Slow food rather than fast food here. Used the mobile app, checked order in at 11:23am and noticed a while suv in the drive-up followed you a blue one that weren't even close to placing their orders. Fast forward both vehicles exited the drive-up and I'm still waiting. It's now 11:32, I see the young lady bringing our order out. I asked if offs faster to not use the application and she told me the mobile orders come in on the inside order system vs the drive-up system so the answer is yes don't bother going in or using the mobile app. Also good to know chicken strips are made to order and take 6 minuets. First I want to say I am not someone that complains dramatically. But this is getting a bit crazy. OK I don't fuss about fast food joints so much :-) However, I have placed about 20 orders to that same McDonalds, it is the one that is nearby. I order through Uber and such because I am homebound , a senior. I can not go to the store on my own. Every single time I make an order at this store I am missing several menu items. Today I ordered 4 sausage McMuffins with Egg, 1 Big breakfast with Hotcakes, 1 Medium Sprite Berry Blast, 1 Medium Caramel Frappe. 1 Medium Caramel Frappe, not there 2 Sausage McMuffins with Egg, not there, Big breakfast here, no syrup, butter, salt or pepper, or jam/jelly, fork to eat with even. Yes makes things difficult for me, I have to go all the way to my kitchen, get in my chair, and all. Yes it is a very big issue for me, as it is painful and my breakfast is now cold as well as dry pancakes, I am out of syrup and that is the reason I ordered. I keep ordering from the same place because that is where all the apps send my orders. Getting a refund is nothing. I have two kids that ordered two sandwiches and now only have half their order. My son, no problem thanks mom. My daughter screaming and yelling about how horrible that place is, and why can't you drive any more, it's not fair..... As you can imagine very annoying. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. My fault for giving it another chance after previous bad experiences. Although, I have to say the daytime staff is always pleasant and the waits are never bad but the night crew seems to be a different story. Went to go in drive through but it was crazy long so ordered online in app to pick up inside and went to run an errand in shopping center. Come back only to find out doors are locked and they are directing everyone to drive through! Ugh....I didn't have time to wait that long when my order was ready and didn't want cold food since there would have been 10 cars in front of me. It was too late for me to cancel on the app at this point. I tried to get employees attention inside to just ask for them to hand me the order and they looked at me and walked away. They poured the milkshakes when the order was placed, then when the food was ready 32 minutes later they brought it all out together. This place is erratic at best. Wrong orders. Incomplete orders. Long waits on the Drive Thru. No napkins in the bag. Supposedly was 24/7, but I've stopped by the Drive Thru late at night and could see people inside but no one would take my order. The poll sign now reads 24 hours Wednesday/Saturday. I'm going to assume this means Wednesday through Saturday (really Sunday evening) and they don't understand what a slash means. Ordered food on the mobile app for inside pickup. BAD IDEA! The doors were all locked even though there were people inside, so I got in the drive thru line (3 spots back of where I could have been). Finally the car in front of me gets to the order spot and waited 10 minutes for someone to take their order before giving up and leaving. I pull forward and wait for another 10 minutes to get to talk to someone (due to the shift change). I give them my name and order number and. . . they claim they never received the order. We stopped at the Olympia McDonald's drive-thru for a quick dinner. We get all the way home and as usual, they screwed up the order. I drove back up there, holding in my frustration. By the time I got there I was just resigned to get the food and go home and call it a day. However, when I get there the doors were locked. I tried calling seven times to speak to somebody. The first person hung up on me. Because he said I was yelling at him. I tried to correct that, I even said "you're right, I don't need to yell", but like I said he hung up. The second person was very friendly and told me to come around to the window. So I had to sit in the drive-through for an additional 10 minutes to get my chicken nuggets. I finally get to the window and this gentleman, who it turns out was a manager, tells me he doesn't mind giving me the nuggets. (The nuggets I ALREADY PAID FOR and didn't receive the first time), but I should watch my tone. After his employees screwed up my order, made me drive back, wasting gas, then hung up on me, made me wait in the drive thru AGAIN, and then I get to go home to a cold Big Mac, I'm supposed to smile and say thank you! The service at this location is awful. It is unbelievably slow, and by the time your order is ready--that is if you received the correct order--the meal is cold. The workers here hardly ever show quick and polite service. As far as the food goes, it just doesn't taste right. I know that this is a Mcdonald's and not a five star restaurant, but the meal that you consume should at least taste like food. The hamburgers are flat, the chicken nuggets are rubbery, and the french fries have a soft texture to them. This is probably the worst slowest McDonald's I've ever encountered in all the the states I've been to. Last night they couldn't even make anything on the menu except cheeseburgers cause they were short staffed.
