Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday around noon. It wasn't very busy at all. We were seated instantly and service was fast and friendly. The chips with salsa were nice and crunchy. I ordered the arroz con pollo with veggies. My husband got the durango burrito. Everything came out hot and fresh. The chicken was so tender and juicy! The flavors were excellent. We love the giant margs, they're worth every penny (try raspberry!!) We got the Queso Fundido - omg soooo good!! I could eat a literal vat of it. For my entree I went with the pollo adobe. The sauce was kind of bland and i didn't realize the beans would be refried (ew) but the chicken was tender and I enjoyed all the vegetables. I've been here before but my girlfriend hadn't so I wanted to share a great Mexican restaurant. The service was prompt. The tortilla chips and salsa were great - not too salty on the chips and not too much heat in the salsa but just enough. I had the Enchilada del Mole. The chicken was moist and the mole flavorful. The cotija cheese, lettuce and pico that was to add to the bites of enchiladas was great on its own. The rice and beans were also good. I don't get the Bridgeville as much anymore but the restaurant will still be one of my favorite places to eat there. read more

Fantastic Mexican Food and SO QUICK!! El Paso in Bridgeville is one of my staples for Mexican food. I always get the Arroz con Pollo y Vegetables and it never disappoints! The service is incredible. The staff is constantly checking in to see if we need anything, and our food came out in like 10 minutes. Good, basic Mexican food. I'm a sucker for super fresh ingredients and flavor. Unfortunately, every time I have El Paso (any location) it's just not very authentic or fresh. Tonight, I had the shrimp tacos and although they were generous with the shrimp, there wasn't much flavor. The rice and beans were very similar to any other chain restaurant, and the spicy salsa was pretty bad (which is always my thumbs up or down) the portions here are large, and the menu is ginormous. Went for dinner last week on a whim bc I was shopping in the area, it was hot and I didn't want to cook when I got home. The inside was pretty standard Mexican decor with the usual booths and tables setup. Service was ok. It wasn't very busy. I got a frozen Margarita which was decent and the enchiladas verdes. Food was delicious with huge portions. I got the chicken fajitas, and it was enough for 3 meals. My friend got the Fiesta plate and had lunch for the next day, though a quest-covered burrito admittedly doesn't reheat well. The choriqueso was divine! I'm glad he gave us a refill on chips because I prefer to eat it with those instead of the soft tortillas that came with it. Waiter was on top of most everything, though the food came to us directly from the kitchen staff. Both bathrooms need some heavy attention. There was a sign on the vacant back patio that it was shut down by code enforcement, which is a bit concerning and unfortunate, especially in the warm summer months to not be able to enjoy a cool margarita on the deck. When the order arrived, the portions were well worth the price and a bag of chips and salsa were included. The bowl is hot to touch and felt like it was eating the mexican version of the Korean dish Bi Bim Bap. Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp cooked to perfection. Both dishes were very large and filled us both up. I didn't really love it because there was not much crab and you could tell it was imitation and not very good. Above each table/booth there is a mural, that I found out, portrays Dia dl los Muertos, the holiday in which families remember there deceased relatives...OK. I noticed one large TV screen with the sound on mute, was told they play Mexican soccer games. They do have margaritas, beer and I think Sangria. The place was very crowded. Service was good. My boyfriend was at Rumfish Grille for happy hour on Friday night and was planning on picking us up dinner. I knew this place was right next door so I suggested stopping there. The menu was hard to find online (maybe a lot of people don't order take out from here?) I don't even know if I ordered from the right menu to be honest! I ended up just ordering soft tacos- they come with 3 so I got 2 chicken and 1 beef. Chris wanted the "Cielo Mar y Tierra" it was some kind of mixed skillet. I also ordered us chips and guacamole. My tacos arrived really soggy and Chris's meal wasn't even what I ordered! The guacamole also wasn't very good and didn't seem homemade- how can ya even mess up guac?! Last, when I called to order, all of the workers were extremely rude. I talked to about 3 different people on the phone when I called which was also kind of weird. I can think of about 15 other Mexican places I would go before coming back to El Paso. read more

My bf and I had El Paso take out for dinner tonight for the first time and it was so good and so worth every penny! My bf noticed they had chicken tortilla soup and that's my absolute favorite soup but I'm weird about ordering from a new place bc some people put beans in it and I don't like that. So he ordered a bowl for him and when it came and we saw there was no beans, I tried it and immediately kicked myself for not ordering my own bowl. Best. Tortilla. Soup. Ever!!! I ordered the chicken burritos with melted cheese sauce on top and it came with a side of rice (absolutely amazing), lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream! My bf ordered 2 enchiladas and a burrito and he loved it. We celebrated our 5th year anniversary and we couldn't have been happier with our dinner choice!
