The service at this location has gone so far down hill. We walked in and no one was in line. There was a long line outside. Took 18 minutes for someone to take our order. We just love CFA. There are none near our home so we eat at one every time we take a trip. This is the older CFA in town. We ate dinner here on a Wednesday and it was busy snd the drive thru was packed. Seemed that way every time we were in the area. The good thing is that busy stores will usually have fresher food. Moved out past etown and this is now the closest and only store! When I went before all the covid restrictions had been lifted they were serving ice cream in a cone. ( unlike Lou locations) I can not tell you how happy this made our family. This location has 3 lanes outside. They continue to always bust butt and get the food walked out to you quickly. The only downside to that many lanes is if you place a curbside order it's extremely difficult to get to the parking area. If going for lunch try and get there before 11:45am! On a Friday night get there before 6 lol! Sometimes it's quicker to turn in on the street before the red light. When leaving if you want to eat in your car there is a large shaded parking lot to the left. read more

We drove 20 miles out of our way to get lunch because I had been craving it all week. I ordered from the app (if you don't have it you should!) and drove up hoping to use the restroom and wash our hands since we had been driving since early morning. Although every business around them is open with people going in and out, chick fil a continues to have the inside closed- no access to restrooms! I don't understand it! So... People will be in shock and awe when I say this but I have not eaten Chick-fil-A food since I was stationed in Savannah, Georgia, in 1999... Yes, BELIEVE it! It always seemed like the lines were too long and I didn't care for the hype per se. I am only dropping my rating to 4 stars because I had issues with adding money to my new account card as well as adding a payment method. This particular Chick-fil-A is located off of a main highway and is easy to access and depart. The buildings exterior was in great condition, the bushes, trees and grass were obviously well maintained. The parking lot is large and can accommodate many vehicles for those wishing to enter the establishment. I would give them 5 stars alone just for having drive-thru lanes that didn't impede the flow of traffic or blocked other parked cars. I see this alot for restaurants that have the drive-thru option and it can be very frustrating... For this trip I utilized the drive-thru in the early evening hours. I was greeted by a young lady who was very personable, welcoming, tidy in appearance and motivated. When I told her I had some issues with the app, she was very apologetic and offered to try and have a manager to assist me. I declined the offer and told her I would try to obtain assistance later. I did like placing my order with an employee in person because it seemed easier and there were no confusions. I had absolutely no problem paying with my debit card, which is a huge plus. The employee even asked me to pull up my app so that she could ensure I was going to get credit for my order for future treats. She was definitely on the ball. When I pulled up to the window to retrieve my food I was again greeted with a smile by a young lady who verified my order and handed me a receipt. As she gave me each bag, she confirmed its contents. The service was fast and their technique obviously down pat. The service alone will bring me back to this particular Chick-fil-A. Our order consisted of a spicy chicken sandwich meal, which my husband said was very delicious! I ordered his sandwich without tomatoes and the order was 100% correct! For myself, I ordered the fried nugget meal. I am definitely a fan of these nuggets and the dipping sauces! My children received the fried and grilled nugget meals. They definitely enjoyed them along with their frozen treat. The waffle fries were plentiful and delicious!!! I like that the menu has more options for side items, like fruit, apple sauce, salad, etc. All in all, our experience was great from the drive-thru until the last bite! We will definitely be more frequent patrons to the Elizabethtown Chick-fil-A in the future! read more

I don't understand why Chick Fil A is so wildly popular. I will admit the food is good but not great and it is a bit more pricey than other fast food restaurants. Okay the chicken minis are stellar, but the other entrees are ordinary. I like their waffles fries and order them crispy. I actually didn't know you could do that until recently. Other things of note are their milkshakes and their icedream soft serve and unlike Macdonalds their ice cream maker is always functional. This locations is always very busy but the service is fast and they recently doubled their drive thru line. The staff are very friendly and display top notch customer service. I don't know when they started to bring your meals to, but that may explain the increase in prices. They also come around and refill your drinks. Their packets of ketchup are really cool, I choose the dipping option. I don't go very often but Chick Fil A is a solid choice for good fast food. read more
