Went in to order and while I was ordering a customer, who apparently knew an employee came in yelling to the back for free food. Said what he was ordering and told them to put extra in. They came in after me and the customer in-front of me, but received their order before both of us. Manager did not step in and say anything. That's just not a good look and also that's stealing from the company! And they did not care that people knew! The owner probably would like to know that's going on! read more

The service was just okay, but I ordered two salads that were absolutely terrible. All the lettuce was completely old and a lot of it was brown. Nothing about the salads tasted fresh. They absolutely sucked and my husband and I basically had to throw them away. This is the last time we try Zaxbys. The last two times we had chicken it was so salty we could barely eat it. Their prices have been greatly inflated so I would at least expect a decent meal. Never again. read more

Great food. The service is amazing. The atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. This is amazing. I love Zaxbys.

They do SORRY salads of all kinds The meat cut up to big You order grilled get fried The service sucks Give my order to another customer and then turn and try to give me the same order because the other customer opened it I told them I wanted a refund because of that and then she decided to throw it away Real good service. Yea right read more

I hate, hate, hate leaving bad reviews and especially with a fast food restaurant because I know they're trying to expedite food quickly. We just moved out here and have visited this location a few times, today making it the 4th, every time I go the food is awful. I went today, got a sandwich and some cookies... sandwich was clearly sitting under a heat lamp, the bread on it was so stale it crumbled apart when I tried to bite into it, the chicken literally had to be ripped apart for me to even be able to chew. And the cookies were literally burnt to the point of no taste, just burnt flavors. And to add to it, the employees act like you're an inconvenience for them when you ask them for your order. I work in service industry, I have for 11 years, I get we all have off days, but for it to be a repeating thing I'm just annoyed by it after trying to give so many chances. Again, I know it's just "fast food", but I shouldn't be paying for things that aren't edible. read more

Not sure what to say about this. I've never left a review before. I got the wrong food and none of the sauces I paid for after being asked to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes after I paid. Drinks didn't have any ice in them. Chicken and bread was soggy. The wings that I got (but didn't order) had almost no sauce on them. They were also soggy. I'd rather drive the extra half hour out of the way to go to the location on 280. read more

Worst wings and tenders I've ever had. Wings were incredibly dry as were the tenders. Based on other reviews, this place needs help.

This zaxby's zensation zalad was the worst I have had and I love this zalad and look forward to it every season when it comes out.. the one I got this time had no egg roll, the chicken was absolutely horrible not at all the chicken that has been in every single one I've had before and the slaw couldn't find any of that... why call it a zensation zalad when it didn't even zing!!!! Zaxby's you can do so much better!!!!! read more

The inside was clean, customer service and courtesy was good . I had the nibleitz, don't recommend. It tasted like they took the bread out of the freezer and toaster it, very hard and not tastey. Had other items on menu before that was really good.. no more for that selection read more

The service was nice and fast. Everyone knows at zaxbys you order a chicken finger plate and zax sauce comes with it. I ordered a finger plate today and they gave me honey mustard. They didn't even ask what sauce I wanted just threw honey mustard in there and now I can't eat any of this dry food so money definitely wasted for their negligence. read more

This zaxby will let you order online then when you come to pick it up tell you to go wait in the drive thru line. The whole point of ordering online is to not wait in the drive thru. Thank you read more

It's a Zaxby's. Food is good, place is clean, staff is friendly for a fast food place. No complaints.

They have great food!!! I love eating here! My only downfall is that the small drums are not fully cooked. I really think they need to cook those longer because they are really thick. Other than that, great place!! read more

Upon arrival to the establishment I was greeted with a sign on the door saying,"This restaurant is possibly contaminated with E. coli." Unsettling as that was I entered the restaurant defenseless. The staff seemed to understand my vulnerability, and they began to treat me as if I was a field mouse entrapped by the claws of a mighty Hawk. Preying upon my every insecurity. An employee from the preparatory side of the restaurant immediately grabbed my attention. He said, "Sir, sir. There's a female employee in the back that will toss your salad." I was taken a back by the gastly remark. I said, "No sir. I do not want that. Thank you anyway." I left crying. It has haunted my every dream since then. read more
