Pulled into this Wendy's just tryin' to live a simple life: Frosty in one hand, baked potato in the other. Even paid extra on the app, like a man who believes in honesty and order. Well sir, there was neither. No Frosty. No potato. Just disappointment and a receipt. They swap it out with loaded fries and Cinnabon bites without so much as a God bless. Fries were alright, but them Cinnabon bites were drier than a hayfield in August. Took one bite and nearly passed away in the driver's seat. The burgers were so bland they tasted like air. I sat in my truck starin' at the steering wheel, scared to go home to my wife without a Frosty. That's the kind of mistake that gets remembered. outta 5. I'm so baffled & surprised on why the health department wants to detain their visit here at this specific "Wendy's" restaurant... I've been coming here for years with my family & each & every-time that we visit it just seems to get worse as the years go on. The food is always cold, burgers are always pretty much raw & undercooked. The chicken nuggets & chicken patties that go on their "chicken sandwiches" always taste & feel super cold as if they're stored in a refrigerator all day & not fried or cooked before ordering. Not to mention the incredibly ghetto McKeesport staff working the kitchen can't seem to make a frosty right, or have actually decent customer service skills let alone know how to greet a customer like me. As the list can go on, I hope they shut this place down sooner or later. Hopefully their ghetto staff will all retreat to working at McDonald's or the KFC that's getting renovated down the road, seems like that's more their speed anyways. read more

went thru the drive thru. I had to remind the server to give me my $10 in change. I got home and discovered no deserts we ordered, no utensils or napkins and no pecans for the salas. when I called it was told we don't have utensils and napkins! here's a suggestion; Costco, Sam's club and GFS all have napkins for restaurant. I would give 0/5 stars if possible. There was a whole human hair in the middle of my burger. Everything we received was cold/lukewarm. My wife brought me home a double Baconator for lunch. After biting into it I looked down at the sandwich and seen it was still RAW, both patties!. Bad enough you have to pay 8 to 9 dollars for a burger you use to get for $4.00 but to throw it away because of poor quality, it's just a waste and a sign of poor quality. Everyone said I should of taken it back, 1- when ordering food thru the drive thru, you have little control on the quality of what you are getting. Most people take for granted that everything is the way it should be. 2. to take time out from my business to return a sandwich that should have been done proper is a bigger waste of money, Stop what I'm working on, drive to the restaurant, talk to the manager and try to straighten things out. I would of had more money and time into fixing something that should have been done right in the 1st place. Glad Arby's, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen are right in the same Block. Was there this afternoon with my two children. Ordered 3 meals, a 10 pc nugget and 3 choc frostys. We go get our drinks, I come back to the counter and 2 bags and frostys are sitting there. I waited until someone finally acknowledged me and asked if it was ours and ready. She said yes, and we took our food and left. I get home and one of the sandwiches are missing. Not a huge deal, just wanted to call and maybe get our money back since a meal is now $10! I called over a dozen times and no one answers! This is what made me angry. Ordered through the app, to pick up in drive thru. Got to the drive thru speaker and was told to pull up to the window. After waiting an inordinate amount of time, I got to the window and was told I could not get a chili cheese baked potato. It was 11 a.m. So they didn't bother to make any baked potatoes for lunch? I agreed begrudgingly to fries instead. They handed me a drink that was very wet on the outside. Then they handed me a bag with my sandwich and told me to wait for the rest. I waited. Then was told to pull up to the door. Did so, avoiding the signage lying on the ground. Window girl handed me a bag, making me hang halfway out my car window to grab at it because, idk, she was afraid she'd float away if she lost contact with the store's door handle??? I looked inside while she ran back into the store (never an apology or even a thanks). There were my fries and another the sandwich. Got home, less than 2 mi away. My ordered sandwich was cold and had no bacon. The chili cheese fries were cold. Remember: this was 11 a.m. So why was the just made chili cold? And it wasn't because I drove 2 miles, because the sandwich i did not order was nice and hot. It wasn't like it was a freebie to make up for an inconvenience, either. It was a double cheeseburger without any toppings/condiments. Just two patties welded together to the bun with some cheese. Obviously it was someone else's special order. So they also screwed over someone else by giving me that person's burger. I nuked the chili cheese fries, but still got diarrhea from the undercooked chili. The fries were also exceedingly salty. I did not get a receipt. No email address on website, just a form that limits you to 500 characters. This was a more than 500 character DISASTER! The store has a terrible lack of cleanliness in the dining room and there is a noticeable lack of sanitary practice by employees who are loud, vulgar, and careless as seen in their serving orders however they please. I managed a Wendy's in another city and, as a result, know that the standards of the company are not being met - let alone upheld - at this location. I went two days ago and got two medium chocolate Frostys; two value sandwiches; a "large" fry; a small chili; and a "plain" double cheeseburger. Knowing this place as I do, I should've thoroughly checked the bag and the food in the lot after the D/T window but I was tired so I simply felt in the bag to be sure all was there & drove home. Immediately noticed in the car that the frozen desserts weren't very... frozen. Fry carton was half empty and the texture was off when I tried one. I did notice in the car that the fry carton wasn't totally full but I just assumed they were at the bottom of the bag, you know? That happens. Anyway, the food was lukewarm at best when I felt in bag, and that "plain" burger? When I got home my spouse opened it and it had everything on it. There also weren't any crackers, napkins, nor spoons in the bag. Attached a photo of the fries. I ate ONE in the car before taking said photo when I got home. THIS WENDYS SUCKS!!!! I sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes! The employee taking my money asked how I was. I replied "I would be better if I hadn't had to wait 45 minutes." Went through the drive through with a large order. Decided to add a large drink at the window and you would have thought that it was such an inconvenience. The manager was taking orders, the lady taking payment couldn't add it without him. He was bad talking me in front of three other coworkers and in front of the window, just because he "asked if that completed my order and I has said yes". RUDE! I had ordered two singles with cheese, only to get home to not have them, and have three of the taco salads in which I only ordered two. I called and he said I didn't order them. I told him I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't check. He told me he had the receipt and read back the order and it did not have the singles on it. He totally took the order wrong. Have no plans of returning. Go to McDonalds instead... at least they have the screen you can visualize and actually see that you ordered it to compare with your order and receipt. read more

since the new "revamp" of this resturant, i am less than impressed. yes, the new drink station is impressive, but the rest of the expirience was less than superior. it is no longer a family friendly setup but more of a coffee shop with small tables, a tv, and even a fireplace. i did not like giving my name at the register to have my order called out when ready and i did not like the setup of the registers. the patrons at the first register were done their order first but could not get past to get their food until i was done. the women's bathroom setup was terrible. they did finally put a baby changing station in, but when it's in use, the handicap stall is not useable! there are no trash bins in the stalls and no place to hang your purse. overall i was not inpressed in the slightest bit and will most likely be finding a new wendy's in the area to go to from now on. read more
