashville Hot Tender meal instead. It has been awhile since I had it and I thought, "Why not?" The cashier advises me that it will be extra and ect, ect. I understand, I don't mind because the Nashville Hot is pretty good and worth the $1.50 to upgrade. Everything runs smoothly, I paid, got my food and left. I finally get to my office and I do not have much time left to spare. So I set everything up and open my box to discover, PLAIN TENDERS. I was very upset. I checked my receipt, I did get charged the $1.50 to upgrade. Checking the clock, I have to punch in soon, I have no chance to make it to the restaurant to fix it. You see, coming to this restaurant, it has certain quirks... The employees normally do not do their jobs. They leave the restaurant dirty, the bathrooms are a mess, and they also have a history of screwing up orders. I usually put up with it because how close it is to my work. Hence why I ONLY use the drive through as well, I have also learned to NOT order anything special. The employees do not have the mental capacity required to complete a complex order. They do not have the mental capacity to clean their restaurant, nor clean the bathrooms. They lack the drive and pride to do their jobs well enough on a daily basis; HOWEVER, when the Food Inspector comes, they make waves and have everyone functioning at 110%. I made a mistake expecting them to do their job and fulfill my order of putting a little bit of Nashville Hot on my tenders. If anyone orders anything from this restaurant, keep it simple. read more

This place is so disgusting and unsanitary. Workers weren't using gloves. The manager went to make new food and one of the employees chose to use old potatoes from the buffet. The manager was really nice and professional. No one else was. I ended up asking for a refund before I got my food. Employees were yelling at each other, yelling at the manager for making new food instead of using the old buffet food and it made our family uncomfortable. read more

This place in KFC Taco Bell combo. It is very dirty in the dining room and kitchen. The cashier does not listen. The order was all screwed up. This place need cleaned and trained or just closed.
