Picked up an online order placed it five minutes ago order said ready walked in to get order and sat down to eat. Food was old ice cold brought it to the store manager who refused to replace the food or give me a refund instead I had to work with the online assistant, for that threw away food never coming back. Was also told if I want my food hot I'd have to order in the store. Using online orders to get rid of trash, they can't sell. Also when you request a refund from the app they can only give you half your value and points. If you want a full refund you have to pray the store owner will call or email you. If I don't hear back I'll be filling fraud with my credit card. 18 days later still no resolution. Called KFC and was told they reached out which is a lie. read more

Food was good. Restaurant is always filthy. I don't think they mop their floors anymore. The amount of food crumbs and grease is discussing. Need better training and Management needs to do better checks . Might look into degreasing your main entrance. read more

this place is under staffed our order was completely cold I had to place what I wanted online because it couldn't be ordered in the store because they said starting on Monday but yet they had the stuff to make it if I ordered it online for pickup the wedges were way over cooked and hard, my wrap was falling apart. I will never order from there again the owners need to take a hard look at what is going on in that restaurant this is not the first time we have had cold food from there. read more

As always, the Coronel's chicken is great! However, customer service at this location is non existent. As a customer you walk up to the counter and are asked "For here or to go?" No greeting, no welcome at all. Horrible! I told the employee that customers should be greeted and her response was "don't get smart 'cause i dint have to serve you." Of course, she doesn't know that i don't have to eat there. I walked out to never return. Ill mannered employees with no basic courtesies toward customers! I blame management for not realizing the poor level of customer service .their employees are offering customers. Out with my mom she loves KFC SO We drop in for a visit my was good but every table you that was suitable were dirty but a nice guy came from behind bk and wiped down the whole booth very nice. The other problem was with management I asked for fresh hot wing and I know when I ask for them it about a 15 to 20 min wait but this were fast because the words from her mouth was I thought you wanted us to redip the wings so the were dried out I hope that's not what the really be doing but never less she took them back throw it away and made my wings fresh and they were great. The staff looked miserable. I know it was busy.. But what aggravated me the most was out of the 6 people I saw working 1 of them wasn't wearing his mask at all 1 had his mask around his neck 2 masks weren't covering their noses. I watched the manager bag my items and hand them off to me. When I got back to my office to eat, I was met with a weird odor....that's when I discovered,which what I originally thought was a used dish rag...SOCKS! They were generous enough to include a pair of worn, cheese-smelling, rancid socks with my food! I asked for a side of mashed potatoes, not a side of socks! I called them to file a complaint and all the manager could say was "I don't know what to say....I'm sorry..?" Sure he apologized and offered to refund my money and replace my meal for free but not thanks, that's a hard pass! I drove back, dropped off the socks...and the chicken of course. Crazy! We always come to this location and humans make mistakes and everything but to assume we wanted something else almost the past four times is getting a little old. My husband and I went through the drive thru and got our usual orders and at the window when receiving our order I checked thro the bag to make sure he did get his extra side which he didn't shocker so he pulls into the drive thro again and when we try to explain to what seemed like a manager she instantly gave us attitude and told my husband "well it sounded like you wanted extra gravy instead" my husband and I both look at each other and then look at her and he goes no actually I wanted mashed potatoes not just gravy and she quickly slammed the door on us and finally just goes to get him mashed potatoes and hands it to us aggressively clearly just done with us. Wish people wouldn't be so rude and aggressive when trying to reason with them but I guess that's what happens when you get paid 12 bucks and hour ‍ read more

I was shocked to see that the employees, including the manager, had their masks hanging under their chins. They don't care about you or potentially spreading Covid 19 and I can only imagine what their normal sanitation practices are during normal times. Fortunately there are other restaurants in the area that practice proper procedures to protect their employees and their customers. read more
