This place needs to be shut down. Walked in and stood at the host stand for almost five minutes until some guy in a hoodie (with hood on) and sweatpants (no Wings and Rings logo) walked up and sat us. No customer service tone or attitude at all. Then we sat at the table for over ten minutes before walking out. Not one employee came to our table to ask us our drink order or nothing. Tables around us were piled with trash. The manager was laughing and goofing off in the bar area. Employees were just chilling in the kitchen area and talking. Decided to check this place out since it's been years from our last visit. We had family in town so there was 4 our us. They seemed to be well staffed, but not a lot of patrons this evening. We were seated in a booth/table combo which was a bit uncomfortable for someone short & the seat are kinda sunken in. They are a sport bar theme place with TVs throughout the dining area & a very relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was here & there.. took our drinks order & I got a Blue Moon which took awhile to make it to our table from the bar. We finally was able to order, we all got wings with different sauces an order of onions rings, fries & I got the loaded cauliflower. It's took awhile for our food to come out. Besides my wings which looked like what I ordered the rest looked like all buffalo sauce was used for the heat part. There was Parmesan & garlic on some we ordered like that but those flavors were drowned from the orange sauces. The fries were delicious & the onion rings were good. My loaded cauliflower was okay but for the price it was a small cup serving with a lot of cheese, lil bits of bacon & cauliflower. Highly recommend this restaurant. Their smoked wings are awesome! The onion rings are great also. The sauces range from BBQ to hot and come in little cups. This place is better than Buffalo Wild Wings and their hottest sauce is hotter. The hot chicken sandwich was big enough for leftovers. Plenty of TVs, not noisy in the afternoon. Being the human garbage disposal I am, I can typically finish food even if it isn't the greatest, but for the first time I could not make it even half way thru these wings and onion rings. I placed a to-go order on 2/9/24. I waited in the car for it to be ready, so when part of it was well over done and part under done I really saw no excuse. I made the mistake of ordering something new, and got the game day 20-pack deal of hickory smoked wings with a Cajun dry rub. OMG!! They were so dry and overdone they were like shoe leather and tasted like noth but burnt "something". I ordered extra Cajun seasoning on my potato wedges, thinking it would be put on the wedges. No, it was given to me in a plastic cup. The three orders of celery/ranch I ordered (and were on the receipt) were non-existent. And then there was my husband's order. I ordered him a game day pack also, part grilled, boneless wings with a dry lemon pepper rub and part with grilled, wet lemon pepper sauce. I couldn't tell the difference between the two and there was some type of red seasoning on one of them. We were greeted at the door and offered sitting or if we wanted the bar area. We opted for bar area. As soon as we sat down we were greeted and offered menus. We order the chili cheese queso dip to start with 2 beers. The drinks were out immediately and the chips were there shortly after. Pretty good. We order the Ringer Burger and Nashville Hot w/ Garlic Parmesan Aoli Fries. Something about those fries are addictive and good. The Nashville Hot was great. Chicken was crisp and juice. Not over breaded or too big for the sandwich itself, just the right size. My wife describes the Ringer Burger as well cooked, juicy and the bacon crispy. The bbq sauce was tangy and sweet, she loved it. The waitresses, bar tenders and management checked on us to make sure we were good. I noticed that if you order something from the bar, the bartender will bring the drink to you if your waitress is checking on your meal. The managers and other waitresses assisted as well. They cover down for one another to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Overall it's a good place, don't pass it up based on bad reviews. You'll enjoy it and price was great. read more

This used to be one of favorite places to eat. Then for some reason they dropped some of the best items on the menu??!! Our server is the only reason I'm giving it any stars, she is AMAZING! She recognized us from the beginning, " we don't go here a lot". Never have to wait on drinks, and she checks in you exactly when you need something, she's got this weird 6th sense about it!! This is probably one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The Waitress was attentive and nice. We ordered fried pickles which turned out to be the only good thing about the dinner. French fries were somehow hot but soggy, the wings... were legitimately COLD, not warm but cold. They literally tasted like they had been sitting and they just added refrigerated sauce to them. Absolutely disgusting. Manager was VERY impersonable, never once apologized. The service was a little slow. I ordered soup and wings. My husband ordered a burger and a salad. She brought his salad early but didn't ask if I wanted my soup. I called her over and asked for it. The meal came and my husbands burger had no condiments on it and he wasn't asked if he wanted anything. The person delivering the food was rude. Excellent service! Outstanding start for a new restaurant. Mentioned that to our waitress who told us they have a major focus on customer service. Garlic fries were delicious, burger left lots to be desired for the price likely because my food sat in the window for about 30 minutes while the bartender talked to the two guys sitting next to me at the bar. Bartenders were friendly enough but you could definitely tell they were mentally off the clock per their open and more revealing than necessary discussions with other patrons. One of the bartenders was yelling across the bar and restaurant area to try to get a managers attention when it was slow. There only had to be 2 tables seated with 2-3 people at each table (already served they guy she was helping was closing out for the table of 3) and there were 3 people spread out at the bar, myself included. Seems unnecessary to yell across guests rather than just go get him. There were no drink orders. It wasn't a mad house. Another bartender was performing pre closing duties. I did not appreciate my ears being assaulted with the yelling. Quick, polite and helpful service. We were a little surprised by the prices, because they were a little high. However, the portion sizes are HUGE. You definitely get what you pay for! Our food was good, and fresh. The only bad thing about this place is that I can see how it wouldn't be too great for kids. The TV was turned up loud for the game. Update, do not eat here!!!! The worst customer service and attitudes I've ever experienced! It's obvious the staff hate their jobs and show this by being extremely rude to customers. I will never go back to this place ever again. Really like this place, and my husband and I always choose this restaurant over its competitor (just up the street)... my only complaints are that they lack a beer selection. We are there for the first and only time today. We ordered wings to go and I ordered a beer battered fish sandwich with fried pickles and coleslaw. I can honestly say that the best part of our dining experience was the coleslaw and fried pickles. Phenomenal food and service. I got the 10 piece classic Garlic-Q wings and was blown away. The food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. I got the complimentary celery sticks and bleu cheese on the side. If there was a menu ala carte item of bleu cheese, it would probably come in the container they gave me. There is enough to dip to your heart's content. My little picky eater devoured her fries and corn-dogs like a machine. The waitress was an absolute pleasure and was readily available for refills. She made my daughter feel extra special with a delicious lemonade after the meal. I'm not kidding when I say that I will never visit BDubs again after such a great interaction with the staff at BWR.
