The new Chicken Ranch Jalapeño (or something like that) are good! Guy who took my order didn't say "my pleasure" :( I told my girl that it's something Chick-fil-A employees do and because of this I looked like a fool :( read more

This location offers mobile thru, drive thru, carry out, and of course dine in. This is also a rare gem with its kiddie play area! We were racing the clock for breakfast so we placed a mobile order for carry out. The staff was so polite and helpful when we arrived. The interior was super clean and well organized. Our food was ready quickly and it was so fresh and tasty. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis - Fast Food Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I have ordered mutiple big orders from here and they mess it up EVERY FUCKING TIME. God forbid I want a sandwich and they leave it out and give me some randoms wrap that's not good. I've lost a lot of money when they refuse to pick up when I ask for a refund. My next step is coming in the store and letting them know they messed up. I'm done letting slide. You don't know what you started. read more

I'm so irritated they really forgot my 2 fudge brownies. Yes, I really am mad about them forgetting my 2 brownies.

I was just getting food with friends and it took 45 minutes to get our food. They lost our order and had to retake it! Food was good though.

Love this location! Everytime I see their employee, Phil, he makes my day the food is also great so no complaints read more

Lovely! I ordered a catered lunch from this south hills location and I can't recommend it enough. I believe the catering manager's name was Maeve, and she was beyond kind and helpful. She called me the day I placed my order confirming the items & my requests. She even carried the bags out to my car on day of pick up. The staff members at this location are all super friendly, quick and helpful. It was great to know I could rely on them to be ready with the catered lunch on time & no mistakes. 10/10! Thanks so much!! read more

Overall, always love this location. The drive through has been historically terribly long and slow, but the recent updates make me optimistic that the issue will be solved. Friendly staff, very good food. read more

Chick-Fil-A never disappoints. I love their chicken sandwich, although I get it without sauce to cut back on calories. The pickles make it so good. The bun is always perfect. I normally go through drive through which does takes a long time. It's always busy, so you know they are doing something correct. I must say I've never been inside the restaurant, so I can't speak to what it's like inside, or the ambiance. But, I've always been treated with respect by the drive through employees. read more

Update: we haven't had any issues with missing items lately. Food is pretty fast and the new dual order lines make the parking lot way nicer for Trader Joe's! read more

One of my favorite locations as it relates to this chain. Drive thru is always busy but the staff Is friendly, quick and accurate! The My Pleasure at the end is why I come back - feel respected! Wish they could figure out a way to shorten that drive they lane though. ;) I got a chicken sandwich with extra pickles / fries / Diet Coke and a cookie for dessert! Use the app to order and pay which is so convenient--- plus you get treats from time to time ;) read more

I'm giving my 5 star review to Phil, the hospitality manager i believe he said he was. Food is good and the building is clean but Phil made my day when i went through the drive thru. Give that man a raise because whatever he's paid it's not enough. Need more people like him in the world. Bless up, Phil! read more

They are consistent end organized, like most Chick-fil-As, which I really appreciate. Staff is always getting things moving. The takeout is a little slower when ordering through the app but it's worth it so you don't have to wait in the drive through line. I always order ahead and then tell the app I'm there, even before I am because they take a bit to prepare and get it out to you! You can't give a chain restaurant a 5-star rating, but I would say it's a good CFA for sure! read more

Finally opened. Nice new and set up for multiple drive in lanes. Staff was so friendly. My sandwich and fries came out shortly after ordering. A nice addition to the neighborhood. read more

Yet another great Chick-Fil-A! The employees were super nice and very enthusiastic! The food tasted great like always and the sunshine theme made me feel like it was summer! The restaurant was very clean and all the tables were wiped down constantly. Definitely coming back when in the area! read more

We ordered chicken nugget meals at this location this past week. The nuggets were dark...overcooked, very dry and exceptionally small.... some were no more than a half inch square. I feel we were totally ripped-off for 25.00. We patronize the Ohio Valley Mall location, St. Clairsville, OH regularly and the Highlands location. Triadelphia, WV where the chicken portions are about 3 times bigger and cooked properly! This seems to be a constant issue with the South Hills location. We won't eat here again. The staff was courteous and prompt. read more

Phil was super helpful and kind he was helping everyone he is just works so hard and we did not need to wait for the food it came almost immediately. read more

Fast service even when super busy. They seem to do a good job at moving people through the line and are very efficient! I love to use the app to order curbside pick up! My son LOVES the waffle fries and Mac and cheese and I do too! I also enjoy the sweet tea. It's average in price for fast food and has some healthier options compared to some other fast food chains. I do not at all recommend the Kale side salad though. It's incredibly small and was soaked in dressing. Not good. read more

