When i also entered after my astonishing interaction at the drive thru, the same guy who took my order Mikaeel Adamczyk he welcomed me in and me and my friend noticed how helpful and hard working he is double wiping the tables. Everything I order is always accurate and the line is always moving a long well. I tend to order on the app, better deals, and they never have any problem. That's with all of my customizations. I arrived at Taco Bell around 11:58pm to pick up a DoorDash order which I was delivering. As a delivery driver I needed to use the restroom and went there first. Someone opened the door while I was in there and yelled "oh we're closed". Then I proceeded out to the lobby to get the order and it wasn't ready. A woman behind the counter who I assume is the manager said "I need you to get out of my lobby". No hello or how are you just get out. I said I am picking up a DoorDash order she said she had no orders for the person whose order I had to pick up. Makes no sense. So I left. I would really consider hiring better people and manager to work at this location. This is not the first time someone was rude to me here. read more

Waited 30 minutes for this. Should be all you need to know. Also the soft shell tacos were so dry they broke. By far one of the worst places in the area. I'm not sure if managers actually show up seeing as though the employees seem to just tell you they're closed at random times through out the day. It's like they hire all of the people the surrounding food joints didn't seeing as literally every place around them is a better option. Especially if you want your order to be made properly and at least relatively fresh. This was the last bit of time and money I will ever spend there again. It used to be one of the better ones until what seemed like over night they went from fast and on point to slow and absolute trash. Worst fast food experience I have ever had. I was owed 12 tacos from the previous night because the employees forgot one of my bags in the order. I Spoke with the manager that night and was told I could say his name and that It was marked down in the books for a credit. When I went to redeem my credit the employees looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. After 20 minutes of sitting in the drive through watching the employees look clueless to how a credit worked I was told by the manager angrily that I need to "get in here cause I don't know what's going on and we need to figure this out". I asked if I could just stay in the drive through because I had an appointment and was screamed at with profanity. I left because $15 with of tacos I was owed was not worth the hassle or time. I went there today and they don't follow directions. They messed up my whole order and when I called the girl like we I don't know what to do about it. I told her if they wasn't so busy talking they would of got my order right she's like we training the girl you ain't training her that good because you would of had a headset on too to get my order right. Not the smartest bunch of people working here. Check your bag before you head home because I can almost guarantee they forgot something. Always claim they run out of products so they don't have to make them because they're lazy. Most of them don't wear gloves when handling food or touch everything with the gloves on, which defeats the purpose of said gloves. I only come here because it's convenient when I need my beefy nacho burrito fix. read more
