If they don't start hiring employees that can read they will be shut down eventually. Everyone talks about how bad it is at this location. The food is even starting to be low quality and the taste was awful last night. It used to be my favorite but never ever again at this location. I ended up throwing my entire meal in the garbage. Never ever again.

I abruptly cancelled my order and told them my disappointment. I stopped at the Dixie Hwy location, the one I originally thought I was going to, and they made my pizza in less than 15 minutes.

I love the food, it always tastes good. This place is amazing; food goes out pretty quickly. My only problem with this Chick-fil-a is that it is always packed. The parking lot is not big enough for all the people who go there. So most people make lines out of the parking lot, just to get in. If this place is open it's packed. But I have to say, no matter how stressed or frustrated an employee gets, they never show you anything but a smile. I like to walk into a place where I see that I, as well as others, matter. I believe they truly cherish each and every customer who walks through their doors. This is just all around, a great place to go. read more

I'm not sure if the recipes changed as they normally do over the years or whether I just don't appreciate it as much. Either way, I wasn't as impressed as I have been with other restaurants offering steak, salad, and sweet potatoes. Service was great. Hunter did a great job serving our needs and making sure everything was as good as it could be. They do offer a 10% military discount when you ask, although it's 10% off the main meal. We saved $1+. All four of us at the table were veterans and apparently eligible for the discount but it was only applied to the one meal. They have a virtual waitlist that you can add your name to in advance which I recommend to avoid too much of a wait.
