As I approached the restaurant, I noticed the building was immaculate and super fresh & new. I love that they have an outdoor eating space like the fast food restaurants from the 90's. Upon entering the space, everything was clean and new. There was some fun music bumping in the background. When I approached the cash register, there was no worker for a few minutes. There were plenty of workers in the back, including 3 for the drive thru alone and a few in the kitchen. It was disappointing how long I had to wait because there usually is little to no wait to order at a fast food restaurant. Once a worker did make her way to the front, it took another few minutes because she had to get a manager to help her input the order into the system. She initially went back to talk to the manager to tell him my name for the experience. Then, she had to go back to get the manager to help her input the order. The manager did not stop to say HI or acknowledge me at all. Once the order was placed, the food came out in less than a minute, which I was pleasantly surprised! Everything tasted delicious, and I was most surprised about the bread and Cane's sauce. Both were unique and different and made the meal even more special! The chicken was tender and hot. The sauce was peppery and different than any I have ever had. The fries weren't anythinf special but like your average fast food fries. The toast was surprisingly tasty & the sesame seeds on it added to the uniqueness. I like to think of the food as a mix between Popeye's and KFC and DQ's chicken basket lol

First of all. Raising canes is one of my favorite restaurants. They always hit the spot. I got the 3 chicken finger combo there. It was amazing! The staff were fantastic. The place was clean. We did sit outside. That was also very good and clean seating. Everything was amazing! I would go to that specific location again.

My friend and I were super excited to try the much talked about chicken at Raising Cane's! It was really good! The crinkle fries were excellent and the slice of bread I got with my chicken finger meal was awesome! I also had their lemonade which was super refreshing. All that being said. The service was outstanding. Every employee was super nice. They had people constantly cleaning which made for a really clean restaurant. We will definitely stop back.

They do chicken fingers, fries, slaw and bread. Menu is limited to chicken fingers or a chicken finger sandwich. Service was pretty fast considering how busy they were. I felt the restaurant had an industrial feel and was kept very clean.

Newly opened location, so they had plenty of staff on hand to manage the dine-in counter, kitchen, and busy drive-thru lanes. Hopefully, they will maintain adequate staffing as time passes. My first thought after reviewing the menu board is that it's pricey. I ordered a sandwich, and it totaled to over 8.00, so it was a no-brainer to change it to a combo for 11 something. A family of 5 will easily spend close to 50.00 or more for a quick meal. My order came out fast and looked appealing. Truth be told, it wasn't love-at-first-bite. I honestly think it was too hot to eat and enjoy, so I ended up taking it to go. The second bite was much more enjoyable. I really believe letting it sit to rest was the way to go. The parking lot is very congested with people trying to exit the drive-thru lane as other vehicles are entering the lot. Hopefully, it's not an accident waiting to happen. Overall, I enjoyed the chicken, ignored the calorie count, and got my Canes fix in for a while.

Always fresh, hot chicken fingers! My kids live the sauce...they can't get enough of it. We aren't coleslaw fans so we sub extra toast in it's place. Have to admit I was a little skeptical of the location choice but so far the service has been excellent and the vibe in the restaurant has been good. Always busy!!! Brought much needed life to the area. My only complaint is I wish the fries were seasoned!

I'm happy to have a Cane's close to me. Today was opening day, and it was packed! The drive-thru line wrapped around the building twice, and the Goodwill Parking lot was filled with guests who were parking to go inside the restaurant. To beat the line, I ordered 30 minutes in advance through the mobile app for a 12:30pm pickup inside. I arrived 10 minutes early and decided to go inside to wait. As I went inside to pick up my food, I noticed they had a DJ outside playing some tunes and some ballon arches to decorate. Inside, I was greeted by a pleasant staff member, and she directed me to the mobile pickup area, just left of the cash registers. There were a good number of seats available inside, and the occupancy permit said the place could hold about 135 people. Most people were standing and waiting for to-go orders. The decor inside is nice, and they had ample staff to cover the crowd, plus a security officer available in case of emergency. The tag on my bag said my food was ready and packaged at 12:33pm and everything was in my hands by 12:35! Talk about a well-oiled machine, lol. My order was accurate and was hot and fresh. The only thing I did not like were the fries were a bit over salted and a few of them could have been cooked a little longer. The tenders were great, and the garlic toast was yummy. Great first day in North Versailles.

