First, I know everybody reviews Chick-fil-A and they should. It is truly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had the fries are waffle cut and that sauce just wow. But I think what makes it so good is the people today a young guy with a beard at the counter Looked like he truly cared about one of my first times eating there and where I was from and how we could help. That just doesn't happen everywhere, so I guess the reason it's so busy is because of the service.... And the food, great experience.! read more

I don't know what has happened to the management of this Chick-fil-A recently, but something needs to be fixed. My wife went through this drive-through at 2:18 PM today and ordered a lot of food - with Chick-fil-A sauce. The employee smiled and gave her the food and drinks. When my wife came home, there was no Chick-fil-A sauce. At 9:44 PM, I went through the same drive-through and ordered a couple of meals, both with Chick-fila-A sauce. When I arrived home; again, there was NO Chick-fil-A sauce. I don't know where the malfunction lies with this Chick-fil-A; however, when a customer orders ANYTHING and you happen to be out of that product, at least act professional and inform those customers that you are out of those items. The only reason I gave you two stars instead of one is that your employees were very nice today. read more

We've eaten at many Chick-fil-A's and we all know we can count on the food to be good. But this restaurant gets 5 stars because it was so awesome to see the managers so hands on in helping the staff. There was a mess made at a table and the manager was hands on in helping get it all cleaned by moving the tables. Leadership here did a great job! read more

Went here after we tried to go to McDonald's and found that restaurant locked up at 5pm. With folks inside still eating (what?). So yeah, I was grumpy. The folks at Chick-fil-A? Stellar. Fantastic! Wonderful! The food came out quick, exactly how we ordered, and really I'm happy McDonald's didn't want any more customers today. We got WAY better food and service here. Restaurant was clean, pretty calm, and again, the folks here were absolutely fantastic. Heck, even the other guests were just wonderful people so maybe that says something about the city here too (if you forget McDonald's exists...). If we ever come this way again we will definitely stop here for food. read more

I have always loved this Chick Fil A. I've been a customer for Many years and I have yet to be disappointed. Today, I went with my mom and I got a Cobb Salad with ranch and honey mustard dressing. Amazing. The service is always immaculate and the workers are doing an amazing job. In lieu of the COVID-19 pandemic, the workers are definitely following CDC guidelines. Masks were in place and worn by the workers. I always have to brag on this store because no matter how long the line-- whether inside or out-- the wait time is never longer than 4-5 minutes. This is a really good Chick-fil-A, but that's not what this review is about. It's about the amazing customer service. One employee I'd like to mention is Avery carpenter. She is a very good employee, but also in her down time she goes to southern union and is a mentor to many in the youth group at auburn heights. Ansleigh Carstens is another employee I'd like to mention. She also is very good at her job and is always very happy. They both deserve a raise. read more

My favorite place for lunch. Our local Chick-fil-A is the best! Always ready to help the community and all the employees are super friendly and very helpful. This Chick-fil-A is in East Alabama where tornadoes has just devastated our community. I was in our local Chick-fil-A for lunch the day after the tornadoes. The employees had five or six tables lined with bags they were preparing for the First Responders, Alabama Power and the victims of the storm. I love them!!! read more

Chick-fil-a had two elementary school age kids behind the counter dipping up ice for customer's drinks and actually working. The exposure to the food was uncommon, uncomfortable and unacceptable. I am not use to elementary age kids leaning and standing over the food behind the counter in any restaurant. read more

So, when visiting this Chickfila location I expected to receive the great customer service and food that I have become accustomed to. But, I was sadly mistaken. When pulling up, the young man taking orders seemed almost as if he didn't to take my order. I brushed it off and chalked it up to maybe he was approaching the end of his shift and had already encountered many customers. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a lemonade and a kid's four piece meal. My fries had no salt, my sandwich was subpar, as were my nuggets, and I received no barbeque sauce. Disappointed. I've eaten here the last few days because I had been craving it. 98% of the time my order is right. Today it wasn't. Always go to the drive through on my way to work. I specifically asked for 2 packets of mayo for my sandwich. No one likes to eat a dry sandwich, right? Pull out my sandwich down the road and NO mayo. I'm forced to eat it dry.