This place is crazy busy but the food was hot and fresh service was polite and knowledgeable, place could use a cleaning but not terribly dirty. I would recommend this place if you're not in a hurry! read more

I feel a little better reading that it seems this Chick Fil A is just not up to the usual par of their usual service. Went through the drive thru yesterday and the young man who took our order was very polite and repeated our order back to us. We quickly realized after we pulled away part of our order was wrong so I went inside. I wait for several moments and a different young man, helps me. He quickly goes over to who I'm guessing was a manager relays to him, and then walks away. I proceed to wait for several more minutes and a young lady comes over to ask what's up and I relay the same and also let her know we accidentally got a wrong item, which I had in my hand. She then gives a look of disgust and says well we can't take that back. Umm ok, I realize that but I want to be honest and not take something that isn't mine. She brings over my items, but acted like it was my fault that the order was messed up. Moving from the south, I think maybe I'm just used to a better CFA experience, but the level of rude from the young lady was not my usual experience at any CFA. read more

Went here for dinner to support school fundraiser. Will NOT go again. I've tried a few times and find them to be overpriced with too small portions. Tonight we had to take our order to go since dine in is not open. When we were ordering the server accidentally deleted our order and had to reenter. Guess he did not remember our order ... When we were handed the order we noticed the drinks were wrong. The server got us our correct soda. When we got home we found that we were missing a sandwich. And the salad I thought I ordered was not on the receipt - I did get my salad dressing though. We called to report the missing sandwich but there is no answer. No surprise as we heard the phone ringing nonstop while we waited for our order. read more

I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-a as we all know, they have THE BEST customer service, but this location is the bees knees. Don't be scared off if you see an extra long drive through line. It goes so quick! You'll be in and out in no time. You can also order ahead on the app and pull into one of the curb size pickup spots. Give them a few minutes, and your hot meal will be delivered right to your window with a smoky. If you go to this locations Instagram page, they do a "win it Wednesday" where they give something away every Wednesday & all you have to do is comment for a chance to win. Recently, I won a chicken parm meal kit. It was right before Thanksgiving & my fridge was jam packed with food, but the manager, Cierra, was very accommodating & let me pick it up after the holiday. If you haven't picked up a meal kit yet, I highly recommend it! Server 2 for around $15 or 4 for $25 I believe. Easy to make, decent portion size, not high in calories & delicious! Inside is always clean, employees are exceptionally pleasant, and your order is always fresh. Another plus, they are never stingy on the sauces! chick-fil-a gives other fast food restaurants a bad name! read more

Stopped by for dinner on a Wednesday night. The place was very busy. How busy? Cars around the building and a long line inside. We ordered through their app. It did take a little longer than expected. Considering how many people they were serving it was understandable. We received all the things we ordered and all the extras that come separate. The place was clean. An attendant was cleaning tables as people left. read more

Amazing. Never a bad experience. It is always popping off at this location. Friendly staff. When Susan brought my food over to me she offered to bring over some napkins and a water cup for me. It felt like I was getting full restaurant service. As I ate Nancy was cleaning tables and offering to take peoples empty trays for them. A great sight to see. I was here a little before 4pm and ever employee that came in was welcomed in by a manager. Shows that it is a healthy environment to work in. The food is always amazing. Grabbed lunch today at chick fil and it was good as always. This location is always busy so we typically opt for curbside or carry out. From placing our order to getting it only took about 10 mins, which isn't bad considering the amount of people that were there. Our order was correct and everything was hot by the time we got it home. We will be back when we need a quick meal in the area. read more

People are so friendly and helpful. I look forward to going there. And I like the chicken wraps.

As much as I love Chic fil a, this place is below standards. Although it's embarrassing to admit, I'm a frequent customer to the business and sad to say, this time just didn't go well. I ordered my food for pick up and waited around 8 minutes (after the app stating it's ready) with zero people talking to me. No customer service. That's what they do so well!! The guy came with my order as I stood next to the stand and placed my food on the stand. I asked umm, is this for Matt??? As he just continued to place it on the stand. Like, come on!!!! I got my order and it was even correct. I get you're busy, but at least get my order right with a smile. read more

I LOVE anything chicken!! I've been a big fan of Chick-Fil-A since i was in high school. I LOVE their waffle fries with Polynesian sauce. This location has a speedy drive-thru with also a play area for little kids. Great place to take the family. Plus there's a Trader Joe's right next door, so moms can make a quick market stop. They offer grilled chicken options for those looking to keep lunch on the ''light'' side. I'm not from the south, but my guilty pleasure here is the SWEET TEA!! read more

