Went back to dine in for lunch and it was just as good as I remember. Cold marga, hot fajitas, and great service.

I really like this place. The food is really good. Seems no matter how busy we are always almost seated immediately and service is fast, friendly, and they check in with you to make sure all is well. The restaurant itself is interesting inside. My only issue is it's noisy in there. Probably because of the tin ceiling and concrete floors.

I normally would do a five star but I'm giving four star just because me and my husband don't get out much, and this was date night for us but we truly felt rushed. Overall my experience yesterday and previous has been really good. The food here is beyond amazing, the alcohol beverages are top tier, the service is friendly and kind and they are quick with everything. You won't have to wait long. We will definitely be back.

We've eaten here a few times, they are consistent. Meals were tasty, service on point and the facility was clean and decorated nicely.

Ate here twice. Great experiences both times. Table side Guac & Ceviche are amazing. Great people, great food, great service would highly recommend.

jumbo margaritas, philly steak burrito w/ side of mexican rice. Burritos w/ beans & mexican rice.

all delicious...we had the philly steak burrito, mexican rice, xango (fried cheesecake). Burritos w/ beans & mexican rice. Margaritas. Proportions are good as well as the service. Nice atmosphere & decor.

Can I just say the interior design is on point?! Their Chihuly like glass lights are so cool! They also have different stained glass decor pieces all around the restaurant. Their service was prompt and friendly. The table next to us was celebrating a birthday, and all the servers came and sang them a song with a sparkler. The food was also really good. They have great complementary chips and salsa. My chicken chimichanga was crispy and tasty. Their fried icecream was pretty big, but wasn't quite what I expected. The fried batter was corn flakes and the exterior was not hot. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back for more!

Ambiance: I enjoy the decor - not at all the type of Mexican food place where you think mom + pop. The seating was comfortable, General ambiance was good. Our server was great + attentive. Food: We ordered empanadas to split. - they were incredible! Probably my favorite out of what we ordered. We opted for 2 chicken + 2 beef. + if given the option to get again would probably order all chicken next time. I order the carne asada tacos- they were a bit dry but overall still good. They came with a side of rice + beans, enjoyable + a great compliment to the tacos. My dad ordered the tacos Rivera + enjoyed them- noted that they he probably would have preferred them sans the fries. Would recommend if you're local or from out of town!

Food was so yum, some of the best mexican food i've had in so long. The place is beautiful inside and my server was nice.

I'm wholeheartedly impressed with this restaurant. Upon entry I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was for the location, this is a restaurant you'd expect to walk into vacationing somewhere, not in White Oak. The staff and servers were friendly and very attentive to our needs. They closed the curtain/blinds for us as we were seated without even needing to ask. They brought out fresh chips and salsa while we decided on what to order. The food came out perfect and was presented exceptional. After trying multiple other area restaurants and chains, this is now our go to location for Mexican food!! Highly recommend!

Really great Mexican! First impressions, the place is huge and the guacamole is amazing! Chips and salsa are good although they bring the chips in a very small bowl. I think we had 3-4 refills. Service was very good. My husband's complicated order came out exactly as he requested and he really enjoyed it. I ordered the fried rice with chicken and mixed veggies. Absolutely delicious! We will be returning for sure!

Pretty big Mexican restaurant in White Oak, PA. The have tons of options! We happen to stop by there on Thursday. They have drink specials everyday. We opted to sit at the bar. We both got a house margarita fish bowl on the rocks. They were strong!! We got elote and it was good. Kind of pricey for one piece of corn broken into 3 pieces. We also got a combo to share. There wasn't much filling or seasoning in it and I was expecting it to be bigger. The service was good.

Prices are way to high for Mexican food. The quality is ok. There are better Mexican restaurants in Pittsburgh with way better prices.

Really good menu. The only thing that I would change is that their margarita mix is orange flavored. I'm a fan of traditional lime.

