When they came out I was unsure about them because any other time I've ever ordered a loaded type nacho they're, how do I explain it, more colorful I guess. Usually its like bacon and American cheese, guac, pico, etc., but these were just shades of white and green. I wish I could've finished them but the portion was quite a bit for 1 person. My only gripe would be the chicken. It reminded me of the meat you get in a launchable. I think I would rather prefer a crispy diced chicken. But that's just me. The other 2 didn't have any complaints about the Rival Stix or the burger. The Chicken Tenders were said to not have much flavor in the breading. The person who ordered them didn't care for the breading. I was also tempted into some sort of creme brulee donut I think. The drinks were also very good! The sound wasn't the best for the Super Bowl/commercials. The individual I worked with, Terri, was initially responsive and accommodating and made me feel at ease about booking this business. I put down a deposit in early November. Later in November I reached out for some more information to aid in the planning of my wedding reception. However, I never heard back. I was not unduly concerned because this is a barbeque business and I thought this might be their "off-season". I assumed they would get back to me when they were able. I did not hear back from Two Bothers Barbeque, even when springtime rolled around, so I called them a couple of times. I did not hear back. At this point, I got concerned because our wedding was in only three months. I was eager to speak to them to have some questions answered. My fiancé suggested we drive to the business, so we could connect with them. When we drove to the business, we were rather dismayed to see many signs stating "Business for Sale." There was a phone number on one of the "For Sale" signs, so I called it and said that I had seen their "For Sale" signs and was interested in talking about this. At this time, I did not tell them my name or state that I was a client. I got a return call pretty immediately. When I received the call-back, I explained that I had emailed and called the business without hearing back, and that I was concerned that the business was for sale, as we were counting on them catering our wedding. The gentleman on the phone (the owner, I believe) said they were retiring and were winding down the business, but that they planned to honor all scheduled events. He said he would have Terri call me. I was extremely relieved - but only for a short while. Terri called after several minutes. I explained the situation to her. I told her that I was concerned because I hadn't received a response to my email or phone calls and then saw that the business was for sale. She said that the catering part of the business was for sale, as well as their food trucks, but they would still honor their contracts for the summer. However, she then said she would just refund my money if I was uncomfortable. I was taken aback - I had said nothing about cancelling the contract and was really just nervous about the prospect of the business being sold. I received no kind of apology for the lack of communication. Terri said that she hadn't responded to my email in November because I sent it too close to Thanksgiving and that she never received my phone calls. At some point during this conversation, Terri became quite hostile, raising her voice and becoming accusatory. She blamed me for the lack of contact and did not take responsibility for failing to respond. The situation became truly unsettling; in fact, may I say, deeply shocking. Terri did say that she had some medical concerns, which I do sympathize with. However, I have had a number of medical issues, some of them quite serious, and I have never treated a client this way. Ultimately, I stated that she could cancel the booking and send the refund, which was what she appeared to want to do in the first place. It really seemed like she did not care too much about the business or leaving us in a precarious position of having no caterer for our wedding. I left the phone call truly bewildered and told my fiancé I was sorry and that I had lost the caterer for our wedding. He said, "You shouldn't be sorry. You did absolutely nothing wrong." (He had been listening to this conversation.) We went home and brainstormed new possibilities, and, luckily, found another local business that was more than willing to cater for us. They have been a dream to work with. I know this review probably does not matter because Two Brothers is retiring from catering, but it is important that people be careful when dealing with this company. If you have a current date booked with them, please considering making a back-up plan. I'm not sure this business cares to uphold its promises, nor does it take responsibility for its own actions. Please be prepared for the worst-case scenario.

We have been coming here for over a year. Dikta's was our favorite steak restaurant but they…read morechanged ownership and we looked for a new place. On our 34th wedding anniversary last year we decided to try Firebird's. We met waitress Tammy, she was amazing. She gives excellent service, so personable, and the food was amazing. We have visited again several times and the service and food has been excellent. This year we celebrated my husband's 79th birthday on Memorial Day with 15 members of our family and the service, food and drinks impressed my whole family. Once again amazing! One month later in June my husband and I were diagnosed with aggressive blood cancers. It was devastating and treatment had been brutal. But a few days late we decided to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. So tonight we took one of our son's, grandson's and we went to Firebird's for our first outing since starting cancer treatments. Of course we chose Firebird's. Happy accident we got Tammy as our waitress. So much fun to be out and having fun with family. The four of us had an amazing meal, so much fun and excellent service. Firebird's didn't disappoint!
