She said it was very good and then we both got curly fries and I highly approve that they were super good. We both got drinks. I got a Fanta. It is the best fan I've ever had and my Grammy got a Diet Coke. And she said that was very good as well so I highly recommend going to Arby's read more

There was a little bit of a wait, but the two staff members who were working were positive, attentive, and helpful. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. Food was tasty and we fed five people with no problems! They even asked us at the end if everything came out well. read more

Stopped here to get a late lunch. Lucky, it was not busy! I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich #14 but a wrap instead of a sandwich I received a crispy chicken bacon wrap. To me, crispy chicken is actually fried breaded glob with a pin head size piece of chicken inside. read more

I made a mobile order 4 weeks ago and only two people were working the entire restaurant. I made another mobile order tonite and only two ladies were working the restaurant. So this wasn't a one-off this is apparently the norm. I had to wait a bit for the order, understandable there's only two people. I have been to other fully staffed fast food places in Elizabethtown and have been met with nothing but attitude and messed up orders... let me tell you! There was none of that here when they had EVERY reason to be upset they weren't! They were friendly, apologized and my semi complicated order was 100% correct. YOUR LADIES ARE PHENOMENAL! This is not on them Arby's it's on you. There is no reason you should be working your team workers like this. You don't want to lose these two. Give them a raise or more help! read more

Honestly, Arby's is usually our go-to place while driving to the Midwest to visit family as they do have a few healthier options on their menu. However, this stop wasn't a pleasant one. We were driving through town and stopped at this Arby's to get some drive-thru food. As we pull up to the drive-thru and asked for several things, the person was just rude. Surprisingly, they didn't have a few items such as the Arby's sliders, which were for the kids. My wife ordered a drink, and they forgot that as well. We wanted to try the new fish basket so we went inside. There were plenty of employees and mostly friendly and quick service, however, the dining room was very dirty and the fish was so greasy it was inedible. The wrap and crinkle cut fries were good. read more

What can I say! Too bad less than 1 star isn't available. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Went thru the drive thru, watched the car in front return a bag of food that wasn't there's. Then watched employee rebag food and try to give it to correct vehicle (ME!). When I said something about it, employee denied it at first then changed to "its ok they didn't touch it". Spoke with manager Melanie who didnt even care about the situation and was more upset at me i believe for pointing it out and saying something. I've spoken with Arby's corporate and plan to report incident to the KY non compliance hotline at first chance. Just wanted to let everyone know they might want to rethink eating here if you have concerns about covid exposure because this place appears to not be following any safety guidelines other than half worn masks. And to all drive thru's, please understand that everyone is trying to stay safe and if something goes wrong or a mistake happens, report it don't hide it.. I'd personally rather wait for a remade item or order than risk added exposure trying to hide it. Lastly to all very hard working food service employees, including Arby's. I stopped in here to grab something to tide me over until the morning. Only a few people were in the dining area. The shift manager and cashier were some of the nicest ladies in KY. Friendly, welcoming, and fun would be understatements! They acted like I was a personal friend at Thanksgiving dinner, not a stranger ordering from a menu. I really appreciate the warmth and genuine smiles I was offered throughout my visit to this Arby's. Bonus: the food was as good as or better than any other Arby's, and the dining area was nice and clean. The service was fast also. read more

I normally eat at Arby's about once a week. I went in today and ordered a combo meal and paid extra to have the drink upsized to large. She handed me a medium size cup and I told her I ordered a large. She indicated they had changed the size. When I got the meal I noticed the curly fries were also in a smaller carton, about the of a kids portion. I asked about that and she indicated the size of those had changed also. When I looked at the amount of food on the tray it was not worth $5 let alone the $10 it cost. There are better fast food places in E-Town to eat. read more

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat on my way to Nashville. Food is normal Arby's food. Service was amazing though. I ordered a sandwich and they didn't have the right meat. So they gave me my money back, a free sandwich and a free Arby's meal card. I would have been happy with the free sandwich. Talk about going above and beyond. I'm usually not a consumer of "fast food" but drastic times call for drastic measures. This Arby's was a pleasant surprise and offered a nice break from a long journey. The workers were friendly and the food was adequate. It had been a few years since I had eaten Arby's, and they definitely had more than just roast beef n cheddars.
