Was cold AF inside, employees were rude and I wasn't the only customer there not happy. Just not run well. Food was good though.

There is no star to give... I was literally greeted at the drive thru "What?" My burger was cold and tough, cheese still cold. Not my usual experience here. I work 12-14 hour days and stop here after work for a good burger and some ice cream. I was always so satisfied. The perfect way to end my day. Not tonight! I was very disappointed. Worst Culver's we've ever been to! There was only one person working the counter so people were lined up out the door. However, the most egregious thing, especially in these days of COVID - no TP, no soap, no paper towels in either bathroom, ladies or men! Place was packed when we stopped in on a road trip to Memphis recently , which is no fault of the establishment but they were not prepared at all staff was undermanned which is the case everywhere these days but they had 2 kids standing at register was actually taking orders the other was just dancing around him NOT helping him out at all while he was being overwhelmed with customers in lobby waiting to order , wave after wave of customers standing in line . We finally got up to order after about 15 minute wait in line I asked the young fella if the pork loin sandwich was the same as pork tenderloin not sure if they were the same as they were back by us in Michigan , he looked puzzled and answers I dunno , so we just kind of stared at each other and I figured he may ask a CO worker but that never happened so Instead of holding the line up any longer I decided to try it anyway , I paid and waited with my number for my food to be ready ,we found seats and waited after about 15 minutes i was puzzled so I went near counter to see if they called my number yet only to find my food had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes according to my receipt , food was cold and they refused to remake it .....needless to say i don't think i coukd recommend this particular spot to anybody wanting a warm fresh meal especially if they are even a little bit busy , i know i won't be back read more

My kids love Culver's because they get custard after their meal. I love Culver's because they actually eat their food because it's super tasty. Terrible service. Placed a curbside order (one item). Pulled up five minutes later, checked in, and waited 20 minutes while others came & went inside for pickup. Called from the car, no answer. Went inside and order was sitting on the back counter while five teenagers stood around talking at the register. No apology even though I told them "I think you forgot about me." I cannot say the food was bad. It's Culver's! And always a great option. What I did witness was a lack of employee standards. The young lady working behind the counter, but not taking my order at this location was eating behind the counter. Taking fries from the window to the kitchen. That is not very egregious to see. I have worked in this industry for many years. But, seeing her wipe her mouth after her little nibble with her barr hand and then clutching her other hand which was gloved after. Like wtf?? Did we not just spend the last 2 years going through crap from covid in which sanitary practices were Paramount? And the while time I was up the ordering, I did not see her changing the glove nor washing her hands. This was very off putting. She also served my food to my table in the dinning area. I strongly suggest corporate come check out this location and see how low the standards are here. I say this as I'm pretty well traveled throughout the Midwest and Culver's is one of our favorite roadside stops. Their service is terrible and food prep is careless. This past trip, my partner ordered the pretzel bites with cheese sauce and the bag was given to us with the cheese sauce open, messy all over the bag. Not your typical fast food experience. This was good. Not just adequate, filling and priced right... it was good. We're traveling south to Birmingham and around lunchtime we were looking for someplace to eat. Not wanting the mass marketed chains (because we have more driving to do) we noticed a Culver's on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. Being burgerfiles, my wife and I tried the Butter Burger, because our friend Bryan told us this was Culver's signature burger. I didn't get to see them make it, but when I took a bite I didn't need to. Wow. For a fast food, quick burger this was good. The patty looked like it had been pressed with one of the presses they use from Waffle House, creating a tasty seared top to the patty. The buns were fresh tasting and toasted inside while the lettuce, tomatoes and onions were cold and crispy. Honestly, expectations for it were about at a medium- but I left filled and looking forward to a return trip where I can try the frozen custard. I mean- Creamy Lemon Crumble... TAKE MY MONEY! Food was good as always. Service was rude. Of course we needed to wear our masks and the personnel was masked up and all gloved up. Which is just fine. However, when they hand you the cup for your beverage they grab it in a way that they touch the inside of the cup. Then do the same with the lid. I simply asked the young Blonde cashier to please hand me another cup where she only touches the outside of the cup. Well this seemed to upset her and she became very rude. Once I sat down I saw her talking about me to the others behind the counter and point at me. When we went to leave I asked for another cup as we were directed to do for refills. The same girl asked another employee to hand me the cup. She did the same thing with the lid and I asked for another one. As I walked away I heard her say " so was that her?" I get it, it's hard right now with this crazy pandemic. However, I would think training would be in place for those interacting with the public not to touch the inside of the cups. It's no less gross with the gloves on. Your still touching money, surfaces etc... in addition don't be rude because I don't want your fingers in my drink so to say. read more

