SERVICE AMAZING Ms Ella, the manager on duty, was amazing, played free bird for America's 250th birthday! They truly love their customers and the food was amazing! read more

Wings were spicy and over sauced. Seats and location in general could use an update or renovation

Came in to pickup a carry out order. Told me it was almost ready 3 separate times. Every time it was 2 more minutes. Waited 3 minutes and never could get an actual answer. Cancelled and left. read more

This place is a good spot to eat. The atmosphere is cool and there are a lots of choices to look at and to try. The setup of the restaurant is pretty cool as well read more

This location in Bardstown is really gone down hill. This is the second time I've ordered and they never complete my order. There will not be a third. Also never order a appetizer to-go because you will never get it. read more

Food was good. Happy hour ends at 6. I had the appetizer Korean Shrimp and Cole slaw. I recommend. Social distance not enforced Mask required. Restroom was clean for a busy Friday night. Menus come from QR code, plenty of parking near movie theater and bowling. read more

Ordered through door dash, arrived pretty quickly and was still pretty hot. Have ordered from here twice, unfortunately the food isn't consistent. One time you may get a very nice sized and well cooked piece of fish, the next it will be an over cooked strip. Most of the flavor of the food is pretty monotone as well, with sauces being the saving grace. To note, if ordering a dry rub flavor on wings, mine was sent on the side. Wasn't sure how I was supposed to get the seasoning to stick at that point. Wings with decent amount of meat on them. Perhaps the app sampler would be better in house? Everything that was fried was soggy. Also, the corn queso is like 80% corn and 20% queso - more like creamed corn than a dip. read more

Moved to the area this year and have been trying various food stops. Waitress was good. Barbecue bacon burger was tasty, onion rings excellent. My son had the Korean burger and he said it was good. He really liked the French fries. The decor is a little tired, seats heavily worn and tables show signs of wear. TVs were all working and on sports programming. read more

Love the spicy Buffalo sauce here. Specially the staff. They were very thoughtful and friendly. We also got the lava turtle cake which had the ooey gooey cake bottom with caramel topped with cholate syrup, pecans and vanilla ice cream. It was the best dessert that hit that craving spot. read more

My wife and I decided to go here for dinner. We were seated promptly, but waited over 10 min and no sign of waiter. Two other couples came in after use and were seated in front and behind us. We waited an additional 3 min then a waiter came out and started taking the drink orders of a couple who came in after us. Wife and I decided to leave. Place needs to work better on their organization of who comes in. read more

We were seated promptly by the host, but the experience after that was not worth the $100 we spent. Our waitress, Lydia, brought out the drinks within a few minutes of sitting down and then she disappeared for 20+ minutes. Tables seated after us, with different waitstaff, had drinks and orders put in before we even saw our waitress again. When she made it to the table (after spending 10 mins in the restroom) we ordered the Ranchero Tots as an appetizer and our meals: kids boneless with fries, 20 boneless wings with two different sauces on the side, saratoga chips, cauliflower wings, a basket of fries, and celery with ranch. When our order arrived, we were confused why our meals were coming first and asked about the appetizer. Lydia said she was going to be right back with it. When I order an appetizer, I expect it to come out BEFORE the food unless specifically asked for otherwise. When the cauliflower wings were placed in front of me, my jaw dropped in shock as I counted 9 small florets with very little buffalo sauce drizzled on top (cost $7.99). I took one of the 20 boneless wings and it was dry like it had been overcooked or sat out for a while. The waitress also charged us for an extra sauce when we asked for the 20 wings to be split and sauces on the side (they usually come swimming in sauce and we have asked for this before without being charged extra). We've been going to this restaurant for years and we've had problems with the waitstaff but the food was decent. We won't be going back now that the food isn't worth what we paid. This restaurant advertises as kid friendly but personally, I wouldn't say that as it seems to focus mainly on the bar and serving alcohol while people watch sports. read more

My waiter for the night was Courtney Moore. Great time management when it came to giving me and my family reviews as long with fast service with our food. She was very respectful and as sweet as can be. Me and my family will definitely be coming back and asking for her as our waiter! Thank you Courtney! read more

I ordered a fried chicken salad...was asked what dressing i wanted on it...I responded ranch. Got to the hotel...the chicken was smothered with Buffalo sauce with no napkins or utensils. I called to ask if they could bring me a fork and manager on duty refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I've driven 13 hours and can't bring myself to drive back. Would not recommend read more

Great place. We stopped in after a bourbon tour. Got 20 ish or so boneless wings and they were great. Wish I had one of these place closer to home. I thought this was a better bdubs. Beer was also fairly priced ($3 for a pint of Budweiser) read more

First time at this place for lunch today. Traditional wings were of good size and meaty but the Buffalo sauce had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The food runner said it was a butter based sauce with hot sauce added but it honestly just tasted like butter. If you want hot wings you will need to try a different flavor. Service was good, but the heat on the wings was a big disappointment. read more

I had a simple to go order... 10 wings standard (NOT boneless) 5 teriyaki and 5 hot. Also, I DIDN'T order medium ranch, but I got one and I was charged for it. Why are they charging for a ranch ? I didn't understand how a simple order like that can be done so wrong. Of course, I'm not going to drive all the way back to this place...for 10 wings. I'm giving 2 stars only because the boneless wings were decent, otherwise this was a 1 star experience for me. read more

Great food customer service atmosphere sports on televisions. I have been there many times never been disappointed.

