Why am I writing a review for a fast food joint? Especially since I have discovered Yelp, I've been going to more and more local places. In fact this is the first time I have sat down in a fast food place and ate. Usually it's just when I'm running late on my way to work and I need something quick to eat. Anyway, on with it. I was just getting over a sickness and got my appetite back and with it, I had a craving. A craving for onion rings. Not just any onion rings, but ones from Burger King. Unfortunately there aren't very many left in the city, and you have to drive to find one. This one is one of the nicer ones. Big and spacious on the inside complete with an indoor play area. And amazingly this location is spotless. Clean from top to bottom. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food...average at best. But what can you say about fast food. I was able to satisfy my craving, that's what counts. The most interesting thing about the place is the fancy soda machine. All touchscreen with everything in it from sparkling water to Powerade. With a tap of the screen you can add a flavoring. All in all, I was happy I stopped here. Will I come back? Eventually, but it's not going to be a daily thing. read more

My husband and I have not had a desire to eat at Burger King. We thought that since Burger King seemed to have improved its food and service. We could not have been more wrong. We ordered food to be delivered Through Door Dash. When it arrived, there was no tag on the bag and the bag was sealed when it arrived. I provide this information because of the two value meals we ordered, one was missing the burger! Plus the food was ice cold. The second burger, a whopper, tasted terrible according to my husband. We called Burger King. I asked for a manager. I explained the problem with the missing burger. She offered to add me to her book so that I would get the free burger the next time I came into the store. She further suggested the problem was likely the driver's fault because her "bosses were expediting orders." I find this preposterous and I believe that she was just trying to use Door Dash as a scapegoat. So, based on this experience, I believe that Burger King has not improved in any way. The food has not gotten better nor has the service. If I could have given this Burger King less than a 1 star, I certainly would have. read more

I waited thirty minutes, stuck at the drive thru. Cold food, that they were "waiting on" for my order, and a completely wrong sandwich. So slow, how do you mess up a two item order? Not the first time, definitely the last! How is this burger king so horrible and another one within a few miles so much better? Management definitely has its part, but regional managers? The management at this location should be ashamed. 3 times I have taken my son here and all 3 times something was wrong. whoppers were cold and buns were not toasted. on top of that twice the whoppers were made incorrectly, they were supposed to be plain and if course they were not. I had to go into the restaurant for the correct whopper. After 3 times of nothing being done correctly we will not be back. To top it off its $14.00 for a Whopper meal. This has to be the worst Burger King, I have ever been to. This was our third trip, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the crew was just having an off day. Consistency is the only word to describe this establishment. Consistently bad! The crew is unfriendly, and always barking at one another. The order never comes out the way you request it. Is it not the burger joint that advertise " have it your way " The playground was closed twice at the last two visits. They made no effort to repair what was wrong with from out first visit. On 12-30-23, 6:30 PM, I walked in the Burger King at Wal Mart Drive, North Versailles, PA 15137. I ordered an Impossible Whooper from the kiosk, A mistake was made with my order, and while I was tryng to get my order right. A female manager, began was using hard corps profanity, the N-word and other cuss words were used while she was having a private conversation on her cell phone while standing behind the counter infront of customers, several customers heard her and recorded the incident. Time of incident 6:30PM - 7:25 PM, 12-30-23. I waited over 45:00 minutes to get an Impossible Whooper and when I got it, it was not what I ordered. But I did hear a lot of cussing in the store coming from a Burger King employee (alleged manager Meme). My order number 70, I left the Impossible Whopper on the counter and asked for a refund, around 7:25PM. I walked out of the building, never to return. The 2 alleged managers did not try to accommodate me. They let me walk out. Not only was I traumatized by the experience, I was sadden by the filthy nasty condition of the building. Where is the Health Department when you need them? And where is a bar of soap when you need one? This place is the pits where do Burger King get this people from, "HELL"? I will never step foot in this place again. 1 STAR is to good for this joint, more like a zero to me. read more

This place is absolutely THE worst in customer service and "fast" food. Recently was in the drive thru, for 20 mins. I exited the drive thru and opted to go inside, instead. I waited an additional 20 mins...inside!! As I stand there, I see at least 10 employees "appearing" to be "busy" and no one is actually serving the purpose of fast food. Ok. I have had Burger King from quite a few different locations. I ended up having this two nights in a row because my girlfriend wanted some. The first night everything was fresh and amazing (for burgerking people). The second night, not so much. First off the employees were to busy smoking to give a damn about making peoples food, and when they finally decided to make food, meth head in the "kitchen" started angrily slapping everything together, not caring at all if it was correct or not. So we eat our pathetic meal, and go home. Fast forward to the next day. Food poisoning! So if you want to play Russian roulette. Go for it.