Easy access off 65, make sure you park away from the Starbucks though because that line wraps around in the parking lot and they won't budge to let you back out. This was my first time at a Culver's. The prices seem a bit high for what they're serving. The food was fresh though and service was friendly. The Beef Pot Roast Sandwich doesn't have a ton of beef and it's no more amazing than any other beef roast sandwich. They do have Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce which is amazing. The Strawberry Milkshake is delicious and has strawberry chunks in it. This particular location had dirty bathrooms. They didn't even have any soap left so they put out hand sanitizer. If I came back I'd order something different or just get an ice cream/milkshake. read more

Yum yum yum!!!!!! Every time we get ice cream here it is a slam dunk! Delicious! I try to always do a different combo so today I got a small chocolate sundae with double peanut butter topping. That's it. Simple and amazing! Husband got a mixer of chocolate and salted caramel and my daughter got a chocolate mixer Ed with caramel and mint. The staff always seems to have a ton of patience while we stare and stare at the board trying to decide what to eat. I love that they never seem to mind and always smile and laugh with us. Let me start by saying that I frequent Culver's, am familiar with their menu, and always have a positive experience - ONLY when I visit Culver's in the Midwest. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the worst Culver's I have been to. We pulled into the drive through and were greeted by the woman at the microphone coughing. It took a second until my friend and I realized that she was clearing her throat at us so we'd order. I ordered a chocolate concrete with a couple toppings. My partner ordered a small custard in a dish with a Diet Root Beer. We received 2/4 of those things incorrect - the root beer was in fact Pepsi, and the chocolate concrete was Vanilla instead. (Not what we ordered which is sort of the point of ordering fast food...?) We won't be back due to geography, but I'd discourage you all from going back because it'll be a waste of time. read more

Stopped here for mid afternoon snack break. Custard flavor of the day was red raspberry - my favorite. Flavored custard with actual red raspberries mixed in. Excellent! Got 2 scoops and they were big. One would have been sufficient. Easy access off of I65 exchange and plenty of parking. Recommend highly! read more

I love Culvers! What can I say it's the "eat more chicken" of the burger world, only better. I fell in love with Culvers while I was living in Florida, the butter burgers cant be beat. Not to mention the frozen custard and the house root beer. Here is the real important factor: great service, Clean restaurants (anywhere you go), Food is brought to your table when you order. Its a similar experience to another chain in almost every aspect except one major thing, Variety! There are so many items on the menu to choose from, its hard to make up your mind. Fried cheese curds, frozen custard, best burgers for a "fast food" restaurant you will find, soups, salads, chicken, fish. they have it all and it is all carefully crafted and presented in a very nice fashion. Give Culvers a try if you get a chance, its worth the time to stop in. read more

This place is new to Elizabethtown, tried it on 1/1/18 and I was completely impressed! The parking lot was packed and I was worried we wouldn't have a seat, so my niece and I settled for drive-thru. The line was long but moving fast, I order a kids cheeseburger ketchup only (very important) and a juice, a Swiss cheese burger with fries and a Pepsi. There was a line still when I got to the window but was still moving fast. They gave me a number for my order had a curb I can pull up too. The wait was less than 10 mins, which is great for young niece and the cold weather. Our food came out hot and fresh and was still hot and fresh when we got back it was still hot. The burgers and fries were delicious. The fries were crinkle style crispy and a little soft in the inside! The burger was good and well cooked, I added tomatoes and lettuce and it was fresh and crisp. The only complaint I would have was my Pepsi, it tasted like carbonation and not enough syrup. This place has really good milkshakes. I haven't had anything else from there. The service has been good, though slow all the time. Before getting in line at the drive thru, make sure you have plenty of time to wait and be prepared to have to pull into one of the waiting spots after you pay. I always get a peanut butter milkshake. They have been consistently good until my last visit. Last night I ordered my usual and got a Reese's cup milkshake (I HATE Reese's cups). Don't use the drive through. I live less than a mile away and this is the 3rd time in a row I got home with a COLD burger.

I'm typing this as I wait. Over 10 minutes wait now. Great burgers but the wait is insane! And illogical! I ordered ONE burger! People after me are leaving with BAGS of food. Looks bad, Culver's. This was my first time eating at a Culvers restaurant and I was happily surprised at how great everything was! After ordering our meals my friend and I got our drinks and sat down. The food was brought to the table fresh & hot....I love crinkle fries so that was a definite plus! The burger was cooked perfectly and the fixings were fresh and delicious! I had a coupon for a free scoop of their delicious frozen custard...I chose the flavor of the day, double strawberry, and it was amazing! They have a daily flavor and I will definitely be going back for the Georgia peach! Also will be returning to try their fish...which I'm told is super tasty as well.