Chick-fil-A - Condiment station - Fast Food Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Make sure you go through the drive through "the right way". I was refused service at the drive through after accidentally pulling in the parking lot then going to the drive through. I got to the window and they said they wouldn't serve me and if I had a problem to see Tom inside because I "didn't drive around the building the right way." Is this a real policy to refuse paying customer's money? Before they try to say I cut someone off or something else, there was no one behind me. There were two cars in front of me and none behind me when I got to the speaker. I left and went to another nearby business and won't return here. Even with their prior bad press, paying customers clearly mean nothing and they don't need our money that badly. Fine by me. :). read more

This place is the worst ever!! I hope when they reopen they change ownership and management! I was treated so bad by multiple members of management and watched and listened as they yelled at employees! Door dash folks were treated badly as well!! Please change management and ownership as these people do not deserve to be in these positions!! I will never go back there! read more

Mobile ordering: super bad. Order online and pick up, right? No. When picking up a paid mobile order, through drive through, you must wait in the exact same long line as all others that have not ordered online. Zero time saved. Zero convenience. Zero ability to avoid the line by ordering in advance. Please remove "drive thru" from the pick up options and only offer curbside. Your drive thru option for mobile orders is a disaster. read more

The staff is super friendly and tentative. I see a lot of complaints about online ordering, perhaps that is a software developer issue more than a fault of the staff. I personally don't see why this location is always so crowded, let's be honest, it's greasy fried chicken. I'm telling you all right now, someone needs to give this place competition. For example, a Canes chicken restaurant across the street would do phenomenal. read more

Worst chick-fil-a experience I have ever had. It's took about 5 minutes, and 3 workers running around looking for the manager to determine if they could put milk in the coffee instead of creamer. That was after we had to describe that there is a difference between the 2, and seemingly what milk was, to everyone. The manager came out just handed us 2 creamers. We ended up just buying a kids milk. On top of that frustrating event, the food was brought out to us missing items.... I have always had a great experience at chic filet restaurants until I visited this location. This place would benefit greatly from electronic kiosks. A layer of separation between the customers and the people that work there would have made the whole experience better. read more

This place is a ZOO... but is run like a finely oiled machine. Does the business here ever slow down? But I still walked in and within about 4 minutes- my order was taken & paid for by one of the managers that were 'lending a hand' and taking orders. Manager Rick took my order and right next to him was Manager Dennis who was just as friendly. Keep kicking ass guys and the 5's will keep coming in. By the way- it was about 80 degrees out so I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with the Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing and it was the BOMB...! So cool, refreshing and PERFECT on my wrap. Thanks for the suggestion Mgr Rick. read more

I am a frequent evening customer at this chick fil a south hills location. They have BEEN a well oiled machine with the most helpful, pleasant, and efficient staff. From the beginning of the drive through line all the way to the end with the smiling sauce cart lady with her "my pleasure" ending. I was there last night to only find chaos!! They have a table placed at the drive threw window with 2 staff members doing nothing but slowing down the drive threw process and no sauce cart!! What the heck! I was extremely disappointed with all of this and can't even fathom how this change is for the better of the business!! I hope that the owner opens his eyes to this chaotic change! read more

I have been going to Chik-fil-A for at least 25 delicious years. If it wasn't for the awesome food and the ideal location here, I would steer clear of this place. The customer service is nowhere to be found. There is no sense of urgency and no one knows where to stand in line. It is a total free-for-all as far as the counters go. I have had to fight my way back up to the counter to grab my food after waiting (and waiting and waiting). In general, Chik-fil-A is run with quality food and that "my pleasure" attitude. You won't find that good attitude at this location. What stinks is that I love the food too much to stop coming here. Don't even get me started on their milkshakes.....drool. You got me, Chik-fil-A. Your delicious fried and grilled chicken have won again. read more

Four words-chicken nuggets & waffle fries. Yum!!! Chick Fil A has THE best chicken nuggets. They are REAL pieces of chicken. They aren't minced chicken formed into "nuggets". They have lots of dipping sauces to choose from-Buffalo, Ranch, and BBQ to name a few. The Chick Fil A sauce is my favorite. And no one else has waffle fries! Of course a milkshake makes it a great trio! I also like their chicken wraps and chicken soup. The customer service is outstanding and the restaurant is always clean. It's very kid friendly and there is a play place for them. They even have someone who comes around asking if you need refills and taking your trash. No other fast food place I know of does that. read more