Madero Cantina Norwin also had mostly decent reviews, so I gave it a try. I sat at the very nice bar. The atmosphere is modern, not trying to look like Tijuana, with clear background music that isn't so loud that I couldn't hear people across the bar talking. What I'm going to say might sound contradictory. My earlier meal was closer to the Mexican food I was used to in Southern California. But not exceptional. As a vegetarian, I usually start with cheese enchiladas as a way to judge a Mexican restaurant. The service was excellent, and they are definitely vegetarian friendly. Unlike "genuine" Mexican food, their refried beans are vegetarian, without the traditional lard. Their Spanish rice isn't vegetarian friendly (chicken stock used) but they have a vegetarian alternative rice. When they cook for a vegetarian, they use a different grill, so your food isn't cooked in meat grease. I know this because Jake, who served me, covered it all as soon as I mentioned that I was vegetarian. When the food arrived it looked great, and it tasted great as well. If you're looking for genuine Mexican with lard in the beans, this might not be the best local option. But I really enjoyed my meal here, and recommend it highly!

It is bright, cheerful and very clean. The menu has the typical Mexican restaurant options like tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas and burritos and the also have a kids menu. I love their chorizo con huevo because not a lot of places have that kind of dish on their menu. It is chorizo (theirs has a great deal of flavor and isn't greasy like chorizo sometimes can be), onions, peppers and eggs. They serve it with tortillas and rice. Lots of food and packed with flavor. I have also tasted the enciladas and my husband loved the cowboy burrito. For drinks, especially during the summer they have awesome daily specials. I've tried the watermelon water and the cucumber lime. So very refreshing! Service is friendly and attentive and they are great about answering any questions that you might have about menu items. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner here and then heading next door to the creamery for delicious ice cream.

Im actually from where the original is located in VA beach so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that there was one located here. I usually get the Pina Loca and share it with my boyfriend. The service is always quick and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant itself has PLENTY of seating and a huge parking lot for everyone to park. It's always a constant and stable good time whenever I go here. Quick to sit and the waiters are always friendly. Plus it helps it has cute decor on the inside too!

Their ground beef now has more carrots & potatoes than beef (tho these ingredients are NOT listed on the menu). The seafood mix used in the chimichangas, enchiladas, etc. now has more celery than seafood. Sometimes when you order something without onions they say okay, then bring it with onions. And you find out that you can't get that item without Indians anymore (even tho you've had it without onions before), but they didn't tell you. I'm not allergic to onions, so it hasn't even dangerous, but I know people who are allergic to them. It's dangerous. The taco salad has almost no lettuce tonight, but that seemed like a tonight issue, not a general menu change. Tonight, I ordered the al pastor nachos without beans & pico with jalapeños on the side. I was asked if I wanted the sour cream. I said it doesn't have that. He said it did. The guacamole was on the menu. Sour cream was not. I got it on the side so I could give that to my fiancé with the jalapeños. But what if he hasn't asked? It's not on the menu, so I couldn't have known. When I got my nachos, there were a TON of onions. There were no onions listed on the menu. I'm not allergic, but I didn't want them and they were very annoying to pick out. They were everywhere and covered with cheese. Allergies can send people to the hospital. I wouldn't feel safe going there with anyone who has any food allergies. I can't trust them to put the ingredients on the menu. It's close to Costco, which is why we keep giving it more tries, but we're continually disappointed by a restaurant we used to like. There's no great Mexican food here for someone who lived in SoCal for a long time, but the used to be passable. Now, I'd recommend you avoid it. Our waiter actually told me there weren't carrots in the empanadas, but there was a language barrier. The other waiter came and explained they were in the mix. I like carrots, but not cooked carrots. And don't want meat that is mostly potatoes & carrots. They said the chicken doesn't, but 100% of the time I've tried the chicken, it's been way overcooked. The layout and decor hasn't changed and service is typically still fast (tho not tonight) & friendly. Definitely staying away for a while.
