I absolutely love this location! It's so easy to get in and out of the drive thru and with a separate mobile spot, it's a game changer! The staff was amazing especially Melissa. My food came out perfect and Melissa kept me entertained with some conversation and even recommended some items for me to try next time that I wasn't aware chick fil a had. The inside is always clean every-time I go as well. I highly recommend this location over some others. read more

I have been at this location more than a handful of times since opening. I was so excited to see the mobile thru line at my first visit and have utilized it each time since. The service has consistently been with a smile despite my arriving usually right before breakfast cut off which is a busier time switching menu items. On one visit we ordered 2 Egg White Grill Sandwiches and and neither sandwich had eggs on them, other times there has been only food items in the bag and no sauces as ordered, no straw for drinks, no napkins, etc. We completed the form online to make the location aware to hopefully make improvements and have not been contacted. I'll continue to utilize this location as the food has been consistent, the location is ideal, and while it's not the most efficient it has been speedy enough and I go with knowing I may have to wait a few moments for my order regardless if using the mobile order line. - I have also gotten in the routine of checking my order before leaving the drive thru line to be sure we got everything I ordered, so apologies to anyone behind me! :) read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Moon Township, Pennsylvania

You have a star at the location 2812 Gracy Center Way. Her name is Monika. My day was ruined as I arrived after a long flight and was totally disappointed with the Chipotle location (filthy dirty and unorganized), needless to say I was not in the best of moods when I arrived at your site. Her personality was awesome. read more

This location is struggling to get itself together. It's slow, the food isn't up to standard, and they almost always goof something up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a redeemable coupon and this location would not accept the coupon... After they did not honor my coupon I took it to another location (Robinson) and that location let me use the coupon. Do yourself a favor and don't use this Chick-fil-a location. (This is the only location that has not allowed me to use a redeemable coupon) read more

Worst Chick fil A location I've ever been to. Constantly missing something from my order. Drive thru is the worst. So slow and a cluster where the two lanes merge. No one stands out and takes the orders to expedite the process. One person taking payments, running food to mobile thru and the drive thru. False forced "my pleasure ". The worst part is there's no one answering the phone that you can report errors with your order with. I've given them multiple chances to prove they can get it right and together , but I'm tired of waiting. Will be making way less visits for sure. read more

I do like the food, but the service in the drive-through is slow especially when you order head. I've seen many times when the people who come through and ordered at the drive-through after I was already there get serviced before me when I am in thel order ahead line read more

I don't understand all the griping and complaining about this Chick Fil A. I have stopped for lunches, dinners, and the occasional breakfast. I've never had a problem with my order or wait time. It's sad to read how impatient people are these days but it doesn't surprise me. My advice, make your own food at home. read more

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The food is fine that's not the issue. The service is terrible. Chick-fil-a is known for being very efficient and quick. This is not the case. I come here regularly and, it takes 15 minutes to get a 1 meal. The workers are hit and miss and rarely are saying "my pleasure." read more

The place has been open a month and no one knows what the he'll is going on. Order takers fumbling all over themselves combined with the slowest service possible make me just get CFA In other neighborhoods. These people are hopeless. read more

This is a new location, but they have been open long enough to fix the issues. This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. The so called mobile Pickup lane is super slow and I see people who order regular drive thru get served first. 3 times now our Oder has been wrong or missing something. I believe this restaurant is owned by the same person as the one in Robinson Township??? The Robinson one is super efficient and always get things right. Maybe they should send some employees here or train them correctly. read more

Not once, not twice but 3 times they have left out the main item in my order. They include the dressings and toppings or sauce but not the item. It's always when I get grub hub. I have contacted GH about the issue and they said it's the responsibility of the restaurant since the delivery person can't open the sealed bag. read more

May be the worst Chick-fil-A in America. It takes the same amount of time with 2 cars in the Drive Thru at this location than it does with 30 cars in the Drive Thru at the Robinson location. Food rarely is "fresh". I'd rather drive or DoorDash from the Robinson location than drive 2 min down the road. Update: after writing my previous review I got the craving for Chick Fil A..... so of course I ordered it from DoorDash thinking it was coming from Robinson, well I was wrong. And of course the fries weren't cooked enough, half my order was missing, and there was no sauce. They either need to fire the manager or close this restaurant. Embarrassing. read more

Nahhh Idk why these people hating, they expect a NEW place in an already crowded area to be quick and easy. I for one think the food is very good and I ALWAYS get my order right every single time. When I DoorDash the food, its not cold or anything. and a lot of the workers are teenagers too. read more

this place sucked nice clean restaurant and bathroom but workers sucked very slow and snotty and the service was so slow took so long to get our food and only two people actually tried to help read more

I ordered a catering package for my holiday work party - it took about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged- which is fine. I understood it's a newer location, a lot of young workers, so I waited patiently and received my catering order. I had 2 large boxes and 2 large bags which would reasonably carry my chicken nugget platter, salad platter, cool wraps, fruit tray and cookie/brownie tray. When I got to my work event- we realized the 2 large boxes were containing only plates/napkins/cups/silverware etc. and we were missing the salad and the wraps. Of course I was disappointed because it was not enough food to feed our party of 15-20 people. I take partial blame for not opening the boxes and realize mistakes happen, but just disappointing. My main issue - is the resolution of this error. Chick fil a does not even allow a direct phone call into the store and the voicemail box is full at the location anyway. I have called Chick-fil-A "CARES"- their customer service programs 5 separate times now to have them relay the issue and get this resolved. The first time I called, the owner sent me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich..... when my order was missing $70 worth of food from my $200 order. They don't seem to realize that one sandwich does not mitigate 70 dollar loss. I called again to customer service, and again, given it took another week to hear back from the manager, Aimee Hernandez, when I was not satisfied. I get another email back- a coupon for a Chick-fil-A meal, milkshake, and ice cream cone. I do not understand why I cannot be refunded for food that I never received. I do not want any more coupons. I called once more and waiting to hear back but quite honestly giving up on any hope for this location and Chick-fil-A catering in general. The customer service team just pushes it to the managers, who don't seem to care about the reputation of their business. The fact that I get the same responses over and over and no one is willing to resolve the issue- says a lot about the manager, but also the ownership that Chick-fil-A takes as a corporation. I wish I looked at these reviews before ordering from this location. Again, I was not super hurt that food was missing, but the fact that this cannot be resolved absolutely blows my mind. read more

This is the absolute worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to. The employees don't have a freaking clue what's going on and are so rude about it. It's not my fault that you were either poorly trained (which I highly doubt is the case) or that you just don't care about doing your job correctly. I will never go to this location again after today. read more

I have been here twice since they have opened and both times you could tell that the nuggets and fries had been sitting for a couple hours..

Got a chicken sandwich and fries, there was more grease than food. Maybe they should change the name to quik-lube. Also the wait was ridiculous (almost a half hour) That was the first and last time for this place. read more

food is good, but there is ALWAYS stuff missing from the order. this location is the worst.

Service was long and terrible layout but food was good clean area needs intelligent workers.
