Truly enjoyed my lunch, shrimp was cooked perfectly, service was prompt and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and quiet enough for friendly conversation without feeling like you needed to yell to be heard. A very pleasant experience for a moderately busy lunchtime crowd. read more

We went in there and it smelled like dirty rags. They must've wiped the table down with dirty bacteria rags very nasty smell. We turned around and walked out. read more

Giving it a 1 is really to high of a rating, well the waitress was very nice and did a good job for 8 people, I knew what they said our birthday girl wanted to go there is wasn't going to be good, the smell alone is enough not to go. My wife when we left said the food was terrible, she never complains, she had the linguini said I'd wasn't done, I had the filet it was dry tasted funny and had no seasoning, my brother in law had the salmon and took one bite and that was all he ate, terrible just terrible read more

Food was good. Service was terrible. The noise level was good. The server Ricky H was not attentive. Only checked on me once. I was almost through eating by then. I had to ask for water from another server who did not bring it. I had to actually get up and ask the front check in person for some more water. I then got it after still waiting. Service again was terrible. Not the Red Lobster way at all. Very disappointed. read more

Definitely a noticeable difference from the Red Lobster from my past. It had been a couple of years since we had eaten here but it was absolutely our last. Food tasted like something frozen I would throw in the oven at home. Zero taste. Kinda rubbery. I thought it was just my food until I noticed my husband & daughter making a strange face as they tried their food too. The shrimp scampi has always been my favorite. Love all that garlic butter. Unfortunately there was zero garlic. Only watered down butter. Yuck. And our total was over $100 for 3 people. They've definitely changed. read more

I had an unposted review with only a one star rating. I swore I was never coming back. Mom got a gift card so I figured what the heck and of course we came on Mother's Day the worst day to go out to eat. We had to wait over an hour but the food and service was excellent. Dom was at the host station and Sarah our server. Fast and delicious. I forgot to take a pick of the food but we got street corn shrimp and sea scallops. We will give it another chance for sure. read more

The staff was super friendly from the time we walked in until we left. We arrived right at 5pm and were sat immediately. Our waitress was prompt and took our drink and appetizer order. We got our food in the right amount of time. The waitress asked if I was a rewards member and she helped me with the kiosk and rewards members were getting 20% off tonight! I thought that was nice for her to mention since she didn't have to tell us. I would have to say post-Covid this is only the second restaurant I've been to that seemed to be fully staffed and had no kitchen issues. I hope this restaurant stays this well operated. We were in and out in 45 minutes. read more

Had the Snow Crab daily special $24.99. Unless you're dying for the taste of Snow Crab don't waist your money. It's almost impossible to get a good bite of meat out of these legs. They give you a pound of legs but way too much work for what little meat you get. I substituted my side with a salad for $2 more. Total bill without tip was $29.17. Extremely poor value for what you get. read more

The staff here is always great. They really deserve some recognition. On our most recent visit they always made sure or drinks were full and always asked if we wanted more biscuits. The food here is good and they consistently meet our expectations. I would highly recommend the new Lobster Flatbread. It was very good and much larger than I expected. read more

I think the Red Lobster in Etown is a great one. I have always had great food and great service. I went yesterday with my sister for lunch. We were really impressed! Portion sizes were huge and our server was terrific! First off, their biscuits are amazing! We stuffed ourselves on them. I got a bowl of clay chowder and it was so yummy. My sister tried it and fell in love. She said she is hooked now. I ordered the Pick 2 meal and got shrimp scampi and class with mashed potatoes and green beans. The portions were HUGE! I definitely got plenty of food for my money. The scampi was excellent and cooked perfectly, as were the clams. Mashed potatoes and green beans were both very good (I'm picky about green beans). My sister ordered the shrimp trio with green beans and brussel sprouts. Her portions were huge too. She said her food was excellent. We both had to get to-go boxes. Our server was perfect. You could tell she was experienced and knew what she was doing. She was so good I almost asked to speak to a manager to compliment her. I will definitely be back next time I want seafood! read more

