Always good. My choice every week to go here at least twice. French dip subs are so good. Fast service.

Great experience. Christine, the cashier, is always the most pleasant person and makes it fun to dine there. The food is always excellent.

If you're anywhere near downtown Columbus, this needs to be your stop. The Old Fashioned was beautifully balanced, garnished with a gorgeous orange peel, and at $10 it's an absolute steal -- honestly, they could charge more and it'd still be worth it. My wife is vegetarian and had the pasta, which she loved just as much -- great sauce, feta, sunflower seeds for crunch. This place genuinely has something for everyone, carnivore or not. Add in a waiter who was on point the whole meal and that down-home Southern ambiance (exposed brick, string lights, the whole vibe), and you've got a restaurant that nails food, drinks, and atmosphere all at once. If you're looking for where to eat in Columbus, don't even think twice -- this is it.

But, other than that our actual wait person was awesome and the food top notch! The hot pimento crab dip is to die for and the Harlot Burger was a definite winner. We also very much enjoyed the banana pudding. Charming place, friendly service and great food...just wish the greeting was a bit more welcoming, still a 5 star experience.

You gotta find what you love and stick with it!…read more That is what I think of this place. Everyone seems to find one sandwich, and that is the one they go for. I have tried to veer off and try new things, but I am always disappointed. I am never disappointed with my go to of the Momma Love. I am also always pleased with their salads. Very large, and you can build your own. The service is so-so. Just depends on the day. However, no one has ever been rude to me.

I had a seat for a while but didn't get to sample everything; still, it's interesting that the soups change daily. The broader menu covers the expected bases: salads, dessert wraps, sandwiches, and the rest. Soft drinks are the usual Coke products, plus sweet and unsweet tea. The sweet tea leans hard into Southern style--properly, almost aggressively sweet. The unsweet, however, was closer to brown water than tea; it lacked any real tea character. When we ordered, the server asked how much ice we wanted. I'm still puzzled why there's no dedicated fountain service for it, but we both received half cups of crushed ice, which I appreciate--especially on a hot August day. The open kitchen is a plus; you can watch your food being prepared. A word of caution on the photos: the posted images show generous, meaty sandwiches that bear little resemblance to what actually arrives on the plate. The Mama's Pastrami arrived on warm, seeded rye with pickles and mustard. The pickle added a pleasant crunch and a welcome acidic lift. The bread had a good chew and was easy to bite through, and the sandwich was served warm. The pastrami itself had a decent texture but was frustratingly short on that deep, peppery, cured flavor you expect from proper pastrami. The real issue, though, was portion: there was hardly any meat. What should have been a piled-high deli sandwich felt closer to a quarter or half of the expected quantity--disappointing for a place that positions itself as a deli. The Mama's Love came on a steamed bun with roast beef, turkey, ham, and Muenster. The combination of meats and cheese had solid flavor--salty, savory, the kind of profile that works well--but again the volume was disheartening. Even with three meats, the sandwich was roughly 99 percent bread, a whisper of cheese, and maybe a tablespoon of actual protein. For the price and the deli expectation, it felt thin. I'm still weighing whether this place deserves a second visit. It's essentially the only deli near the base that offers pastrami, which counts for something. But the consistent skimping on meat makes me hesitate. A deli sandwich should feel abundant; these did not

To include Pizza, salads, quiche, Stromboli and many more options available. Too many to list. Ive been here twice. Once in 2018 and my second visit in 2025. This is a really huge cafe which offers indoor and outdoor dining. The European theme decor is inviting and truly comfortable. The restaurant does get very busy during peak times. The interior is clean and cozy. In 2018, I ordered a box of pastries and macarons to go. They were all delicious!! My second visit on 1/12/25 with my girlfriend, Kim. We had dined inside. She ordered SYR (Slow Your Roll) latte and a muffin (forgot what kind). She enjoyed hers. I ordered Chai latte and a croissant (forgot to take a pix). My chai was great. Our dining experience was lovely. I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu when I'm back in town.