The staff at this location is so friendly. Even though the food is meant to be ordered and picked up at the counter, I had a few laughs with the staff which added to the overall vibe. They were the best part of my experience. I came there with one of my friends because we were curious. It should be known that I had a stint in the south so I'm familiar with Zaxybs, chick fil A, and Bojangles, and even other Raising Canes. In the past I didn't have the best experience with Canes chicken and unfortunately I have to say nothing has changed. I found the combo box to be basic, lacking in flavor, and the chicken left much to be desired--KFC could've done better. I would like to point out that I'm giving this place a two based on what I feel is an underwhelming main product (their chicken). However, I will concede that if you're not necessarily looking for quality but a quick meal that will satisfy your bodily need for calories then this place is a good, quick stop. Overall, loved the staff but not a fan of the chicken.

It was my first time at a Raising Cane's, and I was impressed by their chicken. Their website said each order is made to order. After we placed our order it felt like we waited for 20min. Which is really long for fast food. The quality of the chicken though was quite good. We ordered the Canniac to share, and it was plenty of food for a light dinner for two. It came with six chicken fingers, crinkled fries, cold slaw and a slice of thick toast. Everything tasted good. The staff was friendly and the indoor dinning area was clean and stylish. My only complaint is the wait time. I was told if you order on their app ahead of time, that's the best way to cut down the wait time.

We ordered the sandwich without dressing, in the future I'd get mayo or oil and vinegar. Good sandwich even dry. The slugger is meatball with crumbled hot sausage and banana peppers. Great sandwich! Spicy, flavorful, hot, with a shot of flavor every time there's a banana pepper bite. The star of the meal tho was the potato salad. I think I tasted pickle juice and mustard in the wet part of the salad, and they also added bacon. I kept picking at the potato salad even though I was stuffed, it's so good! I'm glad this place opened close, I'll be back for sure, and will def try out different sandwiches next time too. Oh yeah, Mancini's buns! Yum! But be careful, the soporific effect of these buns is not to be underestimated.

From the outside it's a basic building and appears to be a bbq restaurant. Upon entry you're transformed back in time a bit, starting with the old school kool cigarette machine. The vibe is less restaurant and more bar. Full bar; high tops, and a few booths. We were told to sit where we want. We were immediately offered drinks and menus. The menu styling is very basic. No colors, pictures, bells or whistles. It's a white piece of paper typed up in the default font and laminated. Personally, I found it charming. The server told us about their specials not on the menu: po boy, Mac and cheese, and shrimp. We ordered off the standard menu. I got a Cuban sandwich. Co workers had wings and ribs. Everyone loved their food. We also got a couple of salads. It was colorful, fresh, and abundant. Everything was super affordable. $5 salads and $11 entrees. Service was prompt abr friendly. We were in Pittsburgh suburbs for three days and this was the best food we had. It was casual and straight forward, but friendly and yummy. We walked about 10 min and change from our hotel to the strip district location. It is a small little place made up for by its attention grabbing wall art of famous and loved Pittsburgh figures. The menu is easy enough. Pick a protein (there are many options) to go on the sandwich which is the standard cole slaw, cheese, tomato, and fries tucked between two slices of thick, soft white bread. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see a vegetarian option with both a cheese and an egg and cheese version. GF and I shared and it is not a bad sandwich to share bc the thing is massive. That isn't to say that I couldn't have eaten another half bc I absolutely could have. The thing is so large and busting with ingredients I wondered how I could fit it for a bite but where there's a will, there's a way. It was excellent. What a great combo of flavors and textures. I only wish there was more cheese. I do feel like with the cheese version there should be more than what is in the version with meat but call me crazy. I could eat that every day.

Opened up one of the sandwiches to share and nicely the sandwich was cut in half already. Just need to tear the paper wrapper to separate. As you may know, sandwich has Cole slaw and fries on it, so it's thick. Preferred the capicola over the pastrami. Decent amount of meat on the sandwich but waaaayyy more fries than anything. The close slaw adds some crunch and tartness to a pretty mild sandwich. Overall, food was underwhelming. I'd stop by again but for some kielbasa or something ethnic.