Thank you Christopher and all of the people that work here for making every visit very nice! Every time we enjoy a meal here it's been a great experience! The food is always hot and delicious! My Favorite is the fried flounder with a baked potato and slaw. My second favorite is their Salmon Bowl with Edamame. Their Flavored Iced Teas are refreshing! we loved our visit at the Elizabethtown Red Lobster in KY. Food was great, our server Lisa was perfect and the manager sang happy birthday for us in a different language. we felt like we were part of a family. read more

I took my family out to eat. The wait was 45-50 minutes, gave our name and number, then sat down in the closest seat to the hostess. After over an hour, and several people being sat before us, ranging from smaller to larger parties than we were, we decided to leave. I let the hostess and manager (who happened to be standing right there) know that we were leaving. I was asked my name and party size, I answered and was told that I had been texted over 30 minutes earlier. I had full signal, received no text, confirmed my number, was told by the hostess that I definitely received a text (I did not). What's worse, even if I didn't answer the text, I was less than one (1) foot away from hostess the entire time, and never moved from that spot until we left. read more

Came here for my dad's birthday celebration. There was 6 of us total in our party. Our server Cassie, was nice and on point with refills and service. However, I wasn't impressed with my food. I did the 3 course meal with a garden salad and the new Hawaiian shrimp entree and the brownie dessert. My salad was decent but had some welting and browning, the Hawaiian shrimp is where it went down hill. But who give a bowl of rice dish with a side of rice!?!? I didn't ask for rice with my rice, nor did I that it came with rice or I had a choice of choosing a side. My dessert was good but the brownie looked a bit old as well. But everyone else in the party waS good with their food except for their lobster size was smaller than expected. So may just stick with lunch. We waited a bit too for our food. read more

It was a late date night away from two busy work schedules and three high energy blessings that was long overdue. We profusely apologized for coming in an hour to closing as we understand how inconvenient that can be for staff. Alyssa welcomed us with a warm smile and assured she would be delighted to serve us no matter the time. Alyssa got every detail of our order correct and made sure we had everything we needed at all times assuring that it was all her pleasure and kept our glasses full! The dimmed lighting and soft music was just what we needed after all the Christmas hustle and bustle. Between the deliciously cooked food, amazing service, and Alyssa's fantastic personality. We will definitely be back! It is servers like her that really make the experience! read more

For a chain restaurant this location is one of the better ones in our area, much better than the locations in Louisville for sure. The staff take excellent care of you and the food here is always properly and freshly prepared. The food seems to be of fresher quality as well. I am not a fan of chain restaurants and rarely will go to one; however, I am always willing to go here. I am a huge fan of their Bairdi Crab during Crabfest and their endless shrimp is always a stellar choice. The fIve star rating is in comparison to other Red Lobster's this is not a gourmet restaurant but it is outstanding for what it is, an excellent location of a major US chain. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. read more

My five-year-old son and I along with my friend Grayson visited Red Lobster in Elizabethtown, Kentucky this evening and had a wonderful time and our food was delicious. Our server did a wonderful job taking care of us in a professional and prompt manner. The GM Emily stopped by our table and was able to make sure my son was able to visit with a lobster for a second which he loved. She even helped my friend Grayson crack his crab legs since he is clueless when it comes to cracking crab legs. We had a wonderful time, great service, and delicious food! read more

At least you know what you won't get, great food. It's Red Lobster, never great and most of the time it's not bad, perfectly average. We've been there a few times over the years and it's always the same. At this point, we probably dine here once a year or if out of town guest request to come here, as they did tonight. Usually the food is 3 stars but tonight, definitely 2 stars. We started out with a crab dip, that had shredded crab and shrimp, maybe it was a crab and shrimp dip. When it's shredded instead of chunks of crab meat, it's hard to tell the difference from imitation crab and real crab. Funny, but when the server brought it out she announced "stuff mushrooms", and was puzzled when we said we ordered a dip. She responded with, "oh it looks like mushrooms". Yeah it does look similar with the gooey cheese and shredded crab covering both dishes, but there were chips on the platter which should have tipped her off that it was a dip. Just found that funny. We also got the steamed oysters. Never had oysters here, steamed or otherwise. So I was surprised (surprised they would be okay serving this dish the way it came out) and very disappointed when they came to the table with incredibly small shriveled oysters. If they know that steaming them will result in incredibly small oysters they should not offer that as an option or get larger oysters. The Caesar salads were devoid of any flavor, very little dressing, which I guess made it healthier, and I probably should be eating healthier. The rest of the meal was extremely average with some low points on the crab and lobster which were over cooked resulting in mealy crab and rubbery lobster. Even though the meal was below average tonight, the staff and service is always great. They are very friendly, talkative, and attentive. They are constantly coming around to see if everything is okay. Red lobster, it's not bad. read more