Great service!!! Always fast and friendly and Sam takes great care of us when we are there.

COVID - The employees were technically wearing mask most of the time but not properly so it covers their mouth AND nose. Also, many patrons we're walking around without their face mask. Menus were not wiped down after each us, I know because there were pages stuck together on mine. Food - the wings were good, I enjoyed the lemon pepper dry rub. Pass on the aioli fries, that's a rip off, but fried pickles were good. read more

No wonder this place is below average. Food was so so. Salad was like 2 days old. (Soggy lettuce) dried wings. Salmon was over cooked. dirty dining room. Our waitress was friendly and did check on us couple of times. B+ on friendliness. But food-wise its a "C-" I hope they improve. read more

We are from out of town... Our local friends brought us here to eat a relaxing dinner.... Our appetizers took an hour, our wings were even longer And were all cold.. The waitress, we called her Red... Was too busy talking to, maybe her friends... And hanging out behind the bar, which the bar stools were all flipped so no one was sitting there. The manager came over after we complained.... and did take 25% off our tabs but the service was horrible. The food was obviously long done before brought out to us. Definetly will not be back. read more

This place isn't like Buffalo Wild Wings, it's more like Chuck E. Cheese that serves chicken and such instead of pizza. If you're still on the verge of visiting, then the Monday "kids eat free" deal will probably appeal to you. If screaming and crying kids even slightly annoy you, stay far away from this place on Mondays. We asked the hostess to be seated away from the crying baby and she sat us over in the booths, which wasn't far away. As if that wasn't bad enough, she sat the next family including a toddler aged child directly across from us. Yeah, she hates us. I really wish we had gotten up and left, but my husband was hangry. I ordered the Buffalo salad. The portion was quite large, that's about the only good thing that I have to say about it. The chicken was cold. Sometimes salads come with cold chicken, but not buffalo chicken! The greens were mixed with the stems of the lettuce. One piece was even part of the very bottom of the stalk of a head of lettuce... gross. I probably ate about a fourth of the salad and pushed it away. My husband, who ordered the buffalo chicken nachos, sent his back because the chicken that topped it was also cold. I rarely send food back, this time I thoroughly regretted not doing that. This place takes the cake for the worst meal that I've ever had in Bardstown, if not the worst salad that I've ever had. This place needs some serious help. read more

great service and great food. Ella is outstanding as a manager and the whole restaurant is too knotch.

When I want something tasty and fast, Wings and Rings is my place. Sometimes I eat in but most of the time I get it to go. They're always prepared and on time with my food. Hostess Jennifer is the best! Their homemade bleu cheese dressing is amazing!! I can ever get enough of that. The Saratoga Chips are good but can be inconsistent - sometimes over done, sometimes a few underdone. But when they're good, they're great. Service was prompt...best we've had since in-person dining resumed. Food was good...consistent with other locations, across states. Mojitos and Mules on the drink menu, but no mint to make the drinks. Reason: hard to keep it fresh. You are in the land of Mint Juleps. Mint grows very easily, in pots. Might I suggest flavors stickers/skewers/flags? The server sniffing my wing order to determine which flavor was which is bizarre under any circumstances, but with the whole Covid-19 thing, a different method of identification is preferable. read more

In town for the weekend, my traveling companion and I chose to have dinner and watch an NCAA basketball game here (it was my understanding that this is one of the few places in town that would be showing the game). We showed up at around 7:30pm, and the place was already crowded and VERY loud, since not only were several games being shown on the numerous big-screens, but there was also karaoke also going on in the same space. Our waitress was busy, so our waters ran a little low and she only checked on us once. I got a burger, which was a little dry, and some very cold, obviously one-time frozen fries. The onion rings that my companion got looked much better. Even though we mentioned that we were staying for the game, the waitress tabbed us out and the staff was cleaning up the dining room area by 8:30. With no beer and no service, we ended up leaving and watching the 2nd half of the game at our hotel. read more

I placed a carryout order that totaled around $200. They left the sauce off the wings, when I called the manager was rude and aggressive, they didn't offer anything like a refund or to remake the wings. I would have brought them up if they didn't believe they were unsauced, but that wasn't enough. They had no interest in correcting their mistake. Really disappointed, and it was a very weird experience. They have made no attempt to make it right, that is a lot of food to mess up and not try to fix it. read more

Great food and service. Everyone always has a smile on when I am here. I look forward to going again!

Food is pretty good. It is mostly bar type food of sandwiches, ect. The service is better in the dinning room rather than the bar area. I had the Philly steak and cheese. Potato wedges that were both good. read more

In from out of town, chose this place because we've never tried it before. Placed our order online and was very specific. After traveling 20 minutes to pick up our order and waiting another 20 for the food. Our burgers did not come the way we asked them to be dressed and the wedges were way overcooked. I called and asked for the manager, brought the issues to her attention and she was not willing to make it right in any way other then to tell the cook to do better next time. I told her that wasn't doing anything for me after I had already paid $30 for meals that weren't how I ordered them; she hung up on me. Terrible management and customer service skills. read more

Went to wings and rings in Bardstown. And order the fried pickles and they brought me out what looked like a half order and said it was the same as before just the bowl was deeper so made it look like less I call bs on that.
