They are rude and they made my food wrong and had the audacity to be upset that I wanted the correct food.

After figuring out the website and placing my order, I am out of the delivery area, but if I have an address nearer they will deliver it to my car. I gave them an address that was across the street, and 45 minutes after it still hasn't arrived. At 7:21, the delivery driver called to confirm the address and I cancelled the order. Flavortown is a dud. When I called Flavortown, I got a recording and a promise of a call back. Too late. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Decided to placed my order Thursday at 11:30AM to scheduled my delivery order for 6:30PM that…read moreevening, from the Flavortown that was set up on the Waterfront in Homestead(PA). Chose to go all out and ordered a bit of everything, starting with the Jalapeno Pig Poppers and Bourbon Brown Sugar Wings. Followed that up with ordering the Real Cheezy Burger for myself and the Crazy Cuban Sandwich for my partner. We also added the Flavortown fries and concluded with ordering each one of the desserts. At checkout is where I found that there was a $4.99 delivery fee, then upon order completion was advised that it would be delivered by Postmates. As mentioned, my order was for 6:30PM, I received a text from Postmates at 4PM that my Delivery is on the way but that was not even close. My order did not arrive anywhere near 6:30PM. I had to call to verify if it was even coming at 7PM and was told that it should be delivered by 7:30, which it was closer to 8PM when it finally arrived. As expected with such a time gap between my scheduled delivery time and actual delivery time, my food arrived cold. I asked for no LTOP on the burger and it was included on top of my bun being soggy and burnt. The 4.99 fries were completely cold. The wings had a good flavor but would have been better warm. The Jalapeno Pig Poppers were good but again, would have been even better if they were not cold. The Cuban was nothing special but did come with a box full of matchstick fried potatoes, if those are your thing. The cheesecake was not that great but the Chocolate Whiskey Cake was better and very fresh. This was an expensive dinner, with food cost, delivery fee, tax, and tip, which I tipped via the app at 21% and $10 to the driver, cost total of $96. With the experience, I would not choose to order again. Although the concept is great, the outcome of the delivery and the food made it mediocre at best. If you are looking to try this on Friday or Saturday, proceed with caution as those wait times are going to be long.

It's a nice location on the main drag with a small parking lot. They specialize in wings, but have sandwiches as well. Even so, I've only had the wings at any of the locations I've been to before. We tried 13 Frankie Vallie bone-in wings and 13 Mister CS bone-in wings today. If you tend to only get wings at bars when they are on special, then you'll find their wings on the pricier side. The Frankie Vallie wings were coated with sauce like a black-lighted motel room and very tasty. The Mister CS were good, but were a little too dry and towards the end of the bakers dozen they became almost overwhelming salty. I'm hoping I don't develop a kidney stone! Regardless, I liked the Cajun spice called Black Magic and I look forward to trying it paired with a bbq sauce. Now that they are so close, it will be much easier to explore the extensive list of wing flavors.

And like nearly all of the chains and spots in Homestead (Chick Fil A, McDonalds, Panera, etc) - the experience is worse than the par you'd expect. An hour and a half. I watched the kitchen's food sit under a hot lamp for 20/30 minutes a dish. A different waitress jumped in to bring us our food. Food arrived cold. Not going back to this location. This location needs a personel audit. Experience was the kind as a patron where you feel "this job is not THAT hard." If you like Red Robin, skip this location.

The host was pleasant and wished Mom a happy birthday. Everything went downhill from there. The server seemed annoyed that I mentioned it was Mom's birthday. I wasn't expecting anything for free, but a little fuss over her would have been nice. It took forever to get our food. Food quality has definitely gone downhill - the kid's meal came with 6 fries and approximately 8 in the asked-for refill. The sauce on the pizza had changed and was unpleasant. Pineapple on a burger and chicken sandwich was razor-thin. We were not asked if we wanted dessert (given it was a birthday, I would have ordered cake). The server basically ignored us when it was time to pay, and the computer on the table didn't work. I finally received a second computer from the server. Could not get my reward code to work, and then was snippily told by the server that it was because we got one of the $9.99 specials that included a drink, and that is in the fine print, so no other rewards apply. Tried to print a receipt and got a blank piece of paper. Bottom line - disappointing - I do NOT recommend for a special event.

Fries are the kind that have some sort of breading and are nice and crispy. Today I got the BLT and I would definitely get it again! The side salad was kind of mediocre (I was trying to make a healthier choice and avoid the fries). Got a beer (not pictured). Usually the service is very good, but I'm going to be honest, it was pretty sad today. My girlfriend and I agreed it seemed like the bartender both hated his job, and was not good at it. We will still be back. Cool little Southside place with pinball machines and a relaxed bar atmosphere.

The food is good, as long as you go in with the right expectations. This isn't fine dining, but it's a nice take on vegetarian-accessible pub food, slightly elevated. The vegan tofu wrap was nicely done with crispy fried tofu, but it was heavily dependent on the availability of various sauces for flavor. The "disc brake bean cakes" were somewhat unique, but still good when fully assembled with all the relevant toppings. They would probably be better described as black bean crepes with Tex-Mex toppings. I highly recommend ordering several different sauces to go with your meal (buffalo, barbecue, diablo, etc.). We ordered takeout this time, and the overall ordering experience was good. There is an online ordering page, but the items on that page aren't completely aligned with menus on the web site. We ended up calling to place an order, which was still very easy. All the food was well packaged and ready to go exactly when they said it would be. This is a great South Side destination, especially when you're looking for something comfortable and relatively low key but still fun.