Came to the hometown red lobster with a business partner and his first lieutenant. The little guy had a great time picking out the sacrifice to be made for our pleasure. We ordered the ultimate feast, which included crab- a meal I refuse to deal with. I requested assistance, and within moments -- the shift manager, Emily came to my assistance. Emily painstakingly cracked crab leg after crab; strategically separating the edible meat from the waste matter. This truly made my experience one worth the record. Pictures will speak for themselves. Service was fast, attentive, high quality and absolutely worth the time spent making this post. A+ EMILY !!!!!!!!!!! read more

Curbside service is awful. Meeting a friend for lunch yesterday, I was waiting on the bench outside. Saw two couples walk in. Fried arrival, we walk in, stand at the podium for five minutes. Person walk over says, do you mind waiting ten minutes or so, we say ok. I noticed one of the couples that walk in while I was outside was still waiting in the waiting area. We wait ten minutes, notice the dinning room is not that busy. They seat the other couple. Meanwhile another employee comes in the acting hostess and her sit a booth start talking, we can hear earthing they say. Another ten minutes go by. We look at each other, is this wired? needless to say we walked out. Waited over 20 minutes to be seated for a lunch date. How long do people usually Get for lunch? Came to get a nice lunch while visiting my mom. The staff was not willing to make easy substitutions, but rather wanted to charge $10+. Next, I asked for corn to be switched to broccoli the kitchen staff told the waitress that I couldn't substitute, but they'd throw the broccoli in for free and leave the corn on the plate...???? Now I'm stuck with corn, which I am mildly allergic to. Oh. And my fries are burnt. They said I could take it off the plate... next time, mom and I will find another lunch place. read more

This isn't my first time to this RL but they definitely deserve some kudos. Not giving them 5 stars only because I consider that for more than expected experiences. Sorry no pics on food this time around just know anytime you're buying seafood don't expect bargain pricing. Our bill for 2 (after military discount) and our usual tipping of 20+% was just short of $100.00 for 2 non-alcoholic bevs, 1 appetizer and two entrees with an extra side item as well as two side items that were upgraded. What this location gets the kudos on is timing and service! We arrived just about 630pm on a Friday night. The lobby was filled with at least 20 people waiting and when we signed in was told wait was at least 30 min. If they had said an hour we probably would've gone elsewhere. My main purpose for going to RL this time is due to keeping my effort to remain diligent with my Lenten meals ;) on top of the fact that I'm abstaining from breads, rice and pasta till Easter(lol)! Needless to say, choices can be a challenge but we had good options. The hardest was resisting the fresh made cheddar biscuits they are so well known for as I probably should've taken the pic of that one to show you how tempting they can be! Our wait was just short of 30 min and about 10 empty tables were seated in a span of about 15 minutes. The lobby continuously had about 15-20 people waiting even while we were seated. I think our longest wait on anything was for our server to bring us our check. Other than that we probably had an average of 5-8 min span between sitting and ordering. Our food came out fresh and hot in what seemed only 15 min. We were probably in and out within 75 minutes tops! Considering the factors and what originally seemed like they may had been short-staffed, they pulled it off. Even upon our departure, staff was courteous and professional. If every experience at RL is like this, I'd be willing to pay the slightly "pretty penny" on a regular basis and tell others. Great job Etown RL, keep it up! :) read more

The only time we come here is for all you can eat shrimp. They have good shrimp and there are lots of options. The rolls are good.
