Standing at the counter for 10 minutes and a manager passes me twice during that time. I finally flagged down the drive thru person because no one else is in site, and asked if anyone is working front counter?? He just shrugged his shoulders, so I left. This was a Sunday evening at 6pm. If you do get someone to take your order, they are out of chicken a lot. Not cooking for a few more minutes...just out. This is clearly terrible management. I'm a big fan of Famous Bowls and so I go to a variety of KFC. This is the best so far. I went through the drive-thru. The attendant was friendly, quick and my order was correct (no gravy). Food was good as expected. Kudos for this location and having nice and efficient staff. read more

Constructive feedback: Train better. We asked if there was any sauces besides ketchup and were told no. We drive to the window and it has a sign that says KFC Sauce. Customer service is top 3 worst in the state of Georgia. Seemed upset that I was there to order. Entered the order incorrectly, blamed me. No soap in the rest rooms which would imply, the staff aren't washing their hands. Do better. Lastly as I'm going into the men's room, a male employee knocks once then entered the women's room. We visited this location for lunch today. The new food bar was nicely stocked with various vegetables and mac and cheese...and naturally...crispy and original recipe fried chicken. I particularly liked the fact that the vegetables were not overly salted as one will often find in the hot and humid southeast The chicken was a bit salty as it always is, but that is the recipe and I like it since I like my chicken a bit salty like my maternal grandmother cooked it. The restaurant was very clean and I found the employee at the counter (11:30 a.m.) to be very pleasant and extremely courteous...something I have not seen much in the past at this location. It is not, has never been, and never will be a starred restaurant, but for the type of restaurant it is designed to be it is fairly good and the price is right. read more

My wife and I went to enjoy the "newly" remodeled KFC with buffet. NO CHICKEN!!! How is this possible? Better off going across the street to the Churches Chicken or going to Golden Corral for fresher food and or more options. I just recently visited a kfc in my area. I pulled up to the drive thru and kindly asked for a number 10. The woman at the window did not know what I was talking about and had no clue what the famous bowl was and then corrects me talking about a whole other meal that I did not want. When I finally get my food, I take it home and it is ice cold. Everything was cold and did not look appetizing at all. My bowl looked like it was just popped in the microwave from the freezer and served to me. My overall experience was ok I would just like educated employees and better food quality. I read the terrible reviews on this location, I then decided to visit this KFC. I was expecting attitude and bad service. However when I enter this location I was greeted by 3 different workers. They were very nice and the service was actually very good. When my order was done I took it home and enjoyed it. The food was good, I got the three piece crispy with coleslaw and mash potatoes. At the drive thru I had to ask if they were still there in the middle of my order when they quit talking. This KFC has recently transitioned to a buffet. The food was OK (although most of the vegetables were rather bland and unseasoned) but the gravy was extremely thin and watery. One thing was particularly odd: they have chicken noodle soup on the buffet, but the only way to get it was with a spoon with holes in it! I guess that's OK though, because they don't offer bowls for the soup, only small plates. C'mon, guys! If you're going to have soup on the buffet, get some bowls, and put a gravy ladle in the tureen. Oh, and some longer tongs would be nice too, so that they don't sink all the way down in the jalapenos. read more

They need to close down this buffet if they don't know how to operate it, which they clearly don't. I went there today at 11:25 a.m. The four pans that hold the chicken on the buffet were completely clean like they were brand new and just put out...and completely empty. That is inexcusable. this was my first time ordering "hot wings" from kfc, i was told i had to wait 10 minutes for them cook, sure no problem. 22 minutes passed, iam pissed i go inside to where the cashier "Irma" (sp?) looks at me like, what do you want, i show my receipt and they say, "oh i was in bathroom it will be out." not once was i offered anything for waiting an extra 10 minutes, i was asked if i need extra sauce at the window to which i replied ranch but when i finally got the food my wings were not covered in sauce like traditional hot wings, so ok sure let me just go in a get some hot sauce, nope, Irma is cleaning out the buffet, so no more time wasted asking for sauce when i had already entered the building to ask about my food, so i left and the wings were not hot or spicy or enjoyable and this was a horrible experience, there was no reason i had to be treated so rudely just because i was a little upset about waiting for my food, which i only said to Irma "ive been waiting 20 minutes" to which they replied they had just got back from the bathroom, now let me stop you here, this employee just said they used the bathroom and i did not see them wearing any gloves handling money or cleaning the buffet, you can get people sick with an employee being so careless, god help you all iam not being overdramatic at all you could seriously kill someone, seek help and become better people please. read more

My review is based more on customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant than the food. I had not been to a KFC in a few years, but the Nashville hot chicken made it curious, so I went to the local KFC to try it out. The restaurant was not clean, there was trash overflowing from the trashcans and the floors and tables had food, napkins, etc. all over. The girl behind the cash register was apparently new, because it took approximately 5 minutes for her to ring up each customer. There were three customers ahead of me when I came in, 15 minutes later she took my order. It seemed like everyone was working in slow motion. It was almost painful to watch. A few employees wandered around aimlessly and another was just watching while they worked. About 15 minutes later I get my order. Okay, the Nashville chicken tenders were very good in my opinion. I liked the spiciness and the pickle was a nice touch. The potato wedges were cooked just right also. So, if not for the really slow service I would have given them 4 stars for the food.
